リール軸(5)と対を成す第2リール軸(6)と、シャ
ーシ(3)上に一体的に回転するべく同軸に設けられて
いるとともに径を異にする第1駆動歯車(1)及び第2
駆動歯車(2)と、前記シャーシ(3)上に回転可能に
取付けられているとともに前記第1駆動歯車(1)に常
時噛み合った状態にある反転巻戻し歯車(11)と、第1
方向及び第2方向への変位を可能に設けられているとと
もに回動変位を可能に設けられている歯車取付基板(1
3)と、該歯車取付基板(13)に回転可能に設けられて
いるとともに該歯車取付基板(13)が第1方向へ変位し
た状態にあるとき前記第2駆動歯車(2)と噛み合う第
1巻取り歯車(14)と、前記歯車取付基板(13)に回転
可能に設けられているとともに前記第1巻取り歯車(1
4)と常時噛み合った状態にある第2巻取り歯車(15)
と、前記歯車取付基板(13)に回転可能に設けられてい
るとともに該歯車取付基板(13)が第2方向へ変位した
状態にあり、且つ反時計方向に回動変位した状態にある

ことにより前記第2駆動歯車(2)の回転力を第1巻取
り歯車(14)及び第1リール歯車(8)を介して前記第
2リール軸(6)に伝達し、以って該第2リール軸
(6)を低速回転させ、前記歯車取付基板(13)が前記
第2駆動歯車(2)と第1巻取り歯車(14)とが噛み合
う第1方向に変位した状態において、前記歯車取付基板
(13)の時計方向への回動変位時前記第2巻取り歯車
(15)を前記第1リール歯車(7)に噛み合わせること
により前記第2駆動歯車(2)の回転力を第1巻取り歯
車(14)、第2巻取り歯車(15)及び第1リール歯車
(7)を介して前記第1リール軸(5)に伝達し、以っ
て該第1リール軸(5)を低速回転させ、前記歯車取付
基板(13)が前記第2駆動歯車(2)と第1巻取り歯車
