Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably join sheet members to each other without causing separation. SOLUTION: One of sheet members 11 is equipped with an L-shaped hook-like notch 12 comprising notches extending in different directions wherein the notch 12 forms four cut faces. The other sheet member 10 is equipped with a tab 14 to be inserted into the hook-like notch 12. The tab 14 is formed with discontinuous tab tilting notches 16 corresponding to the notch 12 and a tab sectioning notch 18 for connecting tips of the notches 16. The tab 14 inserted into the hook-like notch 12 mounts over the sheet member 11, the four cut faces of the notch 12 are in contact with four cut faces of the notch 16, and the sheet members 10, 11 are prevented from separating in four directions.

2. Description of the Related Art It is widely practiced to manufacture a container or a table for decoration by assembling sheet members such as cardboard, resin sheet and metal, but these containers and table are bulky when assembled. Therefore, it is stored and distributed in an expanded state. FIGS. 6 and 7 show such a bonding sheet member, and a schematic configuration and problems will be described below.

The joining sheet members 40 and 42 shown in FIG. 6 have a semi-circular tongue 48 formed with a straight cut 44 on one side and an arc cut 46 on the other. The sheet members 40 and 42 are joined by inserting the tongue piece 48 into the linear cut 44. However,
When a force is applied in a direction opposite to the insertion direction, there is a disadvantage that the sheet members 40 and 42 separate from each other.

The joining sheet members 50 and 52 shown in FIG. 7 are provided with a linear cutout 54 on one side and a tongue piece 58 having a head 56 larger than the cutout 54 on the other side. The sheet member 50, 52 is joined by folding the part 56 to the same width as the cut 54, inserting the tongue piece 58 into the cut 54, and then expanding the head 56. However,
A folding operation is required for each tongue piece 58, and the sheet members 50 and 52 cannot be efficiently combined. Also,
When forming the tongue piece 58, not only the punching process but also the folding process is required, so that there is a disadvantage that the production of the sheet member becomes uneconomical.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a joining sheet having one sheet member provided with a notch and the other sheet member provided with a tongue inserted into the notch. The member, wherein the notch has a first direction extending in one direction.
And a second notch connected to the first notch and extending in a direction different from the one direction, wherein the tongue piece corresponds to the first and second notches. The above-mentioned problem is solved by the joining sheet member formed by the notch for cutting and the notch for partitioning the tongue piece connecting the notch for restricting the tongue piece.

In the sheet member, four cut surfaces are formed by the first and second cuts. The other sheet member is similarly formed with four cut surfaces by corresponding tongue-restricting notches. When the tongue of the other sheet member is inserted into the cut of one sheet member, these cut surfaces abut each other. The cut surface of the first cut of one sheet member comes into contact with the cut surface of the corresponding tongue-retaining cut of the other sheet member, for example, to prevent relative movement in the vertical direction. And
The cut surface of the second cut of one sheet member comes into contact with the cut surface of the corresponding tongue-retaining cut of the other sheet member to prevent relative movement in the lateral direction. Therefore, after the tongue piece is inserted into the cut, the cut surfaces abut to restrict the relative movement of the sheet members in any direction.

[0008] One sheet member 10 is provided with an L-shaped hook-shaped notch 12 formed of notches extending in different directions.
The cuts 12 form four cut surfaces. The other sheet member 11 is provided with a tongue piece 14 inserted into the hook-shaped cut 12. The tongue piece 14 is formed of a tongue piece restraining notch 16 corresponding to the hook-like notch 12 and a tongue piece notch 18. The tongue piece restraining notch 16 is a notch corresponding to the hook-shaped notch 12, but is discontinuous at the center in order to hold the tongue piece 14 to the sheet member 11. The tongue piece notch 18 connects the tips of the tongue piece restraining notches 16 to each other.

In order to reliably prevent the sheet members 10 and 11 from separating from each other in the tension direction, it is desirable that the side d is longer than the side b and the tongue side 14 is enlarged. In order to facilitate the assembling work, the side a is longer than the side e and the side c is longer than the side a, so that a sufficient gap is secured when inserting the tongue side 14 into the hook-shaped cut 12. It is desirable. Also,
It is desirable to make the side f less than half the length of the side d to secure the holding strength of the tongue side 14. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, a hook-shaped cut 12 and a tongue 1
It is desirable to provide two or more of each of the four.

[0010] These cuts are formed by punching together with the sheet members 10 and 11. Then, for each cut, a cut surface is formed corresponding to the thickness of the sheet members 10 and 11. To join the sheet members 10 and 11 together,
All that is required is to insert the hook-shaped notch 12 into the tongue piece 14. Tongue piece 1
4 rides on the sheet member 11, and the four cut surfaces of the hook-shaped notch 12 abut on the four cut surfaces of the notch 16 for restricting the tongue. As a result, the sheet members 10 and 11 do not separate from each other even if a force is applied in any direction.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show another embodiment of the hook-shaped notch and the tongue side. As shown in FIG. 4, the hook-shaped cuts 20 may be orthogonal to each other, and the tongue piece restraining cuts 24 and 26 of the tongue 22 may be shorter than those in FIG. 1. Also,
As shown in FIG. 5, the cuts of the hook-shaped cuts 30 do not have to be at right angles to each other, and the cuts 32 for the tongue section may connect the cuts 34 for the tongue restricting linearly.

According to the present invention, since the cut surfaces of the cuts extending in different directions abut against the cut surfaces of the notch for restraining the tongue piece, the cut member can be provided in any direction only by providing the cuts in each of the sheet members. Can also be prevented from coming off, and the sheet members can be easily joined together. Further, the joining sheet member of the present invention is economical because there is no limitation on the material.
