Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 患者に腹膜透析を提供するためのシステムであって、 患者内に設置されそして一端において第1の液体ラインの一端に接続されて いるものである、単一のカテーテルと、 第2の液体ラインの一端に接続された透析液源と、 該第1及び第2の液体ラインと液体連通しておりそれにより該透析液源及び 該カテーテルと液体連通しているものである、透析装置と、そして 該透析液源から該患者内へそして患者から外へと該透析液をポンプ移送する ための単一のポンプと、 を含むシステム。 2. 存在する透析液の量をモニターするために該透析液源に連結された力トラ ンスデューサを含む、請求項1のシステム。 3. 該ポンプが逆転可能ローラーポンプである、請求項1のシステム。 4. 該ポンプと液体連通した圧力センサを含む、請求項1のシステム。 5. 該ポンプがパーソナルサイクラーである、請求項1のシステム。 6. 該第1及び第2の液体ラインと液体連通した第3の液体ラインを含み、透 析液をポンプ移送するために該ポンプが該第3の液体ライン上に作用するもので ある、請求項1のシステム。 7. 患者を透析するための方法であって、 患者の腹腔内に単一のカテーテルを設置するステップと、 透析液源を用意するステップと、 該カテーテルに到達する前に該透析液が透析装置を通過するよう、該透析液 源を該カテーテルと液体連通状態に接続するステップと、そして 単一のポンプを用いて該透析液を該腹腔内へそして腹腔から外へとポンプ移 送するステップと、 を含む方法。 8. 存在する透析液の量をモニターするために該透析液源を力トランスデュー サに接続することを含む、請求項7の方法。 9. ポンプとして逆転可能なローラーポンプを使用するステップを含む、請求 項7の方法。 10. 該ポンプと液体連通した圧力センサを配置することを含みむ、請求項7 の方法。 11. 該透析液が、透析装置を通って患者へと移動する時に1回及び腹腔から から外へとポンプ移送される時に1回の、2回精製されるものである、請求項7 の方法。 12. 該透析液をポンプ移送するためにパーソナルサイクラーに該透析液源を 接続するステップを含む、請求項7の方法。 13. 該システム内の圧力をモニターするために圧力センサを使用するステッ プを含む、請求項7の方法。 14. 非無菌の透析液を提供するために二重プロポーショニングシステムを使 用するステップを含む、請求項7の方法。 15. 非無菌の透析液をポンプ移送するために単一の二軌道蠕動ポンプを使用 するステップを含む、請求項7の方法。 16. 患者を透析するための方法であって、 患者内に単一のカテーテルを設置するステップと、 単一の液体回路を用いて該カテーテルを透析液源に接続するステップと、 該液体回路中に透析装置を配置するステップと、 患者内へそして患者から外へと透析液をポンプ移送するためにポンプを用意 するステップと、そして 液体を、それが該透析液源から該患者内へとポンプ移送されるとき及びそれ が患者からから外へとポンプ移送されるときに、該透析装置を通して流すステッ プと を含む方法。 17. 存在する透析液の量をモニターするために該透析液源を力トランスデュ ーサに接続することを含む、請求項16の方法。 18. 該ポンプとして逆転可能なローラーポンプを用いるステップを含む、請 求項16の方法。 19. 圧力センサを該ポンプと液体連通状態に配置することを含む、請求項1 6の方法。 20. 該透析液をポンプ移送するために該透析液源をパーソナルサイクラーに 接続するステップを含む、請求項16の方法。 21. 該システム内の圧力をモニターするために圧力センサを用いるステップ を含む、請求項16の方法。
