Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 摩擦による開閉トルクが正、逆回転の何
れの方向でも平均化するように巻き部を正逆方向に巻き
付けた開閉摩擦トルクを発生する巻きばね部、片側に開
閉軸の回転を制限するストップ機構を有する開閉軸受け
部および回転軸の回転を支持し近傍に回転軸の回転角度
を制限するための突起を有する回転軸受け部をブランク
板から一体成形して成るハウジング、ハウジングの摩擦
トルク部の巻き部に挿入し開閉摩擦トルクを発生させ軸
の中央部に回転軸と交差し回転角度確認および回転規制
を行うための一部切り欠け凹み平坦部と更に両側に取り
付け用穴が施された開閉軸およびハウジングの片側の軸
受け部との間で回転軸を固定および回転摩擦トルクを発
生するためのばねおよび止め輪を設定するための溝が形
成された回転軸、回転軸に組み付けられて回転軸受け部
の突起との間で回転ストップを行う回転ストップリン
グ、回転軸の摩擦トルクを発生させるためのばねと止め
輪、回転軸に組み付けられた外部機器の固定用取り付け
板から構成され、摩擦トルクにより開閉、回転が可能な
角度範囲内では何れの位置でも固定維持ができ、更に回
転軸の開閉の際にハウジングの片側の開閉軸受け部に設
置された開閉ストップ用突起部と開閉軸の取り付け平坦
部による開閉角度ストップ機構で開閉角度の制限、開閉
回転軸の2軸交差部に形成される直線、凹み、平坦部の
組み合わせで−90,0,90,180°位置のクリッ
クによる位置確認、更にハウジングの回転軸受け部に設
置された回転ストップ機構で回転軸の回転角度の制限、
回転軸が開閉角度0°に向かって閉じられる時回転角度
が0および180°近傍である場合に開閉および回転軸
の平坦部の組み合わせから2軸間で発生していた反発力
により軸回転が生じ反発力が最も弱くなる回転角度0°
もしくは180°に自発的に移動する回転規制機構を有
することを特徴とした2軸型ヒンジ装置。
