Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分配すべき材料(T)を貯蔵するためのホッパー(23)と、 放出ノズル(13)を有する放出チューブ(12)と、 貯蔵されている材料(T)をホッパーから放出チューブ(12)へ移送するた めの送り手段(25)と、 送り手段(25)によって放出チューブ(12)へ移送される材料(T)を調 整するための微粒子材料計量手段(35)と、 沈降チューブ(15)とを備え、 材料(T)を充填すべき容器(C)が放出ノズル(13)に近接配置され、送 り手段(25)は所定量の材料(T)をホッパー(23)から放出チューブ(1 2)へ移送し、また容器(C)からの材料を含有する空気(T’)は沈降チュー ブ(15)に逃げ、そこで排出空気(T’)中の材料が鎮静して重力によって容 器(C)中に落ちるようにしたことを特徴とする微粒子材料分配装置(10)。 2.送り手段(25)がスクリューコンベアを含む、請求項1に記載の分配装 置。 3.スクリューコンベア(25)を通過して運ばれる微粒子材料(T)がスク リューコンベア(25)に残るかまたはホッパー(23)に戻るように微粒子材 料(T)にバイアスが加えられるようにスクリューコンベア(25)が配置され 、スクリューコンベア(25)が停止すると材料(T)の流れも停止するように した、請求項2に記載の分配装置。 4.余分な材料(T)がホッパー(23)から放出チューブ(12)に漏れる のを防ぐために、スクリューコンベアがほぼ水平に置かれた、請求項2または3 に記載の分配装置。 5.計量手段(35)が、スクリューコンベア(25)の回転数を調節するた めのタイマ式スイッチ手段を含み、これにより送り手段を通過して送り出される 材料が、正確且つ安定して計量されるようにした、請求項2〜4の何れかに記載 の分配装置。 6.放出チューブ(12)および沈降チューブ(15)は垂直に配置されたチ ューブの一部を形成しており、チューブの上端部から離れたところに位置する結 合点に、スクリューコンベア(25)により材料が送られるようにした、請求項 2〜5の何れかに記載の分配装置。 7.容器をノズル(13)と気密係合させるよう動作可能なバイアス手段を有 するプレート(30)によって容器(C)が放出ノズル(13)に隣接して保持 されるようにした、上記請求項の何れかに記載の分配装置。 8.種々の容器注入孔との気密係合を容易にするために放出ノズル(13)が テーパー形状を有している、上記請求項の何れかに記載の分配装置。 9.ホッパー(23)中の材料(T)を攪拌するための手段を含む、上記請求 項の何れかに記載の分配装置。 10.攪拌手段が送り手段(25)によって駆動される、請求項9に記載の分 配装置。 11.単一のホッパー(23)を含み、また送り手段(25)とこれに連結さ れた放出チューブ(12)とを複数組含む、上記請求項の何れかに記載の分配装 置。
