The operation of the vibration isolator according to the present invention will be described below. According to the first aspect, the first pressure receiving member and the second pressure receiving member, which are provided on the base and the vibration isolating object, respectively, can be displaced vertically. Since the disc spring is arranged between the pressure receiving member and the load of the vibration-isolated object, the spring rigidity of the disc spring is large relative to its size. Can be fully supported. Also, since the vertical spring constant of the above-mentioned disc spring is set in advance so that the static load of the vibration-isolated object is located at or near the transition point of the vertical spring characteristic of the disc spring, the vibration-isolation In the state where the object is supported, the vertical spring constant acting on the disc spring is reduced, and the period can be increased. For this reason, when an external vibration force such as an earthquake is input, it is possible to prevent the object to be vibration-isolated from being resonated by the vibration and to improve the vibration-isolation function. Further, when a large amplitude vibration external force is input, the amount of deformation of the disc spring increases, and it acts on a steep tangential gradient portion largely deviating from the transition point of the vertical spring characteristic. Since the spring constant of the portion having a large tangent gradient becomes extremely large, the vertical fluctuation of the vibration-isolation target can be effectively suppressed by the large spring constant.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, one of the first and second pressure receiving members is formed as a cylindrical case body which slidably accommodates the outer periphery of the disc spring, and the other of the first and second pressure receiving members. Are configured as rod bodies to be inserted into the cylindrical case body, and the disc spring is sandwiched between the bottom of the cylindrical case and the tip end surface of the rod body. Since the disc spring can be restrained by the cylindrical case body, it is possible to prevent the disc spring from shifting or coming off. In addition, by previously adjusting the length of the rod body in accordance with the distance between the vibration-isolated object and the base, the vibration-isolated object can be controlled regardless of the distance between the vibration-isolated object and the base. The load of the object can always be applied to the disc spring.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the cylindrical case body according to the second aspect has a sealed structure, and a piston that slides in the cylindrical case body is formed at the tip of the rod body. An orifice penetrating both sides of the piston is formed, and a viscous fluid or a viscoelastic body is sealed in the cylindrical case body, so that an external vibration force is input to change the distance between the vibration-isolation target and the base. Thereby, the piston slides in the sealed cylindrical case body. At this time, the viscous fluid or the viscoelastic body sealed in the cylindrical case body is
The forced passage through the orifice formed in the piston causes a large orifice resistance here. Since this orifice resistance acts not only on the compression direction of the disc spring but also on the displacement in the pull-out direction, a large pull-out resistance can be obtained. Thus, the vibration isolation effect can be further improved.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the box body according to the third aspect has a sealed structure, while a piston that slides in the box body is formed at the tip of the rod body, and both side faces are formed on the piston. Since a penetrating orifice is formed and a viscous fluid or a viscoelastic body is sealed in the box, the piston slides in the sealed box by input of an external vibration force.
At this time, the viscous fluid or viscoelastic body sealed in the box body forcibly passes through the orifice formed in the piston, and a large resistance is generated not only in the displacement of the disc spring in the compression direction but also in the drawing direction. In addition, a large damping effect is exerted on the vibration of the vibration-isolation target object, so that the vibration-isolation effect can be further improved.

Further, in the sixth aspect, since a plurality of the above-mentioned disc springs are provided, and the respective disc springs are stacked so that the front and back surfaces of the adjacent disc springs are in contact with each other, the stacked disc springs are deformed. At this time, the adjacent disc springs rub against each other to generate resistance, which acts as a damper function and can exert a vibration damping force.

When an external vibration such as an earthquake is generated in a state where the building 12 is supported by the vibration isolator 10, the vibration external force is transmitted from the foundation 16 to the building 12 via the vibration isolator 10. , But at this time the building 12
Is changed, the rod body 14 reciprocates in the cylindrical case body 18 along with this,
The disc spring 20 is also deformed following. At this time, the vertical spring constant of the disc spring 20 in the static state elastically deformed by bearing the static load W1 of the building 12 is
Is set at or near the transition point P of the vertical spring characteristic S of the vertical spring characteristic S, the tangential gradient of the vertical spring characteristic S in the state where the static load W1 of the building 12 is applied, that is, the vertical The spring constant is very small.

Therefore, in the range A where the load W changes due to the input of vibrations of the order of ordinary earthquakes, the vertical spring constant is extremely small, so that the long period of the building 12 supported by the vibration isolator 10 is long. It is possible to prevent the building 12 from being resonated by an earthquake, and to remarkably improve the vibration isolation function. At this time, when designing the disc spring 20, as described above, the sizes D1 and D1 shown in FIG.
In addition to studying D2 and shapes t and h, the optimum vertical spring constant can be set from the relationship between a plurality of series numbers and the target period, and the relationship between the parallel number and the support load, thereby increasing design flexibility. Can be.

On the other hand, when excessive vibration is input due to a large earthquake or the like, the relative displacement amount between the building 12 and the foundation 16 in the vertical direction becomes large, and the tangential gradient of the vertical spring characteristic S becomes large. It will be used until. In this region, the vertical spring constant is large, so that the large spring constant absorbs vibration energy and can effectively suppress large vertical fluctuations of the building 12.

Since a plurality of the disc springs 20 are stacked and housed in the cylindrical case body 18, the disc springs 20
Can be constrained by the cylindrical case body 18, so that the disc spring 20 can be prevented from shifting or coming off, and a constant vertical spring constant can always be applied. Further, the disc spring 20 is sandwiched between the rod body 14 and the bottom part 18a of the cylindrical case body 18, and the length of the rod body 14 is set to the distance δ between the building 12 and the base part 16. The load of the building 12 can be constantly applied to the disc springs 20 by adjusting in advance accordingly.

In the present embodiment, the cylindrical case body 18 has a sealed structure, a viscous fluid is sealed in the cylindrical case body 18, and the orifice 2
2, the piston 14b slides in the sealed cylindrical case body 18 when an external force is input and the distance δ between the building 12 and the foundation 16 changes. At this time, since the viscous fluid sealed in the cylindrical case body 18 forcibly passes through the orifice 22, a large orifice resistance is generated here. Since the orifice resistance at this time acts not only on the displacement of the disc spring 20 in the compression direction but also on the displacement in the pulling direction, a large pulling resistance can be obtained here. The damping effect can be exerted to further improve the vibration isolation effect. Note that the orifice 22 may be a gap formed between the piston 14b and the inner periphery of the cylindrical case body 18 without being formed on the piston 14b itself.

Further, since the disc springs 20 are laminated so that the front surface 20a and the back surface 20b of the adjacent disc springs 20 are in contact with each other, they are adjacent when the laminated disc springs 20 are deformed. Since the disc springs 20 rub against each other to generate a resistance, the resistance generates a damper function and can exert a further vibration damping force.

Therefore, even in the vibration isolator 10a of this embodiment, the load of the building 12 is supported by the disc spring 20 having a large spring rigidity, and the laminated disc spring 20 has the opening 20c having the rod body. It is possible to prevent a deviation or a detachment in a state where the sheet 14 is inserted. Of course, even in this embodiment, the disc spring 20 has a vertical spring constant in the elastically deformed state under the static load W1 of the building 12, the transition point P of the vertical spring characteristic S showing its nonlinearity or the transition point P thereof. It is set in advance so as to be in the vicinity, and the vertical spring constant of the disc spring 20 is reduced so that the building 12 can be prevented from resonating due to an external vibration force.

In the present embodiment, by adjusting the height of the box 30 in advance, the box 30 functions as a spacer, and the distance δ between the building 12 and the foundation 16 is reduced. Regardless, the load of the building 12 can always be applied to the disc spring. Further, a viscous fluid is sealed in the box 30 having a closed structure, and the orifice 22 is formed in the piston 14b of the rod body 14 that slides in the box 30, so that the building 12 and the foundation 12 are vibrated by external vibration. Part 16
Changes, a large resistance of the orifice 22 in the compression direction and the pull-out direction of the disc spring 20 can be generated, and a large vibration damping force can be given to the building 12. Furthermore, even in this embodiment, a damper function can be obtained by the sliding friction resistance between the stacked disc springs 20.

In each of the above embodiments, the viscous fluid is sealed in the cylindrical case 18 and the box 30 to generate resistance in the orifice 22 of the piston 14b. The material may be a viscoelastic body (eg, oil or silicon having a high degree of viscosity (property) or a composite material or grease obtained by adding an additive to silicon) regardless of the viscous fluid. , A larger orifice resistance can be generated. Also, the case where the building 12 is applied as the vibration-isolation target is disclosed.
The present invention is not limited to 2 and can be applied to the support of other heavy objects such as facility machines, and can exert a great effect.

As described above, in the vibration isolator according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first pressure receiving member and the first pressure receiving member, which are provided on the vibration isolating object and the base, respectively, can be displaced vertically. (2) Since the disc spring is disposed between the pressure receiving member and the load of the object to be subjected to vibration, the excessive weight of a building or the like is sufficiently supported by a relatively small number due to the large spring rigidity of the disc spring. And elastic support in practical use becomes possible.
In addition, the above-mentioned disc spring is set in advance so that the vertical spring constant of the state body which bears the static load at the normal time is at or near the transition point of the vertical spring characteristic of the disc spring exhibiting nonlinearity. As a result, the vertical spring constant of the disc spring while supporting the vibration-isolated object can be made extremely small, so that a longer period can be achieved, and the vibration-isolated object is prevented from resonating against input vibration, and vibration is isolated. The function can be improved as much as possible. Further, since the amount of deformation of the disc spring increases with respect to the input vibration having a large amplitude, the vertical fluctuation of the vibration-isolation target can be effectively suppressed by a large spring constant deviating from the transition point of the vertical spring characteristic. .

In the vibration isolator according to a second aspect of the present invention, one of the first and second pressure receiving members is formed as a cylindrical case body that slidably accommodates the outer periphery of the disc spring. As a result, the outer circumference of the disc spring can be restrained by the cylindrical case body, so that the disc spring is prevented from shifting or coming off, and the function of the disc spring is maintained to maintain safety. Can be. Further, the other of the first and second pressure receiving members is configured as a rod body inserted into the cylindrical case body,
Since the disc spring is sandwiched between the bottom of the cylindrical case and the tip end surface of the rod body, the outer circumference of the disc spring can be restrained by the cylindrical case body. It can be prevented from coming off or coming off. Furthermore, by previously adjusting the length of the rod body according to the distance between the vibration-isolation target and the base portion,
It is possible to always apply the load of the vibration-isolation target to the disc spring irrespective of the distance between the vibration-isolation target and the foundation.

Further, in a vibration isolator according to a third aspect of the present invention, one of the first and second pressure receiving members is a rod body that is inserted into an opening formed at the center of the disc spring. With this configuration, the disc spring can be restrained by the rod body inserted through the opening thereof, and the disc spring can be prevented from shifting or coming off. Further, the other of the first and second pressure receiving members is constituted by a box body which slidably penetrates the distal end of the rod body, and a mounting plate formed at a base end of the rod body and a distal end of the box body. Since the disc spring is sandwiched between the base and the surface, the height of the box is adjusted in advance, so that the box functions as a spacer to reduce the distance between the vibration-isolation target and the base. Regardless of this, the load of the vibration-isolation target can always be applied to the disc spring.

Further, in the vibration isolator according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the cylindrical case body has a hermetic structure, while the distal end of the rod body slides in the cylindrical case body. Along with forming a piston, an orifice penetrating both sides of the piston is formed, and a viscous fluid or a viscoelastic body is sealed in the cylindrical case body. By changing the interval,
The piston slides inside the sealed cylindrical case,
The viscous fluid or the viscoelastic body sealed in the cylindrical case body can forcibly pass through the orifice and generate a large orifice resistance. Accordingly, the orifice resistance acts not only on the displacement of the disc spring in the compression direction but also on the displacement thereof, so that it exerts a large damping effect on the vibration of the vibration-isolated object, and the vibration-isolating effect can be further improved. .

In the vibration isolator according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, while the box has a sealed structure, a piston that slides in the box is formed at the tip of the rod. An orifice penetrating both sides of the piston is formed, and a viscous fluid or a viscoelastic body is sealed in the box body. When passing through the orifice,
Since a large orifice resistance can be generated in the compression direction and the pull-out direction of the disc spring, a large damping effect is exerted on the vibration of the vibration-isolation target object, and the vibration-isolation effect can be further improved.
