Independently installed outside, a plurality of (two directions in the figure) communication passages 1 between each building E, E and the residential building B
This is the case where two persons are provided and contacted. It is the best for disabled people. The elevator building E has a communication passage 12
The L-shaped connecting floor 2 is installed between each of the buildings E, E and the corridor 17 of the dwelling wing B, and the elevators of the two wings are constructed. An approach to a large number of dwelling units 21 can be made in the tar buildings E, E, and the communication efficiency is further improved and the economy is improved. Further, since the elevator 10 can be used by the corridor 17 and the communication passage 12 without using the staircase 22, it is particularly suitable for a physically handicapped person using a wheelchair. The two elevator buildings E, E can be connected to each other by the connecting floor 2.

Since the floor of the hall also serves as a connecting floor, the approach from the building to each dwelling unit becomes very close, so that people can easily enter and exit, and the construction efficiency is good when the site is narrow.
It is also economical. <E> Since the contact floor is extended outside the elevator building, no load is applied to the residential building, so that it is safe against external force. <F> The communication floor is extended from the elevator building and can be communicated at a plurality of locations in the residential building, so that the traffic becomes functional and communication between the residents can be further improved. Further, since the number of buildings in the building can be reduced, the cost can be significantly reduced. Further, when the elevator building is applied to a one-hall corridor type apartment house, it is extremely effective for a physically handicapped person using a wheelchair. <G> Since the connecting floor is extended from the elevator building using the hanging material, the floor material can be made thin even when the length of the connecting floor is long, so that the cost can be reduced by reducing the weight. <H> Since the connecting floor is supported by the pillars, when the connecting floor is longer, the same effect as the above <G> can be obtained, and the safety against external force increases. <Re> Elevator building can be constructed in a short period of time by assembling members such as walls and floors to unitize the building of each layer, and stacking and integrating these units. Therefore, the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
