Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a retaining method of waterproofness of an underground building, by sticking a synthetic resin sheet provided with a number of projections at one side face thereof to the external wall face of an underground building to arrange the protrusions on the external wall face and filling back soil to form a cavities between the external wall face and the sheet in advance and injecting an impervious material in the cavities on repairing. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin sheet 6 provided with a number of projections 7 at one side face thereof is stuck to the external wall face 5 of an underground building 1 so as to get into contact with the projections 7 and form cavities between the external wall face 5 and the sheet 6, before soil is filled back after completion of the building 1. After a certain elapsed time, when the waterproof external wall face has collapsed, valve 12 is opened and an impervious material is injected from an opening 13 for the impervious material into the cavities 9 by a pump through a pipe 11. The impervious material composed of a chief material, an additive, and a solidifying material is mixed with water and pumped. The pumped impervious material is spread to the whole external wall face to penetrate into cracks and leakage positions and gel therein and form impervious parts. In this time, the valve 16 is opened to confirm that the impervious material in the cavities overlows from confirmation apertures 14.

2. Description of the Related Art For example, in a reinforced concrete building, in order to prevent groundwater and the like from penetrating through the cracked portion of the outer wall of the underground portion into the inside, a waterproofing material has conventionally been pumped to the cracked portion. Repair work to inject in is done. However, it is often difficult to repair a narrow space where people cannot enter, and sufficient repair cannot be performed in many cases. As a result, the life of the building is significantly impaired. In addition, as one of the measures that have been taken at present, the outer wall may be doubled, but there is a drawback in that the measure makes the construction cost extremely high.

Further, even in a structure such as a water conduit or tunnel buried underground, waterproof work is indispensable because water intrudes into the concrete to significantly impair its durability. However, it is difficult to maintain sufficient waterproofness because the waterproofing material often does not reach the necessary part due to the conventional repair work.

If the seat 6 is stretched and the soil 8 is backfilled when the underground structure 1 is constructed in this way, the opening / closing valve 12 is opened when the waterproofness of the outer wall 5 is destroyed over time. A water stop material, such as that sold under the trade name “Aron Super Grout” from Toagosei Co., Ltd., is pumped into the space 9 through the pipe 11 from the water stop material inlet 13 by a pump. The water blocking material is composed of a main component, an additive, and a curing agent, and these are mixed with water immediately before use and pressure fed into the void 9. The water-stopping material pumped into the voids 9 spreads over the entire outer surface of the outer wall 5 and penetrates into the leaked portion such as a cracked portion of the outer wall 5, a burrow of concrete or a gap between pipes, and gels after a predetermined time. The water blocking material that has gelled forms a waterproof film having a large adhesive force to the base. At that time, the opening / closing valve 16 is opened and it is confirmed that the water blocking material in the void 9 overflows from the checking port 14, so that the height level of the water blocking material is filled in the void 9. Can be confirmed. In this way, the liquid waterproof material naturally invades and fills the cracked portion and other defective portions of the water leakage portion, so that defective portions can be maintained without much trouble.

Since the sheet 6 is stretched in this manner, it is possible to prevent the waterproof material from permeating the earth and sand unnecessarily, and to surely permeate the cracks and the like of the outer wall 5. In addition to being able to do, without stopping the water stop material wastefully,
Compared to the conventional chemical injection method without an enclosure, the amount of waterproofing material used can be reduced, effective repairs can be performed at low cost, and there is no risk of pollution because there is no risk of soiling adjacent soil.

As shown in FIG. 5, the end of the sheet 6 can be constructed very easily by using a sealing material 20 made of an adhesive tape and fixing it to the surface of the outer wall 5 as shown in FIG. it can. Further, when the sheet 6 is attached to a wide area, the edge portions of the sheet 6 may be attached to each other with a similar sealing material 20 as shown in FIG.

In this embodiment, the water blocking material injection port 13, the water blocking material injection level confirmation port 14 and the like are provided so that the repair work can be performed from the inside of the building. However, in the present invention, such a communication port is not necessarily provided. Even if it is not provided, it is possible to sufficiently cope with it by injecting the waterproofing material into the void 9 from the outdoor ground. At that time, a water blocking material inlet may be provided on the ground in advance.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG.
The present invention is applied to a water conduit to be buried in the ground, and in this case, the above-mentioned sheet may be stretched over the entire outer surface of the pipe member 30 which is an underground structure made of concrete. As shown in FIG. 8, the sheet 6 is stretched only on the joint portion where water leakage is likely to occur, both side edges of the sheet 6 are fastened by the sealing material 20, and the sheet 6 is backfilled in the soil. An injection port can be opened from inside the member 30 to the joint portion 31 by a drill, and the water stop material can be injected into the space 9 formed between the sheet 6 and the outer surface of the pipe member 30. As a result, the water blocking material can be spread over the entire outer circumference of the joint portion and can permeate into the water leakage portion, and an easy and reliable repair for maintaining the waterproof property becomes possible.
