As the design expression by the former two-color molding method, there are two colors or two types depending on the color and material of the resin to be injection-molded. It didn't work. In the latter,
Even if the design is satisfied by the pattern of the transfer layer, the material is limited to a single material. For example, it was not possible to obtain a button having a button made of a thermoplastic elastomer resin in an audio panel made of an ABS resin, and having a multicolored and beautiful design applied to any resin. In addition, in the case of insert molding, a primary molded product (for example, a product with simultaneous molding) is obtained in advance, and this is then inserted (placed) in a secondary molding die in a separate process, and the secondary molding resin There is also a method of injection molding, but since the secondary molding is carried out with the lapse of time after obtaining the primary molded product, there are the following problems and it is practically not practiced. 1. It is difficult to insert into the secondary molding die due to shrinkage strain of the primary molded product. Or it may not be possible. 2. Since the secondary molded product is molded after the primary molded product has cooled, close contact between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product is not possible. Alternatively, since the adhesion between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product is poor, there is a problem that the insert sheet is peeled off in the durability test. 3. Painting can be performed only on the primary molded product side (positioning with the secondary molded product becomes a problem). 4. The process is separated and the cost increases.

A specific example of the painting sheet 1 will be described. The decorative sheet 1 is basically a base sheet on which at least a picture layer and an adhesive layer are laminated. Painting sheet 1
The types of those that do not peel the base sheet after the molding resin adheres to the painting sheet 1 (hereinafter referred to as “insert sheet”) (FIG. 13) and those that peel the base sheet (hereinafter referred to as “transfer sheet”). .) (FIG. 14). When used as a transfer sheet, a release layer is formed between the base sheet and the pattern layer. Examples of the material of the base sheet include various resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic, and thermoplastic elastomer. The release layer may be made of a polyacrylic resin or the like. When the release layer is required to have hardness, an ionizing radiation curable resin such as an ultraviolet curable resin may be used. The ionizing radiation-curable resin may be used alone, or may be used as a mixture with another resin. The picture layer uses a resin binder and a pigment or a dye. The picture layer may use a resin binder and a metal pigment or an inorganic pigment having a masking property. For the adhesive layer, a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive resin suitable for the materials of the primary molding resin 20 and the secondary molding resin 23 is appropriately used. For example, when the primary molding resin 20 is an acrylic resin and the secondary molding resin 23 is a urethane resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin may be used as the adhesive layer. The peeling layer, the pattern layer, and the adhesive layer are formed by various printing methods.
In the painting sheet 1, the adhesive layer adheres only to the primary adhesive portion that adheres to the primary molding resin 20 and to the secondary molding resin 23.
It may be composed of a next adhesive portion. The decorating sheet 1 may be one in which the adhesive layer includes only the primary adhesive portion that adheres to the primary molding resin 20. The portion corresponding to the secondary molding resin portion of the painting sheet 1 may be cut out.
The decorating sheet 11 may be cut into individual sheets or may be rolled up.

The method for producing a two-color simultaneous molding product of the present invention has, for example, a button made of a thermoplastic elastomer resin in an audio panel made of ABS resin, and any resin is multicolored and beautiful. A product with a design can be obtained. Further, since the primary molded resin part and the secondary molded resin part are continuously obtained, the following effects are obtained. 1. Since the secondary molding can be performed before the primary molding resin portion undergoes shrinkage distortion, it can be easily inserted into a mold. 2. Since the secondary molded resin part is molded before the primary molded resin part cools, the adhesion between the primary molded resin part and the secondary molded resin part is good. 3. Painting can be performed on both the primary molding resin part and the secondary molding resin part, and the positioning of the pattern is accurate. 4. The cost is low because the processes are not separated.

The primary molding resin portion does not fall off due to the rotation operation of the core mold 4, the vibration during sliding, and the wind pressure. Further, it is not necessary to align the molding resin injection path of the core mold 4 with the molding resin injection nozzle of the injection unit each time the primary molding is performed to the secondary molding and the secondary molding is performed to the primary molding. Therefore, the production cost and production efficiency are excellent.
