っきに覆われ、しかも古い鉄塔では錆の発生で必ずしも
完全な接地が期待できない。このため現在は図２の如く
ステンレス鋼製の接地板Ｓと呼ばれるものを介在させる
ようになっている。即ちアングル材Ａ一部を平滑美麗に
し、その面へ表面が同じく平滑美麗なステンレス鋼製方
形の接地板Ｓをボルト締めし、前記のリード線Ｌはこの
接地板に端子接続させる方法である。ところが思いもか
けないことに、この接地板に対し、３方面から苦情が出
てきた。一つは鉄塔附近住民からのもので、この接地板
は鉄塔腕金の階を増すにつれ著しく数を増し、それが鏡
のようになって不規則な方向に光を反射する。見る者を
イライラさせ不快感を引起こすというものである。二つ
目には鉄塔が山岳地や森林の中にある場合の自然環境の
