Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of projection into a cab chamber, and to improve visibility by opening a part of a duct connected to an air conditioner unit, forming an air outlet on the cover panel surface side of the duct and hermetically sealing and connecting the opening and the cover panel rear side of the air outlet. SOLUTION: An opening 32 is cut off largely at the terminal section 31 of a duct 11, and the thickness of the terminal section 31 is thinned. On the other hand, a rib 33 is formed to a section oppositely faced to the opening 32 on the rear-side surface of a panel 18, and formed so as to be fitted into the opening 32. A cover 35 with a defroster air outlet 34 is installed to the surface side section of the panel 18. The defroster air outlet 34 is formed towards a front so that hot air collides with the right-side central section of a front window glass. According to such constitution, thickness can be thinned because the air outlet need not be formed at the terminal section 31, and the panel 18 can be brought near to an interior wall 15 and mounted. Since the blow-off direction is directed in the desired direction from the beginning, the blow-off direction need not be adjusted.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, construction machines such as hydraulic shovels are also provided with an air conditioner for improving environmental performance, and a defroster device and a wiper device for improving workability by improving visibility. Was attached to the cab. However, the cab of the construction machine is provided with a large window in order to secure a sufficient field of view. However, since the cab is narrow, there is a problem in a mounting place and a mounting method of these devices. In particular, when a plurality of devices need to be mounted in the same place, the mounting method becomes a problem. Therefore, various devices have been conventionally proposed. Hereinafter, the prior art will be described using a hydraulic excavator as an example.

FIG. 3A is a schematic view of the entire hydraulic excavator as viewed from the front front. FIG. 3 (B) shows a view in which the wiper is attached to the right pillar of the cabin, and FIG. 3 (C) is a view seen from the arrow XX in FIG. 3 (A), in which a defroster (frost removing device) is arranged. is there. In FIG. 3A, a revolving superstructure 2 is rotatably mounted on a lower traveling vehicle 1.
Attachment 3 is attached to substantially the front of the center of the revolving superstructure 2, and a cab 4 is provided on the right side (as viewed from the front).

FIG. 3B shows a layout view of the wiper as viewed from the front front. The cab 4 is provided with a large front window 5, and a hatched area 6 surrounded by a two-dot chain line on the window glass 5 is a work area of the wiper. A point 7 is a center of rotation of the wiper, and a drive motor unit (hereinafter, referred to as a drive unit) for driving the wiper is located inside the cab 4 on the right side (left side in the figure; It shows the direction seen from the user.) Attached to the pillar. This is because the upper right portion of the window glass 5 cannot be sufficiently wiped when attached to the left pillar. When manipulating the attachment, the right field of view is more important than the left field.

FIG. 3C shows a case where the defroster outlet 9 is disposed on the right front side of the cab 4 inside the cab as viewed from XX. The defroster outlet 9 is connected to an air conditioner unit 10 located at the rear of the cab by a duct 1.
The hot air is blown by 1 to remove frost adhering to the front window 5. The defroster outlet 9 is provided near the right pillar because the left side of the cab is provided with a door for getting on and off and the attachment is provided on the right side so that the right view is more important. .

As described above, it is desirable that both the wiper drive unit 7 and the defroster outlet 9 be disposed at the front right corner in the cab. Therefore, the arrangement of both has conventionally been a problem. 4 to 6 show conventional arrangement examples. FIG. 4 shows an arrangement example 1 in which the defroster outlet 9 is arranged below the wiper drive unit 7. FIG. 5 shows an arrangement example 2 in which the defroster outlet 9 is arranged on the rear side of the wiper drive unit 7. FIG. 6 shows an arrangement example 3 in which the defroster outlet 9 is arranged inside the wiper drive unit 7 so as to overlap.

In the arrangement example 1 shown in FIG. 4, there is a disadvantage that the warm air from the outlet 9 hits the lower portion 13 (hatched portion) of the front window 5 well, and it is difficult to blow the hot air to the most necessary central portion. there were. Further, in the arrangement example 2 in FIG. 5, it is possible for hot air to strike the front window central portion 14 (hatched portion), but it is difficult to provide the window 12 below the right side of the cab, so that sufficient visibility cannot be secured. There was a disadvantage. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a method of arranging the defroster outlet 9 so as to overlap the inside of the wiper drive unit 7 has conventionally been adopted. In the arrangement example 3, the above-mentioned disadvantage is solved.

The conventional arrangement 1 has a drawback that it is difficult to blow hot air to the central portion which is most required as a defroster device. The arrangement 2 has a lower right window. However, there was a disadvantage that sufficient visibility could not be secured. Although the method of the conventional arrangement example 3 solves the above-mentioned disadvantage, however, since the storage space of the wiper drive unit and the defroster outlet are installed in an overlapping manner, the part protrudes largely into the cab chamber, and the front window is closed. There was a problem that obstructed the view of the lower right part.

In FIG. 1, an end 32 of the duct 11 has a large opening 32 cut out and a small thickness.
On the other hand, a rib 33 is provided on a rear side surface of the panel 18 at a portion facing the opening 32, and is formed so as to fit with the opening 32. A cover 35 having a defroster outlet 34 is provided on the front side. The defroster outlet 34 receives hot air at the center 1 on the right side of the front window glass.

FIG. 2A shows a case where a grill 37 is provided at the defroster outlet 34. The grill 37 is composed of a slender main body 37a and fins 37b as shown in FIG. 2 (B). The main body 37a is rotatably mounted around a longitudinal direction, and the fins 37b are rotatable in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. It is provided in. In this case, a shielding member 38 is provided at the leading edge of the rib 33 to prevent leakage of warm air to the back side of the panel 18.

This embodiment is configured as described above.
The end portion 31 does not need to be provided with an outlet, so that the thickness can be reduced. Therefore, the panel 18 can be provided closer to the inner wall 15 than in the conventional device (arrangement example 3). Further, since the outlet 35 can be manufactured with the blowing direction directed in a desired direction in advance, that is, toward the right side of the center of the front window, the size can be reduced and the field of view can be widened. Further, since the blowing direction is directed to a desired direction, there is also an effect that loss of the amount of hot air can be reduced. Further, since the blowing direction is directed to the desired direction from the beginning, it is not necessary to adjust the blowing direction, so that the grill can be omitted. Further, as a result of the overall apparatus being compact, there is also an effect that the space in the cab chamber can be felt wide.

Although the embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this example, and the design can be changed within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention. The present invention is included in the present invention. The configuration of the present invention can be applied to a case other than the defroster, for example, when used as an air conditioner. Further, the present invention can also be used in a case where the apparatus is used by being overlapped with another device other than the wiper drive unit.

As described above, according to the structure of the present invention, since the outlet is provided on the outer surface of the panel, the panel can be provided close to the wall of the cab. as a result,
The effect that the field of view of a necessary part can be widened is obtained. In addition, since the air outlet can be manufactured with the direction of the air outlet directed to a target portion, it is possible to obtain an effect that the air volume can be reduced and the air blowing effect can be improved.
