Abstract
PURPOSE: In a blade arrangement device including a plurality of blades for forming a fluid path therebetween and the side wall for supporting them, an obstacle is provided in its side wall so as to project against the boundary laye having even distributed fluid rate andto reduce a secondary flow loss.
