Abstract

PURPOSE: A solid-liquid separator for effecting the solid-liquid separation in large amounts for extended periods of time, by which a liquid in a treating chamber is whirled at a high speed so that the solids contained therein are gathered onto the inner wall of an outer housing by way of the centrifugal force, and the surface of the filtering wall is washed by the liquid whirling at a high speed.
