2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, portable telephones and PHSs (simplified portable telephones) can be easily carried around, and transmission and reception thereof can be easily performed as necessary, and privacy is protected. It is rapidly spreading because of its nature. These mobile phones are equipped with a battery pack using a secondary battery such as a lithium battery or a nickel cadmium battery that can be charged as a driving power source, and are charged and carried using a dedicated charger for the mobile phone. Are in use. In addition to charging and replenishment by these dedicated chargers, secondary batteries of mobile phones using solar batteries utilizing sunlight are also being charged.

Since a mobile telephone can make a call depending on the power of a battery pack having a secondary battery, the built-in secondary battery is not charged periodically or as needed. The battery runs out and cannot be used. For this reason, it is necessary to always charge and use the battery pack mounted on the mobile phone while checking the power consumption displayed on the mobile phone. This mobile phone must be charged indoors using a dedicated charger for the mobile phone, and even if the power is inadvertently turned off while carrying the device while away from home, carry the dedicated charger. It could not be used unless it was charged. In addition, since these chargers require a circuit for converting AC to DC, they are relatively large and are inconvenient to carry each time to cope with battery exhaustion.

Further, in order to charge a secondary battery of a battery pack mounted on a mobile phone, a connection terminal of a charger must be connected to a terminal of a charging section provided on the mobile phone for charging. However, this charging section is installed on the mobile phone main body or the battery pack, and its position is also provided on the mobile phone main body or on the battery pack. It varies depending on the mobile phone such as the side end,
In other words, each mobile phone is provided with its own charging section arbitrarily.

As described above, not only the installation location but also the shape and spacing of the terminals of the charging section are different depending on each model. Therefore, those equipped with various kinds of charging auxiliary devices such as a solar cell have been proposed. In each case, a device provided with a dedicated terminal corresponding to each model had to be used. At the same time, charging using sunlight is easily affected by natural conditions such as weather and time zones, and there is a limit to charging using sunlight in order to respond unexpectedly due to battery exhaustion.
