DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the extensible fixing tape of the present invention, in which both ends are substantially non-extended portions A1 and A2, and an extended portion B is provided between them.
Is folded at both ends of the extension B to form a Z shape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is provided as a fixing means on the inner surface of the non-stretched portion A1 and the outer surface of the non-stretched portion A2, and the stretched surface facing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 on the outer surface of the non-stretched portion A1 and the inner surface of the non-stretched portion A1. The release agent layer 3 is provided on the surface of the portion B. Further, a temporary attachment means 4 (described later) is provided between the extended portion B and the inner surface of the non-extended portion A2 for temporarily attaching them to maintain the Z-shape.

In FIG. 1, the fixing means provided on the outer surface of the non-expanding portion A2 is necessary for fixing one end of the fixing tape to the adherend, and as shown in FIG.
Is preferably used, but it is also possible to employ other materials such as an adhesive or a hook-shaped stopper depending on the adherend, and the invention is not limited to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Further, FIG. 1 shows an example in which a fixing means for re-peeling comprising the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is provided on the inner surface of the non-extendable portion A1, but such fixing means is required depending on the usage form. In some cases, other than the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, as in the above case, other than the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, for example, an adhesive or a hook-shaped locking object may be adopted depending on the adherend.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a state in which the fixing tape of FIG. 1 is expanded and extended when it is used. For example, by pulling the non-extendable portion A1, the temporary attaching means 4 is opened to form the Z shape. While expanding, the extension portion B can be extended to a required length by further pulling A1 and can be fixed to the mating side with the adhesive layer 2.

The extending portion B is required to extend the entire length of the fixing tape so that the article is rolled up and rolled to be fixed, and the stress is reduced by extending the force of pulling by hand to extend. For the purpose of preventing the detachment of one end of the tape that is previously fixed to the article from the article and reducing the stress due to the expansion of the article after rolling the article, a small force is required during use. It is necessary to stretch.
Specifically, it is necessary to be able to extend to a length three times or more under a load of at least 1.5 kg / 25 mm. When the stretchability of the stretched portion B is less than 3 times, a large force is required to stretch the stretched portion B to a predetermined length, and one end portion of the tape which is fixed in advance is detached or the tape is difficult to stretch and difficult to use. It is not preferable because it has the drawback.

Further, the extended portion B is capable of freely adjusting the total length of the tape by hand to roll up an article having various outer perimeters for disposal (discarding, etc.) or expansion of the article after being attached to the article. For the purpose of suppressing the stretching, it is preferable that the film does not shrink much after being stretched, and specifically, the permanent set when stretched by 200% is 30% or more, particularly 50% or more. It is desirable not to go back. If it shrinks greatly after stretching, there is a disadvantage that the end force where the tape is fixed to the article in advance or the part for fixing or fixing the article after rolling is removed due to the large returning force. Absent. However, a slight shrinkage is preferable in that the article can be tensioned and rolled.

When a base material made of a different material is used for the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion, sufficient interfacial strength is developed in the boundary portion between the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion to prevent breakage at that portion. In order to achieve this, it is necessary that the non-stretched portion contains the same composition as that of the stretched portion in an amount of 30% by weight or more, preferably 50% by weight or more. If it is less than 30% by weight, when the fixing tape is stretched by applying stress, the interfacial strength between the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion is insufficient, so that the tape is broken between the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion. There is a fear.

In the present invention, in order to further improve the interfacial strength between the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion, the cross section of the joint portion between the non-stretched portion A1 or A2 and the stretched portion B is, for example, as shown in FIGS. It is preferable to increase the contact area between the non-extended portion and the extended portion so that the contact portion has an oblique shape or a wedge shape. With such a structure, the stress concentration can be reduced as compared with the structure as shown in FIG. 5, and the overlapping structure as shown in FIG. 4 provides a state in which the overlap portion is slightly elongated after the extension portion is elongated. It becomes difficult to break.

Also, the substantially non-extended portion A1 and / or A2
Is an adhesive, an adhesive to pre-fix it to the article,
Since fixing means such as a locking object (hook-like object) is provided, if the stretchability is too great, the fixed portion may come off due to stretching, so it is preferable that it is difficult to stretch substantially. It is desirable to have an elongation of less than 2 times, especially less than 1.5 times under a load of 1 kg / 25 mm. However, a small amount of elongation is preferable from the viewpoint that the stress concentration at the joint between the stretched portion and the non-stretched portion is absorbed by the slight stretch of the non-stretched portion, and the strength can be maintained.

The thickness of each part of the substrate is not particularly limited,
For example, about 40 to 300 μm for both the non-stretched portion and the stretched portion
This tape is preferable in that it can be wound in a long shape and can be made long. Further, in the present invention, the thickness of the extension portion in the central portion is thinner than the thickness in the vicinity of the boundary between the non-extension portion and the extension portion at both ends, which facilitates the extension by starting the extension from the central portion, It is preferable in that it causes smooth extension.
