The invention relates to a load lifting device of the kind set forth in the preamble of claim 1. concept"
A “prism” is a similar object (eg, a cuboid, cube or trapezoidal pyramid)
Including. The concept "tickle" is a simple trailer with a removable roller device at the bottom
And a pulley device.
Background art
Load lifting devices of the type described above are used in particular for lifting and handling large containers.
It is. In this case, the crane stand is generally a traveling trolley carrying a load lifting device.
Or a trackless or non-tracking type container transport trolley. Running a container carrier
Row movement allows for a wide range of containers to be transported between each stack location
. The rough positioning of the two horizontal containers at the stacking point is the same
Of the trolley by the movement of the container carrier.
It is performed by the running exercise. General lifting and lowering movement is performed through the operation of the rope winding cylinder
. In this case, it is generally the case that several load lifting devices or all
Guide to the winding drum. The above-mentioned exercise method generally requires the latest container transshipment work.
Therefore, it is impossible to position and coordinate the load with the required accuracy. For example, stacked
The maximum allowable position error of the two large containers is 10 mm. Therefore, water
A device for slightly moving and rotating the load lifting device in the plane is required.
Further, for example, two horizontal planes at right angles to each other to accommodate uneven floors
Measures are needed to tilt the load lifting device about the axis.
Fig. 1 shows the above-mentioned adjustment movement called micro movement in container transshipment technology.
Was. The figure shows a rectangular container C having a main horizontal axis X, a main vertical axis Y and a vertical axis Z.
It is shown in a formula. The movement in the X-axis or Y-axis direction is the X movement or the Y movement, respectively.
And rotation about the X, Y, or Z axes is a pitching motion, respectively.
, Called rolling or yawing. The above names are
Also used below.
Mutually movable between the original trolling equipment and the holding frame connected to the container
Two frames or the like, which can be placed and displaced to carry out the micro-motion described above
Claims provided with a so-called head block consisting of
Load lifting devices of the type described in the premise of item 1 are already known. like this
The head block is technically complex and heavy with respect to its support and displacement devices.
The amount of structural members increases the cost of the load lifting device significantly.
Disclosure of the invention
The object of the present invention is to provide at least an X-motion by means simpler than the prior art.
, A Y-motion and a yawing motion are created.
It is in.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
When the length of the trolley of one loading plane changes in the opposite direction, the tilting motion in the loading plane
It has been found that as long as is prevented, the takele is biased laterally. According to the present invention
In the case of a device that has a tilting motion, the tilting movement is
Is blocked by Taking the loading plane is included in the concept “loading device”.
Thus, for example, a load having four loading planes forming the side walls of a virtual cuboid
In the lifting / lowering device, the displacement of the loading device of the two loading planes parallel to each other in the same direction
Therefore, the movement in the direction of the loading plane is realized, and the loading of two mutually parallel loading planes is performed.
The yaw movement in the horizontal plane can be realized by the displacement of the device in the opposite direction.
You.
In the case of a load lifting device of the kind described in the premise of claim 1, two loading surfaces are used.
The corner range of the virtual prism defined by
Associated with each other, each of which includes a tackle of one of the loading planes
It is provided. In the case of the embodiment of the present invention, at least the take of each
Additional displacement means are provided to adjust and displace the tool in the same direction. These additional
Displacement means move up and down each corner or edge of the virtual prism.
Lifting load around one horizontal axis or both horizontal axes at right angles to each other
The device can be tilted. In a particularly simple embodiment, the direction of the main horizontal axis of the prism
Additional displacement means for two pairs of adjacent turks in the direction of
To equip. By displacing two adjacent pairs of simultaneously in the same direction,
A tilting movement about one of the axes occurs immediately. The concept “adjusted displacement
Generally, the term “from the trolley to the tilt axis” refers to the
Means that the difference in the distances in should be taken into account.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, a low load device is provided between at least
A force compensator is provided. With such a rope force compensator, such a device
The same load can be carried by all the vehicles connected to the vehicle. Thus, for example
For example, unequal length changes of the rope and uneven rope rolling diameters can be compensated. This
Such a rope force compensating device is particularly provided between the two tackles of the pair of tackles.
In another embodiment of the present invention, due to the reverse displacement of the trolley of one loading plane.
Can be released. This measure allows, for example,
Therefore, when the load is moved by an external horizontal force acting on the load,
The position mechanism can follow the movement and prevent the slack of each rope portion.
In the case of the embodiment of the displacement mechanism for the reverse displacement of the tackle of one loading plane,
Connect the free ends of both handles on one loading plane to each other and
Activate a displacement drive that is movable in two directions. Hydraulic pressure as displacement drive
It can be an operation cylinder, an electric screw spindle drive, or the like. both

Deactivate the displacement mechanism for the reverse displacement of two handles on one loading plane
As can be seen, for example, the displacement drive can be removed from the rope device. Another fruit
In the case of the embodiment, the displacement drive can be deactivated while still connected to the rope device.
In the case of hydraulic actuating cylinders, this means, for example, that both
Short circuit the Linda chamber.
The means for the reverse displacement of each rope pair is basically
Acts on the free end or winding drum end. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the means comprises
Formed from a movable length compensating roller acting on the barrel end and guiding the associated rope end
. By moving or turning the length compensating roller, the rope can be moved in a manner known per se.
Shorten or lengthen the path, and thus lengthen or shorten the length of the associated tackle
.
As described above, since the tilting motion of the virtual prism around the main horizontal axis is performed,
The two pairs of the turrets provided on the shaft can be displaced in the same direction. In addition, the above-mentioned
Only one of the pairs is displaced by the supplementary displacement means described above and another
It can be driven via a rope force compensator provided between the tackles of the second pair of tackles.
This aspect will be described in more detail with reference to examples.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the rope force compensators has an associated
Hydraulic syringe acting on one side, placed in the rope path of the vehicle or in series with the rope
And the cylinder chamber receiving the load of the hydraulic cylinder of the rope force compensator is
, Are interconnected via a compensation line. Rope force compensator hydraulic cylinder
The pressure is the same for all hydraulic cylinders and thus all ropes
Are made equal through the compensating line until the pulling forces are equal.
In another embodiment of the invention, due to the reverse displacement of the trolley in one loading plane.
Each of the displacement mechanisms, in particular when the displacement drive is released,
A damping means for damping the movement of the displacement mechanism induced thereby is provided.
The detachable rollers of the tackle of the tackle pair act on essentially the same load point.
, If all the handles are essentially geometrically identical,
Particularly advantageous effects can be obtained in terms of performance. Thus, the tackle of the tackle pair is
In all positioning movements, the same length change is always made,
The additional displacement means for the displacement of the pair in the same direction is greatly simplified. Takele,
Each is preferably a simple pulley having a detachable rope roller. this
In some cases, the bobbin end is essentially vertical and the free end is at an acute angle to the vertical plane

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated and described in detail below.
FIG. 1 shows a container C as an example for accurate positioning and orientation of a load.
The possible micro-motions required for are shown schematically. The above movement is performed in the X direction and the Y direction.
Includes translation and rotation around the X, Y and Z axes.
In particular, as is evident from FIGS. 3 and 4, the above described with four loading planes
Types of load lifting devices are generally equipped with a slide suspended on a crane stand (not shown).
It is suspended by the vehicle device 2 and the above-described pulley device, and is adapted to various dimensions of the container C.
Holding frame 4 (spreader) provided with connecting means 6 for connecting to container C
including. 3 and 4 show the pulley in the lower position and the upper position, respectively.
Apparatus 2 is shown.
FIG. 2 schematically illustrates a typical rope guide for a load lifting device of the type described above.
Was shown. Four loading planes L1 and L forming side walls of a virtual rectangular parallelepiped indicated by chain lines
Two pulleys indicated by F1 to F8 are provided at 2, L3 and L4, respectively.
The pulleys are configured as simple pulleys each having a removable lower roller R,
The winding drum end T of the pulling rope S moves upward from the roller, and in some cases, changes direction.
Later, it is guided on a rope winding drum (not shown), while another free end E is inclined upwards.
To the fixed end of a crane stand (not shown). Between the winding drum end and the free end
Is preferably the same for all the pulleys. This does not swing
Such a lifting device is basically known and is called a "rope tower".
FIG. 3-5 shows a load hoist having a rope guiding device essentially corresponding to FIG. 2
Three types of schematics are shown. Therefore, the same reference symbols in FIG.
Use The eight pulley elements are each referenced with an index of 1-8.
Indicated.
Hereinafter, the rope guide device will be described in more detail by taking each pulley device as an example. Loading
The free ends E1, E2 of the pulley devices F1, F2 (see FIG. 3) on the plane 1
It is guided to a series of fixed points P1 and P2. The fixed point is determined according to FIGS. 6 and 7.
As shown in detail, the associated loading planes interconnected via connecting rods K1,2
It is configured as segment levers H1 and H2 that can pivot inside. Displacement drive
When the connecting rods K1 and K2 are slid in the position, the pulleys F1 and F2 are reversed.
Displaced in the direction.
A similar displacement mechanism H3, H4, K3, 4 is used in the pulley device of the loading plane L2 in FIG.
Shown in connection.
As is clear from FIG. 4, the winding drum ends T4 and T5 (T5 is not shown in FIG. 4).
I) is at the corner defined by the loading plane L2 / L3,
Rope winding via change rollers O4, O5 and another direction change roller Q4, Q5
Guided to 8. In particular, as shown in more detail in FIG.
4, Q5 can be displaced in the direction of arrow 10, thus the associated pulley devices F4, F5
Can be selectively shortened or lengthened.
Roller ends of pulley devices F6 and F7 at corners defined by loading planes L3 / L4
T6 and T7 are also the upper direction change rollers O6 and O7 and the additional direction change rollers.
It is guided to the rope winding drum 8 via the rollers Q6 and Q7 (see FIG. 5). Upward change
Further rollers O4, O5; O6, 07 are coaxial double rollers as shown in FIG.
Is configured as The additional direction change rollers Q6 and Q7 are likewise indicated by arrows 10
It is movable in the direction of.
If all the additional direction change rollers Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7 are displaced simultaneously,
The pulley devices F4, F5, F6, F7 are displaced in the same direction, thus the container C
Performs a tilting movement about the X axis.
The winding drum end T8 of the corner defined by the loading plane L4 / L1 or L1 / L2
, T1-T3 are also roped via upper direction change rollers O8, O1-O3.
It is guided by the winding drum 8 (see FIG. 5). Container C can also be tilted around the Y axis
For example, the winding drum ends T2 and T3 of the pair of pulley devices F2 and F3 are also movable.
Of the pulley device, and thus the pulley device is guided by a pair of pulleys.
It can be displaced in the same direction as the vehicle devices F4 and F5. However, the actual
In the case of the embodiment, for tilting around the Y axis, take another method described below
Can also.
Loading plane L3 (not shown in FIG. 3) and loading plane L4 (shown in FIG. 4)
The free end of the pulley device (not shown) is also pivotally mounted on the associated loading plane.
Guided by the segment levers interconnected by the connecting rod, thus
It was noted that in all loading planes, reverse displacement of the pulley device is possible
No.
In FIG. 6-8, the upper region of the load elevating device is described with reference to FIG. 3-5.
2 shows the rope guiding device in more detail. However, in this case, the segment
Bars H1, H2, H3, H4 are shown at different positions.
In particular, as is evident from FIGS. 6 and 8, a rope winding
A specific winding section of the cylinder 8 is provided. In this case, the feed angle of the winding drum end to be wound is
It changes in a known manner at the time of the winding operation or the rewinding operation, respectively.
FIG. 9 shows two pulleys on one loading plane (for example, loading plane L1 in FIG. 2).
The embodiment of the displacement mechanism for displacing the device in the opposite direction has been described. About this point, displacement machine
In connection with the construction, the operating drive, damping device and rope force compensator are described in detail below.
explain.
The free end E1; E2 is a segment lever H1 which is installed to be pivotable on the loading plane.
; Guided to H2. Angle lever that can turn in the opposite direction to the segment lever
Bars W1; W2 are provided coaxially with the segment levers H1; H2. Ann
The glue levers W1 and W2 are respectively connected via rope force compensating cylinders Z1 and Z2.
, Associated segment levers H1; H2. Angle lever W1;
The free ends of W2 are connected to each other via connecting rods K1, K2. Free end E
1, E2 are always subjected to a tensile load, so that the rope force compensating cylinders Z1; Z2 and
Also, the connecting rods K1, K2 always receive a tensile load. Therefore, the connecting rod
Can be replaced with a rope.
To support the tensile load of the rope force compensating cylinder Z1; Z2, as shown in FIG.
It is sufficient to apply pressure to the lower cylinder chambers U1; U2.
A pressure compensating line V1; V2 branches off from the lower cylinder chamber U1; U2.
You. For example, to compensate for the rope force between the free ends E1 and E2, the pressure compensating line V
1, V2 are mutually connected. For example, the free end E1 is larger than the free end E2.
When subjected to severe loads, the pressure in both cylinder chambers will be equal, thus
Until the rope forces are equal, the working liquid flows from the cylinder chamber U1
Press-fit into chamber U2.
If rope force compensation is not performed, omit the rope compensation cylinder.
Can be. In this case, the segment lever and the associated angle lever
It is constructed integrally with the material.
For the displacement of the displacement mechanism, a hydraulic operating device 12 that can operate in two directions is provided.
Have been. This operating device is fixed to the connecting rods K1,
I have. The operating device 12 is short-circuited via the short-circuit line 16, and is thus inactive.
Is switched to
Further, a damping cylinder for displacing the connecting rods K1 and K2 in both directions is provided on the eye plate 14.
18 is mounted.
The function of the lifting device is described below:
For raising and lowering the load, a common rope winding cylinder 8 is operated on all the vehicles,
Then, all the tackles are displaced simultaneously.
Reference is made to FIGS. 3 and 4 for explanation of the minute movement required for precise positioning.
. In the figure, the end wall of the container C is substantially parallel to the loading planes L1, L3.
The side walls are substantially parallel to L2 and L4. Loading flat to perform displacement in X direction
The displacement mechanism of the surfaces L1 and L3 is displaced in the same direction. In this case, the loading planes L2, L4
Of the container C is prevented, since the apparatus of FIG. Similarly, loading
The movement in the Y direction is performed by operating the displacement mechanisms on the planes L2 and L4 in the same direction.
U. In this case, the tilting of the container about the X axis is caused by the device of the loading planes L1 and L3.
Blocked by remaining unchanged.
To rotate the container C about the vertical axis Z, for example, one loading plane L
1 and L3 and the other of the loading planes L2 and L4 are displaced in opposite directions.
I do. Only the displacement mechanism of the loading planes L1 and L3 is displaced in the opposite direction,
, L4 is sufficient.
The tilting of the container C about the X axis is caused by the rotation of the containers F4, F5 and F6, F7.
This is done by a displacement in the same direction, in which case the associated additional redirection roller Q4,
Q5 and Q6, Q7 are displaced in the same direction.
To tilt around the Y-axis, for example, only the pair of turicles F4 and F5 are relevant.
Displaced by the displacement of the additional direction change rollers Q4, Q5
Through the rope force compensator provided between the above-mentioned wings F3 and F2
Drive.
The rope force compensator is selectively switched between an active state and a non-active state. Stillness
In order to achieve a specific load distribution in particular, two adjacent rope pairs must be
And combined into one compartment by a compensation device. This compartment is the other two ropes
Together with the rope sections formed from pairs, a three-point suspension system is formed.
By switching the displacement mechanism or its displacement drive to the inactive state, another weight
Key issues are met. For example, if the load is based on a large running acceleration, the horizontal axis (
(E.g., the X axis) is strongly accelerated, so that each of the loading planes parallel to said axis
If the rope is likely to slack, release the displacement mechanism of the loading plane, and thus,
The loading device can be adapted to the horizontal deflection caused by the acceleration.
FIG. 10 shows a load rise in which the trolleys of the four loading planes are simply configured as ropes.
Shown the descending device. As in FIG. 2, the loading plane is indicated by L1-L4, and the rope is indicated by S1.
1-18. The winding drum end of each rope S11-18 is a direction change roller.
Through the associated roller winding cylinders 20; 22. Other ropes S11-18
Free end of the holding frame 24 is guided to a fixed point of the holding frame 24 which can be coupled with a load (for example, a container).
It is. Both ropes of one loading plane form a loading device. Top of rope tower
The two tackles that meet at the corner of the range are a rope pair,
17 / S12, S11 / S14, S13 / S16 and S15 / S18
To form
The free ends of the ropes S11 and S12 are connected to the segment as in the case of the displacement mechanism described above.
It is guided by levers H11 and H12 and is fixed to this segment lever. Segume
Levers H11 and H12 are connected to each other by connecting rods K11 and K12.
Have been. The displacement drive device 26 acts on the segment lever H12. Displacement drive
By operating the drive device 26, the segment levers H11 and H12 are simultaneously turned.
Then, the ropes S11 and S12 are displaced.
The same displacement mechanism is associated with the loading plane L3 and the ropes S15, S16 respectively
It is provided. The free ends of the ropes S17 and S18 of the loading plane L4 are mutually
It is joined and wrapped around the rope winding drum 28. The rope winding cylinder 28
Can be rotated by the position driving device 30. At this time, the ropes S17, S18
Are respectively displaced in opposite directions. The same displacement device is used for loading plane L2 and
Loops E13 and S14, respectively.
In the case of the above-described device, the displacement of the loading planes L1 and L3 is the same as in the case of the above-described first embodiment.
The movement in the X direction can be realized by the operation of the mechanism in the same direction.
The movement in the Y direction can be realized by the operation of the displacement mechanism in the same direction, and the parallel loading
Actuation of at least two displacement mechanisms mounted in a plane in the same direction will
Around rotation can be realized. For rolling or pitching exercises
Although not shown, the second displacement means is, as in the case of the first embodiment, a take-up drum.
It can consist of a movable length compensating roller guiding the end.
