Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 空気入口と空気出口とを有する吸入路を備えた吸入器(12)の容器から 薬理学的に活性な物質を吸入する吸入装置であって、上記吸入装置は空気入口と 空気出口とを有し上記活性物質が上記空気出口を介して上記容器から吸引される 分散室(20)と使用者が上記分散室(20)から上記活性物質を吸引できるよ うにする手段(16,22)とを備え、上記分散室(20)は少なくとも第1の 非可動要素(10)と第2の可動要素(6)により形成され、上記第2の要素( 6)は実質的に円筒形をしており、上記第1の要素(10)は上記第2の要素( 6)に配置されて、上記第1と第2の要素(10,6)が他方に対して移動され ると上記分散室(20)に真空又は負圧が形成される吸入装置において、 上記第1の非可動要素(10)は、上記吸引装置が吸入のために作動状態にあ るとき、上記第1の要素(10)と吸入器の両方に対して上記第2の要素(10 )が移動するように、上記吸入器(12)に固定されていることを特徴とする吸 入装置。 2. 上記第1の非可動要素(10)は上記空気出口(11)近傍の上記空気出 口(15)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1の吸入装置。 3. 上記ピストン(10)の外面と上記第2の要素(6)の内面との間に気密 シール(8)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の吸入装置。 4. 上記第1の要素(10)は、開口部(26)を有しかつ上記吸入器(12 )の上記空気出口に設けられて該空気出口を囲み、これにより上記ピストンと上 記吸入器の空気出口との間に気密シールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求 項1,2又は3の吸入装置。 5. 上記ピストンの上記開口部は上記吸入器(12)の上記空気出口開口部と 一直線上に設けてある請求項4の吸入装置。 6. 上記ピストン(10)の開口部を閉鎖するために第1の弁手段(18)が 設けられ、上記弁手段(18)は上記分散室(20)に負圧又は真空が形成され て空気が上記吸入器を介して上記分散室に吸引されると開くように設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項4又は5の吸入装置。 7. 上記開口部又は第2の要素(6)の空気出口(22)を閉鎖するために別 の弁手段(16)が設けられ、上記別の弁手段(16)は使用者が上記空気出口 (22)から吸入するときに開放するように設けられていることを特徴とする上 記請求項のいずれかの吸引装置。 8. 上記弁手段(16,18)は、それらの一端が上記第1と第2の要素の壁 にそれぞれ取り付けられ、他方の端部が自由に移動可能な薄い膜に形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項6又は7の吸入装置。 9. 上記吸入器が従来の乾燥粉末吸入器である上記請求項のいずれかの吸入装 置。 10. 上記吸入器は操作手段(13)を有し、上記操作手段は装填位置から上 記吸入器の吸入溝の吸入位置に一回の服用量の上記薬理学的活性物質を供給する ために、調薬ユニットと調薬ディスクを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9の 吸入装置。 11. 上記吸入器は呼吸作動式乾燥粉末吸引器、好ましくはターブハラー(商 標)であることを特徴とする請求項10の吸入装置。 12. 上記ピストン(10)は上記吸入器(12)の上記空気出口又は上記マ ウスピース(15)に設けてある上記請求項のいずれかの吸入装置。 13. 実質的に円筒形に形成された別の要素(4)が上記第1の円筒状に形成 された要素(6)の外面の周りに配置されかつ上記第2の要素(6)に対して回 転可能に設けられており、上記円筒状に形成された別の要素(4)は上記要素( 4)に上記吸入器に設けるために下部に装着手段(24)を有することを特徴と する上記請求項のいずれかの吸入装置。 14. 上記吸入器の上記操作手段(13)は上記円筒状に形成された別の要素 (4)の上記装着手段に固定され、上記第2の要素(6)に対する上記円筒状に 形成された別の要素(4)の回転は上記吸入器の上記操作手段を回転させて吸入 のために上記吸入器を動作させることを特徴とする請求項13の吸入装置。 15. 上記付勢手段(32)は上記ピストン(10)と上記第2の要素(6) の間に設けてあることを特徴とする請求項11の吸入装置。 16. 上記付勢手段(26)はスパイラルスプリングであることを特徴とする 請求項15の吸入装置。 17. 請求項1から14の装置を用いて分散室(20)に負圧又は真空を形成 して上記分散室に薬理学的活性物質を分散する方法。 18. 請求項1から16の吸入装置を用いて一回の服用量の薬理学的活性物質 を投与する方法であって、上記装置はまた該装置の空気出口/マウスピース(2 2)を介して上記分散室(20)に上記服用量の物質を押し込むように使用され る。 19. 上記ピストン(10)と上記第2の要素(6)は上記分配室に上記負圧 又は真空を形成する方向と反対方向に移動すべく付勢され、これにより上記装置 から上記服用量の物質を押し出すために上記分散室に過圧又は正圧を形成する請 求項18の方法。
