I was going. If a double-sided adhesive tape is used in place of the conventional adhesive, the simplicity of operation and the reduction of time are remarkably improved, but the adhesive force is so strong that no slipping work can be performed at all. Compared to adhesives, the method using double-sided adhesive tape has excellent advantages such as simplicity of work and the like, so if you dare use double-sided adhesive tape, re-dissolve the adhesive tape surface with an organic solvent and stick. A method of weakening the force, or a method of applying water or an emulsion to the base surface or the surface of the adhesive tape and sliding the emulsion or the emulsion may be considered. In the former method, the initial strength, which is a feature of the adhesive tape, is not obtained, and the flooring material is not easily accommodated.
When an organic solvent is used, the solvent causes pollution. In the latter case, it is necessary to wet the base or the adhesive tape surface with water, and it is only a construction method that can be used only for porous base such as control panel plywood or concrete, and the adhesive strength will not be developed until the water runs out. In addition to the difficulties in the above, a large amount of water remains, which adversely affects the flooring material.

As a result, when bonding the flooring material and the floor substrate, a double-sided adhesive tape is bonded to either the back surface of the flooring material or the floor substrate surface, and the interface between the other adhesive tape surface and the other adhered surface has a high adhesive strength. By partially interposing a spacer formed of a continuous or semi-continuous foam piece that is easily deformed by light pressure at a foaming rate, contact between the adhesive surface and the adhered surface is prevented, and slippage is enabled. Then, after performing positioning and dimensional adjustment using the shift function, the foam is deformed by pressing, the adhesive surface and the adhered surface come in contact,
I found a construction method that adheres immediately. Further, a tube that can be deformed by light pressure is expected to have the same effect as the foam. Furthermore, the same effect as a foam can be obtained by injecting air into a bag and deforming the shape by removing air, instead of simply deforming the shape by pressure.

Is what makes it possible. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is first brought into contact with the spacer having a thickness without pressing, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface other than the spacer contact portion is floated from the mating surface to be directly adhered by the thickness of the spacer. Therefore, the opposite surface of the spacer in contact with the adhesive surface can easily slide on the mating surface, and can be shifted. When the shift to the predetermined position is completed, the spacer made of the foam is compressed by applying pressure, and the thickness thereof is reduced. For example, a thickness of 4 mm becomes a thickness of 0.5 mm. At this time, if the support of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is made of a foam, the thinned spacer sinks into the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, so that the adhesive surface other than the spacer portion is easily applied to the mating surface. It is possible to abut and adhere.

With these supports, there is no room for the spacer to sink into the double-sided adhesive tape itself. Therefore, even if the spacer is compressed and thinned, it will have a slight thickness, so the adhesive surface other than the spacer part will come into contact with the mating surface. It is difficult. Therefore, when using a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape whose support is not a foam, a flooring material having a soundproof cushion material on the back surface is used. The cushion material is polyethylene foam of 3 mm to 8 mm thickness, urethane foam,
It is made of rubber foam or felt. If a flooring material having these soundproof cushioning materials is used, the spacer of the method of the present invention sinks into the cushioning material by compression even on a double-sided adhesive tape of a nonwoven fabric or plastic film support, so that the entire surface of the adhesive surface Can be bonded to the floor base surface. Of course, even if the support is a foamed double-sided adhesive tape, it can be used for a flooring material having a soundproof cushion material. As the flooring material having the soundproof cushioning material, a material in which a back surface of a soundproofing cushioning material that has been bonded to a wood part of the flooring material in advance and a release paper is pasted can be used. The soundproofing flooring material may be either a wooden part and an adhesive processing on the other surface before bonding the cushioning material, or a wooden part and a bonding material on the other surface after bonding the cushioning material.

It is necessary that the film be sufficiently thin when compressed. Therefore, the foam of the spacer of the present invention is a continuous or semi-continuous foam, and the material is:

On the other hand, if it is too small, it will not be able to function as a spacer and it will not be possible to shift, so the area occupied by the spacer will be 0.5% to 25% of the floor material area.

Peel off, stick one or two spacers on the adhesive surface of that part, slide this spacer part in contact with the floor base surface, slide it with release paper for the other parts, perform alignment misalignment, and complete the alignment Then, with the spacer part as a fulcrum, with the flooring material slightly floating, pulling the end of the release paper that was peeled off earlier, peeling off all the remaining release paper, exposing the entire adhesive surface, and then removing the flooring material It is also possible to press and crimp. In this case, 1
Since it is only necessary to use one or two spacers to directly attach a piece of flooring material, the efficiency of direct attachment increases, and the direct attachment is technically easy.

× 75 mm in length and 4 mm in thickness.
A foam piece of foamed polyethylene of 5 mm is prepared as the spacer 5. The release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape attached to the back surface of the flooring material 2 is peeled off, and the prepared spacers 5 are placed on the exposed surface of the adhesive 4 at appropriate intervals and attached. Next, the back surface of the flooring material in which the spacers 5 are attached to the floor base surface 1 where unevenness has been adjusted is placed at a predetermined position. No pressure is applied in this state. That is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 4 of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape adhered to the back surface of the flooring material is adhered only to the spacer 5, the adhesive surface other than the spacer is slightly floated, and the flooring material is aligned by slip. When the side of the flooring material is subjected to burring, the burrs are fitted and aligned. When the predetermined alignment is completed, pressure is applied to press all the adhesive surfaces of the double-sided adhesive tape to the floor base surface, and the direct application is completed. Hereinafter, the above-mentioned construction is repeated on the entire surface of the floor base, and the direct attachment of the flooring material is completed.

By developing a method that can be implemented very easily by partially interposing a spacer consisting of a continuous or semi-continuous foam piece that is easily deformed by light pressure with a high foaming ratio, it has been difficult to adjust the position by shifting Adhesion with a double-sided adhesive tape, which was considered to be feasible, facilitated positioning using a slash and was able to be used for direct application of a flooring material to the floor base surface. As a result, it is possible to easily carry out the direct application of the flooring material without the need for a specially skilled installer, and furthermore, it is possible to greatly reduce the installation time, and furthermore, as in the case of using a conventional adhesive. Without having to wait for the adhesive to exert its adhesive force, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape can be peeled off, and it can be immediately pressure-bonded and immediately pasted immediately after the slip adjustment, and the initial strength of the adhesive tape is exhibited. Therefore, the time until the flooring material is settled is instantaneous. Further, the strength after bonding is not inferior to the conventional one. Further, the present invention has excellent effects such as no pollution caused by the use of the organic solvent.
