Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a motor wherein insulation between an outer core and a forcibly inserted inner core is enabled by simple structure. SOLUTION: In an annular outer core 10, a fitting groove 12 is formed, in which an inner core 20 is forcibly inserted. A coil winding part 30 wound around the inner core 20 inserts the base end side and the tip end side of a protruding part 21b of the inner core 20 into a through hole formed in the central part of a pair of insulating sheets 22. Side edge parts 23a, 23b, 24a, 24b are arranged between the insulating sheets 22, bent along the side surface of the coil winding part 30 on at least one of the insulating sheets 22, and positioned between the side surface of the coil winding part 30 and the inside surface of an outer core. The side edge parts are installed as insulating members.

However, in the above-mentioned electric motor stator, after the insulating paper 4 is inserted into the long side 1c of the outer core 1 and the inner surface of the rectangular hole 1a, the fitting groove 1d of the outer core 1 is inserted. , The base 2a of the inner core 2 is press-fitted. However, during this press-fitting, the inner core 2 is pressed into the fitting groove 1d of the outer core 1 while shaking, so that the tip of the outer peripheral surface 3b of the coil winding part 3 slides on the insulating paper 4 and the insulating paper 4 is displaced. As a result, there is a problem in that the insulating property between the outer peripheral surface 3b of the coil winding part 3 and the inner hole surface of the outer core 1 facing thereto is impaired.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, an annular outer core provided with fitting grooves which are open at both end surfaces and an inner surface, and a base end portion is press-fitted into the fitting groove. An inner core protruding into the outer core in a state where the tip faces the rotor, and insulation between a side surface of a winding portion of a coil wound around the protrusion of the inner core and an inner surface of the outer core. In the electric motor stator in which the members are interposed, the base end side and the distal end side of the protruding portion of the inner core are inserted into the insertion holes provided in the center of the pair of insulating sheets, respectively, and the insulating sheet is provided between the insulating sheets. Arranging a winding portion, at least one of the insulating members is bent along a side surface of the winding portion,
Since a side edge located between the side surface of the winding portion and the inner surface of the outer core is provided as the insulating member,
When press-fitting the inner core to the outer core, the side edge overlaps between the side surface of the winding part and the inner surface of the outer core, and the side edge does not shift, and a simple configuration in which the side edge is provided However, insulation between the outer core and the coil winding of the press-fitted inner core can be achieved.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, when the inner core is inserted into the outer core, the outer core end face is formed at the corner of the side edge on the insertion side of the outer core. The notch cooperates with the corner between the outer core end face and the inner face because the notch is formed to bend the side edge along the side face of the winding part in cooperation with the corner with the side face. As a result, the side edges can be automatically bent, and the outer core can be insulated from the press-fitted coil winding of the inner core.
