In this case, the turning neutral brake means 64 such as a wet multi-disc disk shown in the hydraulic circuit of FIG.
Preferably, the output shaft 7 is stopped (fixed). When the traveling hydraulic stepless transmission is driven in this state, the rotational force from the first hydraulic motor 34 is input to the center gear 49 of the sun shaft 41, and the rotational force is transmitted to the left and right sun gears 40, 40. At the same rotational speed, and are output equally to the left and right output shafts 21a and 21b at the same rotational speed in the same direction via the planetary gear 39 and the arm gear 38 of the left and right planetary gear transmission mechanisms. , Can go straight. Therefore, when only the traveling hydraulic stepless speed change mechanism is driven in the forward direction, the traveling body 1 moves straight forward, and when driven in the reverse direction, moves forward and backward.

Conversely, when the traveling hydraulic stepless transmission mechanism is stopped, the sun shaft 41 and the left and right sun gears 40, 40 are fixed. In this case, it is preferable to stop (fix) the output shaft of the first hydraulic motor 34 by operating the running neutral braking means 63 such as a wet multi-disc disk shown in the hydraulic circuit 70 of FIG. In this state, when the turning hydraulic stepless transmission mechanism (second hydraulic motor 37) is driven, for example, in forward rotation, the planetary gear transmission mechanism including the left planetary gear 39 and the arm gear 38 rotates in reverse, while The planetary gear transmission mechanism including the right planetary gear 39 and the arm gear 38 rotates forward. Therefore, the left traveling crawler 2a moves backward while the right traveling crawler 2b moves forward, so that the traveling body 1 spins to the left at that location.

Similarly, when the turning hydraulic stepless transmission (second hydraulic motor 37) is driven in reverse rotation, the left planetary gear transmission 31 rotates forward and the right planetary gear transmission 31 rotates in reverse. Since the left traveling crawler 2a rotates and the right traveling crawler 2b retreats, the traveling body 1 spins right at that point. And
When the turning hydraulic stepless transmission is driven while the traveling hydraulic stepless transmission is driven, it is possible to turn right or left with a turning radius larger than the spin turn turning radius during forward or backward movement. And the turning radius is determined according to the speed of the left and right traveling crawlers 2a and 2b.

Next, the first hydraulic pump 33 of the traveling hydraulic stepless transmission mechanism and the second hydraulic pump of the turning hydraulic stepless transmission mechanism are operated by manual operation of both the round handle 12 and the main transmission lever 13. Mechanical interlocking mechanism 8 for operating hydraulic pump 36
2 will be described with reference to FIGS. The mechanical interlocking mechanism 82 rotates the round handle 12 to a position other than the neutral position (straight forward steering) (rotation right / left) while the main transmission lever 13 is rotated to a position (forward / backward) other than the neutral position. When turning (turning to the left), the turning radius is reduced in accordance with the turning amount of the round handle 12, and the forward speed or the retreating speed is reduced as the turning radius becomes smaller. Regardless of the state in which the main transmission lever 13 is rotated in either the forward direction or the backward direction, turning the round handle 12 right turns the right handle, and turning the round handle 12 counterclockwise turns the left handle. Main shift lever 13 at neutral position (forward / reverse) speed 0
When the round handle 12 is turned rightward or leftward at the position (1), a spin turn is performed on the spot, that is, a so-called super interlining turn is executed. Can be realized.

Next, the main shift lever 13 having the above configuration
The shift and turning operations by operating the round handle 12 will be described below. As shown in FIG. 14, the forward (F) operation of the main shift lever 13 causes the shift operation member 120 to rotate forward around the first pivot 118. α1 tilted joint shaft 12
6 is pulled, the transmission operation member 120 is tilted rearward by an angle α2 by a backward (R) operation, and the joint shaft 126 is pushed. As a result, the arm 128 is rotated to change the traveling speed when moving forward and backward. The running speed increases as the front-rear tilt angle of the main transmission lever 13 increases.

According to the interlocking disconnecting means, the limit switch 163 detects that the auxiliary transmission lever 14 is at a position other than the neutral position, and outputs a control signal.
By operating the actuator 162, the regulating body 161 is moved to the position shown in FIG.
12, the position where the engaging pin 157 is fitted into the engaging recess 158 is maintained, and the turning servo rod 154 and the turning operation arm 102 are connected to each other. The sub-shift lever 14 is set to an arbitrary gear position such as high speed or low speed at each of forward and backward positions of the lever 13, and the body can be steered straight when the round handle 12 is in the neutral position. And can be turned in that direction. In addition, the sub-handle lever 14 is set to an arbitrary gear position such as high speed or low speed, and the main handle 13 is set to the neutral position while the round handle 1 is set.
When the player 2 turns left and right, a spin turn (super-interlining turn) that turns the aircraft on the spot can be executed.

Conversely, when the sub-transmission lever 14 is in the neutral position, the actuator 162 is operated by the detection signal of the limit switch 163, and the regulating body 161 is moved to the position shown in FIGS.
2 and the engaging pin 157 and the engaging recess 1
In this state, the turning operation is not performed even if the round handle 12 is rotated left and right. Therefore,
For example, with the sub-shift lever 14 set to the neutral position and the forward / backward movement of the machine stopped, the main shift lever 13 is turned to the forward position to operate only the pre-cutting unit 4 and the threshing unit 3. In this case, even if the round handle 12 is inadvertently touched and rotated, the operator does not rotate the turning operation arm 102 and the so-called spin turn does not occur. is there.

According to such a configuration, as described later, the operator sets the duty ratio in advance, and when performing the spin turn, the operator operates the main speed change lever 13.
Is set to the neutral position, and the round handle 12 is held in the straight running state. In this state, the operator operates the turning switch 2.
At 00, the push button 200a for turning right or the push button 200b for turning left in the direction to turn is pressed. Since the turning operation is performed only during the pressing operation of the pressing button, the operator only stops the pressing operation,
The turning operation is also stopped.

When the duty ratio set by the duty ratio setting unit 202 is large, the ON pulse time per unit time of the right turn electromagnetic solenoid 80a or the left turn electromagnetic solenoid 80b in the automatic turning control valve 80 is set. The second hydraulic pump 3 for turning
The output of 6 is increased, and the traveling body is turned at a high speed (or a large torque). Therefore, when it is desired to execute the spin turn at a slow speed (small torque), the duty ratio may be set to be small in advance.

In this manner, the spin turn can be executed with the turning torque desired by the operator, and in particular, the spin turn can be performed in a stable state at a slow speed (small turning torque). Has an opportunity (free time) to avoid colliding with another object, and has an effect that steering can be performed extremely safely. In addition, even when the spin turn is executed for a very short time, the operation of the turning switch 200 can be easily performed.

In a normal turning operation, that is, when turning while moving forward (backward) (travel turning operation),
Turning control using the map data 203 can also be executed. Curve A of the map data 203 indicates that the duty ratio set by the duty ratio setting unit 202 is medium, curve B indicates that the duty ratio is small,
Curve C shows the case where the duty ratio is large, and the horizontal axis shows the vehicle speed and the vertical axis shows the duty ratio. Therefore, for example, when the duty ratio is set to a medium level by the duty ratio setting device 202, the curve A is employed. In the curve A, when the vehicle speed at the time of forward (reverse) movement is high, the turning operation starts. , The duty ratio is shifted to a smaller value than when the vehicle speed is low, and
When the vehicle enters a turning operation from a state in which the vehicle speed is low, the duty ratio is shifted to a larger value as compared with a case in which the vehicle speed is high, so that the traveling turning is executed with the vehicle speed (turning torque) being substantially constant. You can do it.
