Is to be erected in the combustion gas flow, and the diffuser tube 14 also has excellent heat resistance, withstands high temperatures in the incinerator 1, and has excellent fire resistance. An air supply pipe 15 for supplying pressurized air from the blower 11 is connected to the bottom surface of the blower 11, and a plurality of fins 16, 16... ing. Thus, the fins 16 are made of super heat-resistant steel, can withstand the temperature even when the temperature in the furnace rises from 1000 ° C. to 1300 ° C., and when the inside surface of the incinerator 1 is heated to red, the fins 16 are similarly heated. The fins 16 are also heated to bright red, and are configured to be able to maintain the heated state. The fins 16 are sequentially formed with a large diameter from the upper stage to the lower stage, and diffuser holes 17, 17 are formed between the fins 16, 16,. A large number of perforations are formed in the front side surface of the air diffuser 14 so that compressed air from the blower 11 can be jetted toward the refuse 3 introduced into the primary combustion chamber 4. A part of the air diffuser 14 is injected so as to be injected toward the secondary combustion chamber.
The back side of is also perforated.

Are formed to be dripped from the nozzle 20 projecting inward to the fins 16, 16,. Since the fins 16 are formed in a large diameter sequentially from the upper stage to the lower stage, the dropped fuel oil comes into contact with any one of the fins 16 and scatters, and is immediately vaporized. The refuse is burned at a high temperature by burning at a high temperature.

Since the embodiment of the present invention is based on the configuration as described above, the refuse 3 is put into the primary combustion chamber 4 of the incinerator 1, and when the refuse 3 is incinerated, first, a fire such as a cardboard is used. The fuel is ignited and injected into the primary combustion chamber 4. At that time, the fins 16, 16,... Provided on the air diffuser 14 are heated by the heat of combustion of the cardboard. Then, if the fuel oil is dropped from the nozzle 20 onto the fins 16, 16,..., The fuel oil is immediately scattered and vaporized and burnt.
The fins 16 are further heated while igniting the garbage 3 and burning the garbage 3. On the other hand, since the pressurized air is sent from the blower 11, the pressurized air passes through the heated diffuser pipe 14 and is injected from the diffuser holes 17, 17. Further, since the compressed air is injected while being in contact with the fins 16, 16, the compressed air is immediately heated to a high temperature. As described above, since the refuse 3 is burned while injecting the high-pressure air into the refuse 3, the refuse 3 can be burned at a high temperature of about 1000 ° C. to 1300 ° C., Accordingly, in the primary combustion chamber 4, the refuse 3 is almost completely burned, and at the same time, pollutants such as dioxin or odor are decomposed, and the combustion gas is discharged as shown in FIG.
As shown by the arrow in FIG. Here, if the incomplete combustion gas component is contained in the combustion gas,
As described above, the inner wall surface of the secondary combustion chamber 6 is also heated to red and maintains the high temperature, so that the incomplete combustion gas flowing into the secondary combustion chamber 6 is discharged into the secondary combustion chamber 6. Is almost completely burned. The perforation holes 17, 17,... Are also opened behind the perforation tube 14, so that the perforation holes 1
Since high-temperature pressurized air is supplied into the secondary combustion chamber 6 from 7, 17,..., The complete combustion in the secondary combustion chamber 6 is further promoted.

ある。Further, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, even if the incomplete combustion gas is contained in the combustion gas in the secondary combustion chamber 6, the secondary combustion also occurs in the tertiary combustion chamber 8. Room 6
Since the fuel is heated to a high temperature, the incomplete combustion gas flowing into the tertiary combustion chamber 8 is completely burned here.
Therefore, as described above, the toxic substances contained in the incomplete combustion gas are completely removed, the ash content is small, and the emission of smoke and odor is almost eliminated, thereby contributing to environmental conservation.

Subsidize. Therefore, the incomplete combustion gas is almost completely eliminated from the combustion gas, and the toxic substances contained in the incomplete combustion gas are also decomposed and removed by the high temperature.
Of course, even if the incomplete combustion gas remains in the primary combustion chamber, the incomplete combustion gas is completely burned at a high temperature in the secondary combustion chamber or the tertiary combustion chamber. Gas will be released into the atmosphere from the chimney. Thus, the present invention is an invention that has a truly remarkable effect, such as preventing the generation of dioxin and the like, killing pathogenic bacteria, preventing the release of toxic gas that pollutes the environment, and contributing to environmental hygiene.
