Using this air detection thermistor 14,
The method of detecting whether the surroundings are air or water is performed by the following method. First, the temperature of the air detection thermistor 14 is measured by measuring the electric resistance of the air detection thermistor 14 itself. After the temperature is detected, the air detection thermistor 14 itself is energized and heats itself for a predetermined time.

Next, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the temperature of the air detection thermistor 14 itself is measured and compared with the temperature before heating.
When the surroundings are water (hot water), the heat radiation after heating is relatively large, so the temperature difference before and after heating is small. When the surroundings are air, the temperature difference before and after heating is large because heat radiation after heating is relatively small.

Based on the magnitude of the temperature difference, it is determined whether the surrounding is water (hot water) or air. In this series of controls, in order to make the determination accurate, the heating time is set based on the temperature before heating, and when the temperature is high, the heating time is set long, and when the temperature is low, the heating time is set short. In addition, it is determined whether the temperature is water or air based on the temperature difference between the temperature after heating and the temperature before heating, so that the influence of the ambient temperature is reduced.

When the presence of air is detected by the air detection thermistor 14, whether or not the heating by the heat exchanger 12 is performed is determined.
During the heating, the heating of the heat exchanger 12 is immediately stopped. When the anal cleaning switch 25 of the remote controller 24 is pressed in a state where the heat exchanger 12 is preheated, first, the air pump 21 is started slightly earlier than the original electromagnetic valve 9, and then the original electromagnetic valve 9 is opened. Water supply is started.

The hot water adjusted to the flow rate set by the flow control valve 11 and reaching the set temperature in the heat exchanger 12 reaches the washing nozzle unit 18, where it is sent from the air pump 21 to the external air pipe 20 and the internal air pipe. The air is mixed with the air supplied through the air pipe 19, and supplied from the cleaning nozzle 17 to the human body part.

Further, by using the instantaneous heat exchanger 12, heat radiation loss at the time of storing hot water can be reduced as compared with the conventional hot water storage type heating means which stores hot water and prepares for use. The power consumption is reduced to about half, and the flow rate of the cleaning hot water is reduced to half, so that the power consumption can be significantly reduced.

Further, since the air pump 21 for mixing air bubbles into the hot water by the heat exchanger 12 and the washing nozzle 17 is provided, the air bubbles can be prevented from accumulating in the heat exchanger 12 and the air bubbles stay in the heat exchanger 12. However, the occurrence of local boiling and abnormal heating inside the heat exchanger 12 is prevented. In addition, since the cleaning nozzle 17 and the air-mixing portion are close to each other, bubbles are integrated in the water and the diameter becomes large, causing a sense of discontinuity when being ejected from the cleaning nozzle 17, discomfort during use, and cleaning water. Can be prevented from scattering.

Furthermore, since the flow rate of the hot water is reduced without reducing the cleaning effect by mixing bubbles in the hot water, the rated value of the electric power of the heat exchanger 12 can be halved. Due to this effect, the instantaneous heat exchanger needs to have a rating of about 2.5 KW (25 A) in consideration of the low incoming water temperature in winter, and there is a restriction of up to 15 A in general household outlets, which limits its use. What was difficult becomes available.

When the stop switch 27 is pressed, the power supply to the ceramic heater 34 is cut off, and then the original solenoid valve 9 is closed. In the case of this stop operation, before the flow rate sensor 11 becomes equal to or less than the stop side predetermined value (180 cc / min), the power supply to the ceramic heater 34 is stopped in accordance with the stop instruction of the stop switch 27, thereby ensuring safety. In this case, the stop switch 27 functions as an indirect flow detection unit.

During use, when water containing a large amount of air is sent from the water supply pipe 8 or when the flow of water is stopped, for example, when the water supply is cut off, the flow rate becomes lower than the predetermined value (180 cc / min). When the temperature of the hot water exceeds a predetermined value (50 ° C.) due to the post-boiling of the heat exchanger 12 or the failure of the temperature control system of the heat exchanger, the hot water thermistor 16 detects this and immediately returns to the original solenoid valve 9. To stop the hot water supply. With this control,

When the hot water is not supplied, the operation of preheating the heat exchanger 12 is performed by first operating the air detection thermistor 1.
At 4, the presence or absence of air in the heat exchanger 12 is detected. This air detection is performed by first measuring the ambient temperature using the air detection thermistor 14. After the measurement, the air detection thermistor 14 itself is energized and self-heated for a predetermined time (3 seconds).

Next, after a lapse of a predetermined time (1 second), the temperature of the air detection thermistor 14 itself is measured and compared with the temperature before heating. When the surroundings are water (warm water), the temperature difference between before and after is small because heat radiation after heating is relatively large. When the surroundings are air, since the heat radiation after heating is relatively small, the temperature difference before and after is large. Based on this temperature difference, it is determined whether the surroundings are water (hot water) or air.

The operation of supplying and stopping the hot water when the bidet switch 26 is pressed is the same as the operation following the above-mentioned anal cleaning, and thus the detailed description is omitted. In this embodiment, the heat exchanger 12 having the ceramic heater 34 has been described as an example of the instantaneous heating means. However, the heater is electrically heated such as a sheathed heater or a heater in which a ribbon heater is insulated with mica. There may be other heating means for performing the above. There is also a method that utilizes combustion heat instead of electric heating.

As described above, the following effects can be obtained by the human body cleaning device of the present invention. Since the air from the bubble mixing means is mixed into the hot water between the heating means and the washing nozzle, local boiling and abnormal heating of the heating means due to the accumulation of bubbles in the heating means can be prevented, and the mixed air can be mixed in the water. Integrally, the diameter becomes large and it can prevent intermittent feeling when spouting from the cleaning nozzle, prevent splashing of the cleaning hot water, and since the heating means is composed of instantaneous type, heat the water only when cleaning is necessary. It is possible to reduce the heat radiation loss and the power consumption associated therewith.
