FIG.
Detailed description of the invention
In FIG. 1, a series motor 10 is shown as brushes 11, 12 and schematically at 13.
Rotor windings, the ends of which are respectively connected via commutators 14.
It is shown that they are connected to the lashes 11 and 12. Brush through conductor 15
11 is connected to one terminal 16 of an AC power supply having a voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz, for example.
Have been. The terminal on the opposite side of the AC power supply is shown at 17 and via conductor 18
It is connected to the common connection point P of the circuit.
The motor brush 12 is formed by coils L1 and L2 with a tap U between them.
Connected to one end of the stator winding. One end of coil L2 is a triac
Connected to node P via such a first two-way silicon controlled rectifier 19
. The tap U is connected to the connection point P via a triac-type second silicon controlled rectifier 20.
It is connected to the. Without changing the function, the motor is wound corresponding to windings L1 and L2.
Half of the wire comprises a separate stator winding provided between the brush 11 and the conductor 15
Can be Half of this winding has no taps.
The first trigger circuit for the triac 19 is connected via the capacitor 22
It has a potentiometer P1 connected to point P. With potentiometer P1
The connection point between the capacitors 22 is connected via a trigger element 23 of the DIAC type.
Connected to the control electrode of the lock 19.
The second trigger circuit for the triac 20 is connected via the capacitor 24
It is formed by a potentiometer P2 connected to point P. Potentiometer
The other end of the terminal P2 is connected to terminals 16 of an AC power supply via conductors 25 and 15.
The connection point between potentiometer P2 and capacitor 24 requires a DIAC-type trigger.
It is connected to the control electrode of the triac 20 via the element 25. Two potencies
The meters P1 and P2 are mechanically interconnected for the reasons described below.
I have. The interconnect is indicated by dashed line 26.
The function of the device according to FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIG. Low power range, eg about
Up to 1000 watts, the triac 19 reduces the speed of the motor 10 to the desired level.
Used to control. Up to the power level for the phase control used
The corresponding current drawn does not produce a proportion of harmonics that exceed the acceptable value
.
Trigger circuit having potentiometer P1, capacitor 22, and DIAC23
The triac 19 associated with operates in a conventional manner, as shown in FIG.
At the same time, the trigger circuit operates at the desired time t1 determined by the setting of the potentiometer P1.
And a trigger signal is issued, and the triac 19 starts conducting. And try it
The clock remains conductive for the other half of the period. The transition in the subsequent negative half period is
Similar.
The motor is driven at a higher speed range corresponding to the power level up to the maximum power
When this happens, the lower magnetization of the motor causes the motor to operate at a higher speed.
Used according to what is possible. Motor drive then tap
Controlled by the triac 20 via U, the coil L2 is disconnected. That
The condition necessary to perform without problems is that the triac 20 starts conducting.
Before starting, the triac 19 is fully conducting, i.e. from the beginning of the half period.
Through. To the end the potentiometers work in pairs, i.e. they are
On the same axis, P2 is allowed to leave the zero or maximum resistance position
Previously, potentiometer P1 is arranged to take the position of the least resistance. this
The situation is shown in FIG. 3b. This is because the trigger pulse is emitted to the triac 20
When P2 is operated to make it conductive, triac 1
9 illustrates how it conducts correctly from the beginning of the half period to point t2.
You. Obviously, the current increases from the value I1 to a higher value I2,
It becomes a high curve. FIG. 3c shows the tap voltage U. This is a conducting
This is the voltage applied to the Liac 19. This voltage causes the triac 20 to become conductive.
At the time t2 when the triac 19 is turned off. This is hope
It is important to get only the function. If triac 19 continues conduction,
A heat problem occurs in coil L1.
FIG. 2 depicts another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the simple trigger circuit of FIG.
It has been replaced by a common type of integrated electronic control circuit 27. As shown in FIG.
The motors are controlled by triacs 19, 20 and have the same reference numbers as in FIG.
Used to indicate minutes. The control circuit is connected to the triac 19 via the conductor 28.
Has an output TR1 connected to the control electrode. In addition, the control circuit is
Has an output TR2 connected to the control electrode of the triac 20 via System
The input IN of the control circuit 27 sets the desired speed within the full speed range of the motor,
It has an applied voltage or current that can be changed by potentiometer P3.
Potentiometer P3 is a pressure sensing device (for automatic setting and control of the desired speed).
It can be replaced by another setting means, such as a vacuum box. Instead
The setting means applies a digital signal containing information on the desired speed to the input IN
be able to. The terminal A of the control circuit 27 is connected to the connection point P.
The operation of the embodiment according to the invention shown in FIG. 2 is similar to that of the embodiment of FIG.
doing. However, before the triac 20 can begin conducting,
The same condition applies that the triac 19 must be fully conducting.
It is. For example, setting means (
P3) is when the trigger pulse related to the first output (TR1) is the first two-way silicon control.
When the speed is set higher than the speed at which the control rectifier (19) is sufficiently conducted.
This condition is controlled by the control circuit 27 so that a trigger pulse is issued to the output TR2.
Can be entered. The control circuit can be a microcomputer,
The control parameters can be programmed in a known manner.
