Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canned motor pump which has a control circuit contained and arranged in a motor casing together with a motor for drive and the control circuit embedded in resin as an auxiliary means for heat dissipation of a mounted heating electronic part. SOLUTION: In this canned motor pump, a motor casing forming a housing is a combination body of a cylinder part 1' and a disc-form bracket 2 or a cup-form integral structure. A control circuit 3 having a desired electronic part 3-2 mounted on a given circuit substrate 3-1 is filled with resin 4, having excellent thermal conductivity, and securely held such that a heat generating electronic part 3-2 is embedded in the vicinity of the inner surface of the bottom of a motor casing 1, the electronic part 3-2 is embedded by filling with the resin 4 in a way that resin is injected therein with the opening end of the motor casing up and the motor casing forming a container filled with resin.

防湿・防水のための特別な配慮・工作も排除できる他、
当該制御回路を樹脂に埋設する作業において、特別なジ
グ・金型を必要としない。

    びポンプケーシングと、カップ状のキャンと、モータケ
    ーシングとキャンで形成される固定子室と、前記キャン
    で固定子室と隔離されると共にポンプ室に連通する回転
    子室と、前記固定子室に収容される固定子と、前記回転
    子室内に設けられ回転自在に軸支されている回転子と、
    該回転子と一体保持され回転子室に連通するポンプ室内
    に配置されるインペラとを備え、前記固定子及び回転子
    より成る駆動用モータを制御する制御回路が前記固定子
    室内に固定子と共に配置されるキャンドモータポンプに
    おいて、前記モータケーシングは固定子を内装保持する
    円筒部と皿状ブラケットとの併用で構成され、その円筒
    部内周面に固定子を内装保持すると共に、所定の回路基
    板に所望の電子部品を搭載した前記制御回路が皿状ブラ
    ケットに属するその底部内面に近接して前記電子部品特
    に発熱性電子部品を埋設するように樹脂を充填して保持
    固定されていること、を特徴とするキャンドモータポン
    プ。
