Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体内通路を閉鎖するための器具であって: 膨張可能な、実質的に円筒形状のフレームと; 選択的に力を適用して前記フレームを直径方向に膨張させ、前記フレームの 一部を体内通路の壁の中に埋め込み、前記フレームを体内通路の中に保持するた めの膨張手段と; 前記フレームに保持されて、前記フレームの前記膨張に際して前記体内通路 を閉塞させる可撓性のシール膜とを具備した器具。 2.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記円筒形 状のフレームは、第一の安定な直径から第二の安定な直径へと塑性変形可能であ る器具。 3.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記膨張手 段が、 膨張可能なバルーンと; 前記バルーンを膨張させるように選択的に流体圧力を適用するための、前記 バルーンに取り外し可能に接続できる管手段と; 前記バルーンから前記管手段を取り外す際に、前記バルーンの膨張を維持す るための手段とを具備している器具。 4.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲3に記載の器具であって、前記膨張を 維持するための手段が、前記管手段に接続するための、前記バルーンに装着され たチェックバルブを具備している器具。 5.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲3に記載の器具であって、前記膨張を 維持するための手段が、前記管手段を通して注入可能な硬化性流体を具備してい る装置。 6.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記フレー ムが円筒状の格子構造を具備している器具。 7.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記フレー ムが、円筒状のメッシュ構造を具備している器具。 8.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記フレー ムが円筒状のコイル構造を具備している器具。 9.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記膨張手 段が、 前記フレームの中に挿入することができる膨張可能なバルーンと; 前記バルーンを膨張させる流体圧力を選択的に適用するための、前記バルー ンに取り付けられたカテーテルとを具備した器具。 10.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記フレー ムの前記埋め込まれる部分が、前記通路の壁の中に部分的に延出するように前記 フレームの周辺部材から充分に離れた、少なくとも一つの構造部材を具備してい る器具。 11.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲10に記載の器具であって、前記構造 部材が細長い格子部材を具備している器具。 12.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲10に記載の器具であって、前記構造 部材が細長いメッシュ部材を具備している器具。 13.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲10に記載の器具であって、前記構造 部材が細長いコイル部材を具備している器具。 14.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、 前記シール膜は、前記フレームの第一の末端で前記通路を閉塞させることと ; 前記シール膜は、前記フレームの第一の末端で前記フレームに締結すること によって、前記フレームに保持される器具。 15.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲14に記載の器具であって、可撓性の 安定化膜を更に具備し、該安定化膜は、前記フレームの第二の末端で前記フレー ムに締結されることによって前記フレームに保持される器具。 16.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記可撓性 シール膜が、膨張可能なバルーンを具備してる器具。 17.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲16に記載の器具であって、前記膨張 手段は、前記バルーンを膨張させる流体圧力を選択的に適用するための、前記バ ルーンに取り外し可能に接続された管手段を具備している器具。 18.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲16に記載の器具であって、前記バル ーンは、前記フレームに締結されることによって前記フレーム内に保持される器 具。 19.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲16に記載の器具であって、前記バル ーンを前記フレームの中に保持するように、前記フレームの第一の末端および第 二の末端が前記バルーンの回りに形成される器具。 20.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲16に記載の器具であって、前記フレ ームが前記バルーンの壁の中にモールドされている器具。 21.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲1に記載の器具であって、前記可撓性 性シール膜が血液凝固促進物質を含んでいる器具。 22.体内通路を閉鎖するための装置であって: 流体圧力の供給源と; 閉鎖すべき前記通路の中に挿入可能な先端を有し、前記流体圧力の供給源に 接続された可撓性カテーテルと; 前記カテーテルにより前記流体圧力を選択的に適用されて膨張するように、 前記カテーテルの先端に流体連通して接続された膨張可能なバルーンと; 前記バルーンに装着可能で且つ膨張可能な実質的に円筒形状のフレームであ って、前記バルーンにより直径方向に膨張して前記通路の壁の中に部分的に埋め 込まれて前記通路の中に保持されるために、第一の安定な直径から第二の安定な 直径へと塑性変形可能なフレームと; 前記フレームの先端に保持されて、前記フレームの膨張に際して前記通路を 閉塞する可撓性のシール膜と; 前記フレームの基端部に保持されて、前記膨張の際に前記フレームを実質的 に円筒形状に保持する可撓性の安定化膜と; 前記カテーテルのための、前記安定化膜を貫通する通路とを具備する装置。 23.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲22に記載の器具であって、前記可撓 性シール膜に血液凝固促進物質が含まれている器具。 24.体内通路を閉鎖するための装置であって: 流体圧力の供給源と; 閉鎖すべき前記通路の中に挿入可能な先端を有し、前記流体圧力の供給源に 接続された可撓性の管状部材と; 前記カテーテルにより前記流体圧力を選択的に適用されて膨張し、前記通路 を閉塞するように、前記カテーテルの先端に流体連通して接続された膨張可能な バルーンと; 前記バルーンに装着された、膨張可能で且つ実質的に円筒形状のフレームで あって、前記バルーンにより直径方向に膨張して前記通路の壁の中に部分的に埋 め込まれ、前記通路の中に保持されるフレームと; 前記管状部材から前記バルーンを選択的に切り離すための手段と; 前記フレームを前記膨張した状態に維持するための手段と; 前記バルーンを、前記通路の中の前記フレームに保持するための手段とを具 備する装置。 25.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲24に記載の器具であって、前記バル ーンに血液凝固促進物質が含まれている器具。 26.体内通路を閉鎖するための方法であって: 管状部材を準備する工程と; バルーンを前記管状部材の先端に装着する工程と; 膨張可能で且つ実質的に円筒形状のフレームを、前記バルーンに装着する工 程と; 前記管状部材の前記先端を、前記通路が閉塞されるべき点に前記バルーンお よび前記フレームが位置付けされるまで、前記体内通路の中に挿入する工程と; 前記管状部材を通して流体圧力を適用して前記バルーンを膨張させ、これに より前記フレームを膨張させて、前記通路の壁の中に前記フレームを部分的に埋 め込んで前記フレームを前記通路の中に保持する工程と; 前記管状部材を前記通路から抜き取る工程とを具備した方法。 27.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲26に記載の器具であって、前記バル ーンに血液凝固促進物質が含まれている器具。 28.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲26に記載の方法であって、更に、前 記管状部材を前記通路の中に挿入し、前記フレームの膨張に際して前記通路を閉 塞するに先立って、可撓性シール膜を前記フレームに取り付ける工程を具備 した方法。 29.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲28に記載の方法であって、更に、前 記管状部材に沿って前記通路から前記バルーンを抜き取る工程を具備した方法。 30.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲26に記載の方法であって、更に、前 記管状部材を前記通路の中に挿入し、前記フレームの膨張に際して前記通路を閉 塞するに先立って、前記フレームを前記バルーンに固定する工程を具備した方法 。 31.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲26に記載の方法であって、更に、前 記管状部材を前記通路から抜き取るに先立って、前記管状部材から前記バルーン を取り外す工程を具備した方法。 32.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲26に記載の方法であって、更に、前 記管状部材を前記通路から抜き取るに先立って、前記フレームを前記膨張した状 態にロックする工程を具備した方法。 33.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲32に記載の方法であって、前記フレ ームを前記膨張した状態にロックする工程が、前記フレームの前記膨張に際して 前記フレームを塑性変形させる工程を具備している方法。 34.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲32に記載の方法であって、前記フレ ームを前記膨張した状態にロックする工程が、前記流体圧力を前記バルーンの中 に閉じ込める工程を具備している方法。 35.体内通路を閉鎖するための請求の範囲32に記載の方法であって、前記フレ ームを前記膨張した状態にロックする工程が、前記バルーンの中で前記流体を硬 化させる工程を具備している方法。
