Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain the simplification of constitution and reduction in price, by effectively eliminating a ghost signal by composing the load circuit of a transversal filter of an analog multiplier and holding capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Transversal filter 11 consists of tap-attached delay line 11a such as a CCD with a N-stage tap receiving a TV demodulated signal, analog multiplier 11b multiplying each tap output by a tap gain, and adder 11c making addition mixing with each output of multiplier 11b, and the gap gain is determined depending upon the analog voltage value held by holding capacitor Clld. Since although adder 17 corrects the tap gain value by adding 17 the tap gain correction value found by threshold-level circuit 15 to the tap gain value read out from memory 16, Clld has a sufficiently-long time constant, each tap gain of filter 11 focuses gradually through the repetitive correction of the tap gain in each field, so that the ghost signal can be eliminated by the optimum tap gain value finally.
