Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1重合体から形成され約0.01〜10μmの平均孔寸法を有する多孔 質膜基体と、架橋剤の不存在下に前記基体上で遊離ラジカル重合開始剤により架 橋して不溶化される溶媒中の第2重合体組成物による前記基体の全表面の被覆と よりなり、前記多孔質基体と実質的に同一の細孔構造を有する、複合多孔質膜。 2.第2重合体は親水性重合体でありその溶剤は水である請求項1の複合多孔 質膜。 3.基体は平均孔径約0.05〜5μmを有する請求項1又は2の複合多孔質 膜。 4.基体は平均孔径約0.1〜1.0μmを有する請求項1又は2の複合多孔 質膜。 5.基体は平坦なシート形状を有する請求項1の複合多孔質膜。 6.基体は平坦なシート形状を有する請求項2の複合多孔質膜。 7.基体は中空繊維形状を有する請求項1の複合多孔質膜。 8.基体は中空繊維形状を有する請求項2の複合多孔質膜。 9.第2重合体は水酸基を有する重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、7又は 8の複合多孔質膜。 10.第2重合体はポリビニルアルコールである請求項9の複合多孔質膜。 11.第2重合体は窒素を有する重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、7又は 8の複合多孔質膜。 12.第2重合体はポリビニルピロリドンである請求項11の複合多孔質膜。 13.第2重合体はポリアクリルアミドである請求項11の複合多孔質膜。 14.第2重合体はポリビニルアミンである請求項11の複合多孔質膜。 15.第2重合体はカルボキシル基を有する重合体である請求項1、2、5、 6、7又は8の複合多孔質膜。 16.第2重合体はポリアクリル酸である請求項15の複合多孔質膜。 17.第2重合体はポリメタクリル酸である請求項15の複合多孔質膜。 18.第2重合体はスルホン酸又はホスホン酸である請求項1、2、5、6、 7又は8の複合多孔質膜。 19.第2重合体組成物は少なくとも一種の追加の単量体を含む請求項1、2 、5、6、7又は8の複合多孔質膜。 20.単量体はスルホン酸又はホスホン酸である請求項19の複合多孔質膜。 21.単量体はジアリルメチルアンモニウムクロライドである請求項19の複 合多孔質膜。 22.第1重合体はハロゲン化炭化水素重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、 7又は8の複合多孔質膜。 23.第1重合体はフッ素化炭化水素重合体である請求項22の複合多孔質膜 。 24.第1重合体はポリフッ化ビニリデンである請求項23の複合多孔質膜。 25.第1重合体はポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項23の複合多孔 質膜。 26.第1重合体はパーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂である請求項23の複合多孔 質膜。 27.第1重合体はポリ塩化ビニルである請求項22の複合多孔質膜。 28.第1重合体は窒素含有重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、7又は8の 複合多孔質膜。 29.第1重合体はポリアミドである請求項28の複合多孔質膜。 30.第1重合体はオレフィン重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、7又は8 の複合多孔質膜。 31.第1重合体はポリエチレンである請求項30の複合多孔質膜。 32.第1重合体はポリプロピレンである請求項30の複合多孔質膜。 33.第1重合体はポリスルホン重合体である請求項1、2、5、6、7又は 8の複合多孔質膜。 34.第1重合体はポリエーテルスルホンである請求項33の複合多孔質膜。 35.第1重合体から形成され約0.01〜10μmの平均孔寸法を有する多 孔質膜基体と、架橋剤の不存在下に前記基体上で遊離ラジカル重合開始剤により 架橋して不溶化される溶媒中の第2重合体組成物による前記基体の全表面の被覆 とよりなる複合多孔質膜の製造方法において、 a)前記基体を前記溶剤中の前記第2重合体及び遊離ラジカル重合開始剤で含 浸し、 b)前記工程a)からの前記含浸された基体を紫外線又は温度約45℃〜10 0℃の温和な熱で、前記第2重合体に架橋を行い不溶化するに充分な時間さらし 、そして c)前記工程b)からの前記含浸され架橋された基体を液体で洗浄して不溶化 しなかった可溶性重合体、過剰の重合開始剤、及び該開始剤の反応生成物を除去 することよりなる、複合多孔質膜の製造方法。 36.第2重合体は親水性である請求項35の方法。 37.多孔質膜基体は平均孔径約0.05〜5.0μmを有する請求項35又 は36の方法。 38.基体は平均孔径約0.1〜1.0μmを有する請求項35又は36の方 法。 39.第2重合体は水酸基を有する重合体である請求項35又は36の方法。 40.第2重合体はポリビニルアルコールである請求項39の方法。 41.第2重合体は窒素を有する重合体である請求項35又は36の方法。 42.第2重合体はポリビニルピロリドンである請求項41の方法。 43.第2重合体はポリアクリルアミドである請求項41の方法。 44.第2重合体はポリビニルアミンである請求項41の方法。 45.第2重合体はカルボキシル基を有する重合体である請求項35又は36 の方法。 46.第2重合体はポリアクリル酸である請求項45の方法。 47.第2重合体はボリメタクリル酸である請求項45の方法。 48.第2重合体はスルホン酸又はホスホン酸である請求項35又は36の方 法。 49.前記溶液は少なくとも一種の追加の重合性単量体を含有し、前記不溶性 の重合体は前記少なくとも一種の追加の単量体の重合体を含む請求項35又は3 6の方法。 50.第1重合体はハロゲン化炭化水素重合体である請求項35又は36の方 法。 51.第1重合体はフッ素化された重合体である請求項50の方法。 52.第1重合体はフッ化ポリビニリデンである請求項51の方法。 53.第1重合体はポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項51の方法。 54.第1重合体はパーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂である請求項51の方法。 55.第1重合体はポリ塩化ビニルである請求項50の方法。 56.第1重合体は窒素を含む重合体である請求項35又は36の方法。 57.第1重合体はポリアミドである請求項56の方法。 58.第1重合体はオレフィン重合体である請求項35又は36の方法。 59.第1重合体はポリエチレンである請求項58の方法。 60.第1重合体はポリプロピレンである請求項58の方法。 61.第1重合体はポリスルホン重合体である請求項35又は36の方法。 62.第1重合体はポリエーテルスルホンである請求項61の方法。 63.重合開始剤はパーサルフェートである請求項1、2、5、6、7、又は 8の複合多孔質膜。 64.重合開始剤はパーサルフェートである請求項35又は36の複合多孔質 膜の製造方法。
