Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.空気流路を内部に規定する管体(11)を含んで成る吸入器において、 該空気流路の中に配置された単一投与量の微粒子の吸入可能な活性物質(S) を含んで成り;当該投与量は閉鎖手段(13)として、これが使用前にユーザに よって除去或いは開放されることになる斯ゝる閉鎖手段によって雰囲気に対して 封止或いは閉鎖されており;該吸入器は1度だけ使用に供されるものであること を特徴とする吸入器。 2.空気流路(30)を内部に規定する管体(11、29)と、単一投与量の 微粒子の吸入可能な活性物質(S)を該空気流路の中に供給するための手段(3 1、39、48)とを含んで成る吸入器において、 該流路の断面積は該管体(30)のマウスピース自由端から該流路の全長の大 部分に亘って延在する流通路セクションの長さに亘っ75mm2を越えないこと を特徴とする吸入器。 3.該流路の断面積は該管体(30)のマウスピース自由端から該流路の全長 の大部分に亘って延在する流通路セクションの長さに亘っ75mm2を越えない 、請求項1に係る吸入器。 4.該流路セクション(39)の断面積が75mm2を越えず、好ましくは5 0mm2より小さい、請求項2或いは3に係る吸入器。 5.該流路セクション(39)の断面積が7〜35mm2であり、好ましくは 約20mm2より小さい、請求項4に係る吸入器。 6.該活性物質(S)の2、3回の投与量或いは単一の投与量のみを含んで成 り、そして2、3回だけ或いは1回切りの使用に供す る形式のものである、請求項4或いは5に係る吸入器。 7.該流路(39)或いは該流路セクションが実質的に円形の断面を有し、該 流路の内径が該セクションの長さに亘って実質的に同じである、請求項1〜6の いずれか1項に係る吸入器。 8.該吸入器が飲用ストローに類似したものに形成されている、請求項7に係 る吸入器。 9.該流路が湾曲セクション(27)を含んで成る、請求項1〜8のいずれか 1項に係る吸入器。 10.該管体が曲折可能セクション(12、17)を含んで成る、請求項1〜 9のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 11.該管体(11)の該曲折可能セクション(12、17)が周辺に延在す る波形を含んで成る、請求項10に係る吸入器。 12.該波形の底が個々のユーザに適した曲がり具合を取得するために役立つ コードを具備している、請求項11に係る吸入器。 13.更に、該流路の縦軸に関する回転運動を該該流路を流れる空気に与える ための手段(16)を含んで成る、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に係る吸入器 。 14.該管体(11、29)は使用中にユーザの歯からユーザの舌の根元近く の位置まで延在するだけの長さを有しているマウスピースセクションを含んで成 る、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 15.更に、ユーザの口腔(14)に該吸入器を位置付けるようにユーザの上 顎歯(24)と係合するために設けた該管体(11、29)の外面に形成された バイトピース(18)を含んで成る、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に係る吸入 器。 16.該バイトピース(18)が該管体(11)に取外し可能に装着される、 請求項15に係る吸入器。 17.該バイトピース(18)の形状が個々のユーザの該歯(24)に適合す るようになっている、請求項15或いは16に係る吸入器。 18.該管体は引っ込めた貯蔵条件から引き延ばした使用の条件まで移動可能 である、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 19.該管体はその縦方向の伸延を許容するようにその長さの大部分に亘って 存在する周辺段繰り部を具備している、請求項18に係る吸入器。 20.該管体が抜き差し出来るように協労する管状部品を含んで成る、請求項 18に係る吸入器。 21.更に、所定サイズを越えるサイズの粒子を保留するために該流路(30 )の中に配設された保留手段を含んで成る、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に係 る吸入器。 22.該保留手段が該該流路(30)を横断するように延在した篩或いはスク リーン(30)を含んで成る、請求項21に係る吸入器。 23.該閉鎖手段は該管体(11)の両端に取外し可能に装着された1対のキ ャップ部材(13)を含んで成る、請求項1と請求項3〜22のいずれか1項に 係る吸入器。 24.該管体(11)の自由端は近接配位され、当該自由端が共通の取外し可 能閉鎖部材によって閉じられる、請求項10〜23のいずれか1項に係る吸入器 。 25.該キャップ部材或いは閉鎖部材(13)の少なくとも1つが透明材料で 作られる、請求項23或いは24に係る吸入器。 26.該管体(11、29)が少なくとも部分的に透明材料で作られる、請求 項1〜25のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 27.更に、該流路を流れる強制空気流を提供する強制流発生手段(15)を 含んで成る、請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 28.該強制流発生手段が該管体(11)の空気導入端に装着する圧縮可能バ ルブ(15)を含んで成る、請求項27に係る吸入器。 29.該管体の1端或いはマウスピース端がユーザの鼻に挿入されるようにな っている、請求項1〜28のいずれか1項に係る吸入器。 30.1対の管体と両者を相互連結する連結部品を含んで成り、該管体対の該 1端、即ちマウスピースはユーザの鼻孔に挿入出来るように離間した関係に配置 されている、請求項29に係る吸入器。 31.請求項2〜30のいずれか1項に係る吸入器に関連して使用される物質 供給手段であって、当該供給手段が微粒子活性物質(S)の単一投与量のみを容 れる管状片(48)を含んで成り、当該投与量は使用前にユーザによって取り除 くか、開放されることになる閉鎖手段(13)によって雰囲気に対して封止或い は閉鎖され、該管状片の1端が該吸入器の該空気流路(30)に挿入可能或いは 接続可能である、斯ゝる物質供給手段。 32.該管状片(48)が少なくとも1つの曲折可能セクション(49)を含 んで成る、請求項31に係る物質供給手段。 33.該曲折可能セクションは周辺に延在する複数の隣接配置段繰り部を含ん で成る、請求項32に係る物質供給手段。 34.該閉鎖手段は該管状片(48)の両端を閉じる1対の取外し可能閉鎖キ ャップを含んで成る、請求項32或いは33に係る物質供給手段。 35.該管状片(48)の両自由端は近接配位し、当該両自由端 が共通の取外し可能な閉鎖部材によって閉じられる、請求項32或いは33に係 る物質供給手段。
