Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device which can easily position the cleaner guide passage of a cleaner guide member to a pipe line within a cylinder without forming irregularities on the cylinder periphery of an endoscope operation part, and has satisfactory working property of cleaning. SOLUTION: The operation part 2 of an endoscope 1 has an air supply and water supply control valve and a suction control valve, and when an air supply and water supply piston and 8 suction piston are removed, an air supply and water supply cylinder 21 and a suction cylinder 22 are opened, and the rear end of an insert part side air supply pipe line 23 and the rear end of an insert part side suction pipe line 36 are operand in the cylinder inner part. A cleaner guide member 40 having a cleaner guide passage 39 formed on the air supply and water supply cylinder 21 in order to clean the insert part side air supply pipe line 23 by a cleaner has a positioning shaft 41, and the positioning shaft 41 is fitted or gently fitted and installed to the suction cylinder 22, thereby circumferentially positioning the cleaner guide passage 39, so that the cleaner guide passage 39 can surely communicate with the opening on the rear end of the insert part side air supply pipe line 23.

When a positioning groove is provided on the outer opening side of the cylinder, fingers (or gloves) are caught at the corners of the groove when the piston is removed from the cylinder and the area around the cylinder is washed after use. Once damaged,
There may be a problem that the bottom of the groove cannot be cleaned well. For this reason, it is desirable to make the outside of the cylinder opening as flat as possible without unevenness.

A cleaning tool guide having a cleaning valve having a switching valve formed of a cylinder and a piston detachably attached to the cylinder, and having a cleaning tool guide passage in the cylinder instead of the piston during cleaning. In an endoscope device in which a member is mounted so that a cleaning tool can be inserted into a conduit opening in the cylinder, a positioning means other than the cylinder is used as a positioning means for determining a communication position between the cleaning tool guide passage and the conduit. By providing the cleaning tool guide member with means for contacting the operation portion constituent elements, the positioning of the cleaning tool guide passage and the pipeline opening in the cylinder in the rotational direction can be reliably performed.

The mouth of the cleaning tool guide passage 39 is provided with a chamfered portion 48 such as a funnel-shaped C chamfer or R chamfer so that the cleaning tool 38 can be easily inserted. Also, the guide body 4
At the tip of 5, the cleaning tool guide member 40 is thicker than the inner diameter of the cylinder of another endoscope which should not be accidentally attached.
An extension portion 49 having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the water supply cylinder 21 is formed.

When the display portion 47 on the upper surface of the grip portion 46 is pressed against the operation portion 2, the vertical position of FIGS. 6 and 7 is determined. An insertion portion 57 of the cleaning tool 38 is provided in the cleaning tool guide passage 39.
As it passes through, the substantially spherical portion 60 at the tip thereof abuts the cylinder inner wall 55 (one of 55a, 55b, 55c) or is smoothly inserted into the communication portion 56.

The cleaning tool 38 is inserted from the connecting port 51 to the inner surface of the air / water supply nozzle 31 at the tip of the insertion part side air supply conduit 23, and brushing is performed between them to remove it. When removing
The cleaning tool 38 can be smoothly pulled out without being caught by the upper opening of the side wall opening 54 of the cleaning tool guide passage 39. On the other hand, when the relationship of the expression (1) is not satisfied, the cylinder inner wall 55 may be seen on the lower side opposite to the inner wall 55a, and in that case, the tip of the cleaning tool 38 that abuts that portion is Since the connecting port 51 is located above the connecting port 51, it is difficult to insert the connecting port 51 into the connecting port 51.

Further, if the upper side of the connecting port 51 is located at a position higher than the upper side of the side wall opening 54 (upper side), the cleaning tool 38 has a problem that the tip of the cleaning tool 38 is caught at the corner of the side wall opening 54 and cannot be removed. After the brushing by the cleaning tool 38, the cleaning tool guide member 40 is removed from the operation unit 2, and clean water and air are flowed into the brushed conduit again using an adapter (not shown) to remove dirt.

When the vertical dimension of the side wall opening is set to be larger than the vertical dimension of the connection port as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-54085, the tip of the cleaning tool is inserted into the cylinder peripheral wall when the cleaning tool such as a cleaning brush is inserted. However, there is a problem that it cannot be properly introduced into the pipe connection port. Especially,
When the lower side of the side wall opening is located further below the lower side of the pipe connection port, the cleaning tool always strikes the cylinder peripheral wall.

Next, as in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-228107, if the vertical dimension of the side wall opening is set smaller than the vertical dimension of the connecting port in both vertical direction, the cleaning tool of the cleaning tool is removed when removing the cleaning tool from the pipe line. There is a problem that the dented part is caught in the opening of the side wall opening and cannot be properly removed into the cleaning tool guide passage. In that case, since the tip of the cleaning tool remains in the conduit in the cylinder, the cleaning tool guide member itself cannot be removed from the cylinder, and the piston cannot be installed in place of the cleaning tool guide member, and must be repaired without repairing. There may be a problem that the endoscopic examination itself cannot be performed.

Note 13 has been made in view of the above circumstances, and as a result of various examinations of the positional relationship, the cleaning tool can be smoothly inserted / removed into / from the pipeline of the cylinder side wall even in consideration of machining variations in the position. An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope device including a cleaning tool guide member. (Effect) The cleaning tool can be easily inserted into and removed from the pipe line just by mounting it, and it has good cleanability, and repairs due to inability to remove are not required.

As described above, according to the present invention, a cleaning tool is provided on the cylinder instead of the piston at the time of cleaning, provided with the operating portion having the switching valve composed of the cylinder and the piston detachable from the cylinder. In an endoscope apparatus in which a cleaning tool guide member having a guide passage is mounted so that the cleaning tool can be inserted into a conduit opening in a cylinder, a position for defining a communication position between the cleaning tool guide passage and the conduit. Since the cleaning tool guide member is provided with a means for contacting the operating portion constituent elements other than the cylinder as a matching means, the cleaning tool guide passage and the pipeline opening in the cylinder can be reliably aligned in the rotational direction. The cleaning tool can be easily inserted and the cleaning performance can be improved.
