Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent radiating heat from reducing in such a way that detection of solar position can take measures for not having direction of blades in parallel with sunlight irradiating direction.
CONSTITUTION: A blade driving mechansim 13 for changing swiveling angles of blades B1WB5 by receiving detecting signals from sensors 4, 9 is provided together with a solar sensor 4 to detect solar position and a temperature sensor 9 to detect temperature of an exothermic unit 5. This facilitates to detect solar position, to give output 2 in commensuration with conjunctive temperature changes, and to give it to a signal processing circuit. In consequence, in case where temperature of a device 8 reses, assuming that the sunlight direction may be a direction (A), if the blade condition is in the condition as shown by actual linges, because thermal radiation cannot be performed, for the purpose of increasing thermal radiating amount, the condition as shown by dotted lines can be made by opening the blades.
