The method adopted since the Tokyo Dome uses the principle of a non-contact type temperature measuring device to capture the infrared rays generated from a fire spot while scanning the light receiving part up, down, left and right. The position of the ignition point is calculated from the rotation angle at that time. Although the location of a fire point can be determined by one unit, a triangular survey is performed using two detectors to calculate an accurate position. By sending this position information to the water gun, the water discharge angle of the water gun is controlled so that the high-pressure water bundle discharged from the nozzle reaches the vicinity of the fire point.

[0005] This operation is planned to be performed directly by the operator by judging the situation with the naked eye, or by remote control while checking with a surveillance camera equipped with a telephoto lens, but blind spots are likely to occur. In addition, a lot of other sensors must be installed for the shredded zone that cannot be covered. In particular, facilities that require the movement of seats and exhibits at various types of events require complicated responses. In addition, erroneous operations are likely to occur, and at present, they are rarely used for initial fire extinguishing even though they are for initial response.

The image reading processing section 6 reads out the thermal image data held in the image holding section 3 in accordance with each of the operation modes of disaster prevention, crime prevention, and environment, and performs predetermined processing. The image data storage unit 9 stores the read thermal image data in each area.
In the thermal image data, each pixel is represented by, for example, 8 bits and 256 gradations in the temperature range of the temperature filter 1 used.
When the temperature filter 1 is switched to the hot spot detection temperature range, for example, the hot spot detection temperature range is changed from 100 ° C. to 300 ° C.
° C, the pixel at 100 ° C has a value of “0”, which is 1
When the temperature is lower than 00 ° C., the image becomes black when displayed on the monitor screen.
Above ° C, it is completely white when displayed on the monitor screen. Therefore, in this case, even if a person is present in the thermal image, it becomes black, and the temperature range of ignition from the smoldering temperature range can be detected from the values of “0” to “256”. On the other hand, when the temperature filter 1 is switched to the normal temperature range, the temperature filter 1 changes from “0” to “2” in the normal temperature range.
56, so the presence of a person is "0"
Can be detected within the value of “256”, but the vicinity of the fire point at the time of the fire becomes saturated with the upper limit of “256” and becomes completely white when displayed on the monitor screen.

The disaster prevention processing section 11 processes the thermal image data which has been taken in by switching to the one in the temperature range for detecting a hot spot as the temperature filter 1, and searches the thermal image data for pixels having a value equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature. Then, a fire point is detected, and when the fire point is detected, the position coordinates of the fire point, that is, the ignition location are obtained from the position of the pixel. Then, the fire extinguishing equipment (fire extinguishing equipment control panel) that operates according to the ignition location is controlled, and evacuation guidance is performed. In this evacuation guidance, by setting an evacuation port and an evacuation route in advance corresponding to each firing place, the evacuation guidance information can be output by reading out and displaying or voice. Furthermore, in the event of a fire, when a fire point is detected, the temperature in the vicinity rises, and when the area expands with the spread of the fire, the screen becomes completely white as the fire spreads. ,
The direction cannot be understood. Therefore, as the number of white pixels in the thermal image data increases, the temperature filter 1 is sequentially switched to a high-temperature temperature range, so that the state of the spread of fire, the position of strong fire, and the direction thereof can always be recognized on the thermal image.

The environment control unit 13 controls air conditioning and ventilation. For this purpose, a normal temperature range is selected as the temperature filter 1, and by applying masking, for example, the temperature of each pixel in the masking area is reduced. The difference is integrated and averaged, and the difference from the target value or the average value is sent to an air-conditioning control panel or the like. With this signal, the air-conditioning control panel performs air-conditioning control so that the inside of the building has a target temperature.

As shown in FIG. 2, the entire control of the monitoring system for disaster prevention in a large space according to the present invention is performed by first taking in thermal image data for disaster prevention monitoring, thermal image data for environmental control, and thermal image data for crime prevention monitoring. Parameters required in each monitoring mode such as intervals, respective time ranges, detected values of fire point information, target values of environmental control, detected values of security information, and masking areas are set (step S).
11). By starting monitoring (step S1
2) For example, the monitoring mode is determined at regular intervals according to a clock (step S13), and the filter selection operation unit 4 is controlled to control the temperature range corresponding to each monitoring mode of the disaster prevention monitoring mode, the environment control mode, and the security monitoring mode. The user selects the temperature filter 1 (step S14), controls the camera operation unit 5 to perform monitoring positioning (step S15), and receives an image read-out processing unit 6 from the image reading processing unit 6 in accordance with each operation mode of disaster prevention, crime prevention, and environment. The thermal image data held in the image holding unit 3 is read out, subjected to predetermined processing, stored in the image data storage unit 9, and controlled by the disaster prevention processing unit 11, the crime prevention processing unit 12, and the environment control unit 13 (step S).
16). The capture interval of thermal image data in each monitoring mode is, for example, monitoring and control at intervals of several seconds or tens of seconds in the case of disaster prevention and crime prevention monitoring modes, but in the environmental control monitoring mode it is about 30 minutes. The temperature data (thermal image data) of the seat or the field that has been masked once may be fetched and predetermined processing (control) may be performed. In addition, the time range of each monitoring mode is usually a combination of the disaster prevention and environment monitoring mode during opening, and the disaster prevention and crime prevention monitoring mode during closing. Therefore, in the former case, while reading out the thermal image data for disaster prevention at intervals of several seconds and several tens of seconds, 1
In this case, thermal image data for environmental control may be read, and in the latter case, thermal image data for disaster prevention and crime prevention may be read alternately.

In the disaster prevention monitoring mode, for example, an arena map corresponding to the monitoring area is displayed as shown in FIG. 3 (step S21). Then, a monitoring area is set (step S22), thermal image data (area temperature data) of the monitoring area is read (step S23), and a temperature abnormality determination is performed (step S24). If there is no abnormality, the process returns to step S22, and the same processing is sequentially repeated for other monitoring areas, for example, when there are four monitoring areas, for the other three areas. If there is an abnormality in the temperature abnormality determination, the abnormality level is determined (step S25), and an alarm is displayed on the CRT (step S26). Then, the thermal image data is read out (step S27), the abnormal temperature coordinates are calculated and displayed (step S28), the occurrence time, coordinates, and temperature data are stored (step S29), and the thermal image data is stored (step S29). S30).

According to the present invention, a thermal image output obtained by a high-definition infrared camera is taken into a computer and processed at a high speed as described above, so that the image is displayed in an image in the case of disaster prevention monitoring or crime prevention monitoring. A pixel having a temperature equal to or higher than a specified temperature is detected, the position coordinates of the pixel having a temperature equal to or higher than the specified temperature are calculated, and this information is displayed on an image or reported. After the detection of the fire point, the camera temperature filter is switched and controlled according to the abnormal level. In the case of environmental control, the temperature of a pixel in the masking area is detected. With a filter in a high temperature range, a low temperature object such as a person is displayed in black on a monitor screen and cannot be identified. Conversely, with a filter in the normal temperature range, the vicinity of a high-temperature object such as a fire point appears white with halation even when displayed on a monitor screen, and cannot be analyzed.

The feature of the present invention is that the filter control algorithm can switch the temperature range in a plurality of temperature ranges at certain intervals, so that the temperature change can be detected in multiple stages, so that early abnormality detection can be realized and fire inspection can be realized. It can be used for various purposes not only in the event of a fire, such as emergence (disaster prevention), intruder detection (crime prevention), and temperature density detection (air conditioning, ventilation), but also on a daily basis. In addition, unlike an ordinary surveillance camera, the infrared camera can be recognized as a thermal image, so regardless of the lighting conditions in the facility, the masking can be set arbitrarily while viewing the screen using the characteristics that enable image analysis. It makes it possible to easily respond to variable use of facilities walls and ceilings and various events.
