化、展開速度の増大化を可能とする。なお、展開装置
は、カバー筐体7により覆われているため、過熱水蒸気
や熱が内部に充満・保持される。また、展開装置の底部
にはバス8があって、過熱水蒸気が液化して生じる温水
を受け、溜めている。 (3)展開装置内の上部ローラ、下部ローラについて
は、上記説明のとおりであり、かつ上部ローラ群3の各
ローラ3〜3は弾性支持体4により弾力的に上下動
可能に支持されている。以上により、特に各上部ローラ
が弾性支持体により弾性的に上下動可能に支持されてい
るため、長尺縦割竹外皮体は表面から盛り上がった節が
あってもその部分が極度に加圧されることなく、よって
割れ、変形を生じることなしに、平らに展開されて行
く。 (4)冷却装置(例えば長さ4m、図示せず)は搬送ロ
ーラを備えたトンネル形式のもので、展開装置の後方に
配設され、展開装置内での高温水蒸気噴射方式と同様の
噴射装置により、冷水が噴射され、同時にエアーも噴射
