Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks resulting from whitening at the joints of hinges or the like even when the pushing action of a nozzle is repeated, by linearly forming the joint of the flat face side in a hinge and the joint of the shoulder cover side respectively and arranging these joints parallelly to each other and oppositely. SOLUTION: A nozzle 3 and a shoulder cover 2 are integrally connected to each other by a hinge 6 in which the flat face part 4 is positioned at the connection part 5 at one end side. And the hinge 6 is formed thinner than the shoulder cover 2. The connection part 7 of the other end side connected to the inner peripheral face of the shoulder cover 2 is linearly formed so as to parallelly and oppositely position to the connection part 5 of the one end side provided at the parallel part 4. In this way, as a bending stress is not concentrated at a particular part, such troubles that cracks or breakage occurs because of whitening at both connection parts A5, B7 of the hinge 6, are not brought about. And since the nozzle has a strength enough to withstand the repeated pushing motion, the nozzle can be extremely smoothly pushed down.

[0004] In the aerosol-type discharge container thus constructed, after shaking the container body (50) to sufficiently foam the hair styling liquid during use, the nozzle (54) is pushed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. When the moving operation is performed, the connecting edge A (55a) (see FIG. 8) on the connecting portion A (55) side and the connecting edge B (56a) on the connecting portion B (56) side of the hinge portion (57) are bent. The nozzle (54) is displaced, and the valve (5) is pushed down.
The valve element of 1) is opened. Then, the hairdressing material in the form of foam is discharged from the discharge port (54a) from the valve (51) via the content passage of the nozzle portion (54).

In the above-described conventional spout (52), when the nozzle (54) is pushed and operated, the nozzle (54) and the shoulder cover (5) are pressed.
3) The connection edges A (55a) and (55a) and the connection edge B (56) in the hinge portion (57) connecting
The bending stress is concentrated on the four points a) and 56a. In particular, when a polypropylene resin or the like is used as a molding material of the spout (52), the hinge portion (5) is used in the winter season when the flexibility of the resin is reduced.
7) and the connection edge A (55) thereof.

The nozzle portion (3) has a flat portion (4) formed on a part of the outer peripheral surface thereof so as to cut off the surface from a curved surface to a flat surface. The nozzle portion (3) and the shoulder cover portion (2) are integrally connected by a hinge portion (6) having the flat portion (4) side as a connection portion A (5) on one end side. The hinge portion (6) is formed to be thinner than the shoulder cover portion (2) (see FIG. 2), and is connected to the other end connected to the inner peripheral surface of the shoulder cover portion (2). The part B (7) is formed in a straight line so as to face in parallel with the connecting part A (5) at one end provided on the flat part (4). Therefore, the hinge part (6) connecting the nozzle part (3) and the shoulder cover part (2) is formed in a rectangular shape thinner than the nozzle part (3) and the shoulder cover part (2). The spout (1) is formed so as to have the above configuration by integrally molding a polypropylene resin.

In the spout (1) thus constructed, when the nozzle (3) is pushed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, the nozzle (3) and the shoulder cover (2) are connected. A (5) and B of the hinge (6)
The stress is uniformly applied to (7). That is, the connecting part A (5) and the connecting part B (7) of the hinge part (6)
Means that they are formed in such a manner that they are opposed to each other in a straight line and in parallel with each other, so that the pushing force is uniformly concentrated without being concentrated on a part, and is bent. When the connecting portions A (5) and B (7) are bent, the nozzle portion (3) is displaced downward, and the valve (1) is displaced.
The contents discharged from the discharge pipe (12) of (1) are discharged in a form from the discharge port (3a) of the nozzle part (3). However, in this spout (1), since bending stress does not concentrate on a specific portion, both connecting portions A (5) and B (7) of the hinge portion (6) are whitened and cracks occur. It does not occur or break.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the spout of the present invention. In this embodiment, the same components as those of the spout of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. That is, in the spout (21), one end of the thin hinge portion (22) connecting the nozzle portion (3) and the shoulder cover portion (2) is connected to the flat portion (4) on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle portion (3). ), And a connecting portion B (24) at the other end is connected to the upper surface (2) of the shoulder cover (2).

Thus, in the spout (21), the connecting portion A (23) of the hinge portion (22) and the connecting portion B
(24) means that the pushing force is applied to both connecting portions A (23) and B as in the case of the first embodiment because they are provided linearly and opposed to each other in parallel. (24)
, And it is possible to repeatedly perform a smooth pressing operation. Furthermore, this spout (21)
The connecting portion B (24) of the hinge portion (22) is provided with two notches (2) provided in the shoulder cover portion (2).
5) and (26), the connection distance of the hinge portion (22) is increased, and as a result, both connection portions A (23) when the nozzle portion (3) is pushed and operated, B (2
4) The displacement angle is reduced, and the generated bending stress is reduced. Therefore, according to this spout (21),
Problems such as whitening, cracking and breakage of both connecting portions A (23) and B (24) of the hinge portion (22) can be surely solved. In particular, when the diameter of the spout is small and the connection distance of the hinge portion (22) cannot be long, it is preferable to use the spout (21) of this embodiment.

FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the spout of the present invention. In this embodiment, the same components as those of the spout of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. That is, in the spout (31), one end of the thin hinge portion (32) connecting the nozzle portion (3) and the shoulder cover portion (2) is connected to the flat portion (4) on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle portion (2). ), And a connecting portion B (34) on the other end side is straight at the lower end of the hanging piece (35) hanging from the shoulder cover (2). FIG. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the spout of the present invention. In this embodiment, the same components as those of the spout of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. That is, in the spout (41), a convex inverted V-shaped vent portion (at a substantially central portion of a thin hinge portion (42) connecting the nozzle portion (3) and the shoulder cover portion (2)) is formed. The nozzle portion (3) and the shoulder cover portion (2) have the same configuration as that of the spout (1) described above as the first embodiment except that the nozzle portion (43) is provided.
Are connected by both connecting portions A (5) and B (7).

As described above, this spout (41)
The inverted V-shaped vent portion (43) is provided at the hinge portion (42).
Therefore, the bending stress and displacement generated in the hinge portion (42) when the nozzle portion (3) is pushed and moved are absorbed and reduced by the vent portion (43). Therefore, according to the spout (41), the problems of whitening, cracking and breakage of both connecting portions A (5) and B (7) of the hinge portion (42) can be more reliably solved. It is.

The spout of the present invention is a self-injection type (aerosol type) liquid discharge container in which the contents filled in the container are jetted with a liquefied gas or a compressed gas, or a gas provided in the container by a piston provided inside the container. The present invention can be applied to an internal pressure type liquid discharge container or the like which ejects together with the contents by being compressed. The state of discharging the contents, such as foam, mist, etc., depends on the type and amount of gas to be filled,
Adjustment is possible depending on the shape and size of the spout to be spouted.
