Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the high efficient operation of a motor by generating overvoltage and increasing the driving voltage of a hysteresis motor, then returning it to the orignial state when the input current of the hysteresis motor is larger than the reference current of an over-excitation current setting device.
CONSTITUTION: The commercial power voltage is converted into DC voltage through the power rectifier circuit 10 and into the AC voltage in proportion to the signal frequency of the oscillator 14 through the power inverter circuit 13 and used as the driving voltage of the hysteresis motor 15. When the input current of the hysteresis motor 15 detected through the current transformer 23 is smaller than over-excitation reference current, the zero signal is output from the operational amplifier 26 and the power rectifier circuit 10 is controlled by the comparison signals of the reference and feedback voltages of the voltage setting device 16. When the detection voltage of the current transformer 23 exceeds the over-excitation reference voltage, the output of the operation circuit 26 is set to 1 and the changeover circuit 18 is switched. The power rectifier circuit 10 is controlled due to the reference voltage of the overvoltage generated by the overvoltage setting device 17. The power inverter circuit 13 instantaneously increases voltage and returns it to the original voltage. As a result, the hysteresis motor 15 becomes over-excited.
