Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの第1の軸旋回点を有する関節例えば人工膝関節などの回転 運動を油圧緩衝シリンダを用いて緩衝するための装置であって、 前記第1の軸旋回点の軸穴(2)が油圧シリンダ(20)を横断して延在す ることと、 軸(21)が前記第1の軸旋回点の前記軸穴内に配置してあり、前記油圧シ リンダ(23)内に少なくとも部分的に延出する歯車(30)へ接続してある前 記軸(21)へリンク(9)が係止されることと、 前記歯車(30)は前記油圧シリンダのピストン(27)に接続したラック ギア(29)と嵌合することと、 前記油圧シリンダの一方の側から他方の側へ流れる油圧作動流体のためのチ ャネル(40、41)内の前記油圧作動流体の流れに対する抵抗により前記ピス トン(27)の動きが影響を受けるように成してあることと、 油圧作動流体が動きの方向各々によって別のチャネルに導かれるように前記 チャネル内に戻り弁(91、92、93)が配置してあることを特徴とする装置 。 2.前記ピストン(27)の動きが少なくとも1つの前記チャネル(40、41 )内部の少なくとも1つの調節自在な絞り(71、91;72、92;75、9 3)による抵抗で影響を受けるように成してあることを特徴とする請求項第1項 に記載の装置。 3.油圧作動流体用の前記チャネル(40)の少なくとも1つは前記油圧シリン ダ内に第2の排出口も有しており、前記油圧シリンダには前記回転運動の異なる 部分で選択的な緩衝を行なえるように成すための調節自在な絞り(72、92) を設けることができることを特徴とする請求項第2項に記載の装置。 4.例えば人工膝関節などの関節の回転運動を油圧緩衝シリンダを用いて緩衝す るための装置であって、 前記油圧シリンダ(1)には前記油圧シリンダの一方の側を他方と連通する 油圧作動流体用の少なくとも1つのチャネル(40、41)を設けてあることと 、緩衝の度合いが調節できるような方法で油圧作動流体の流れを調節するため調 節自在な絞弁と戻り弁(71、91;72、92;75、93)が配置してある ことと、チャネルとシリンダの間に少なくとも1つのさらなる排出口が設けてあ りこれが前記緩衝シリンダの前記ピストンにより閉止されて前記ピストンの動き の異なる部分で異なる緩衝が得られるように成してあることを特徴とする装置。 5.前記緩衝シリンダの前記ピストン(20)は前記ピストンの前端から後方へ 延出し前記さらなる排出口に対向した位置に配置した楔状の形状の溝を有し、前 記ピストン(20)が通りすぎたときに前記さらなる排出口の閉止が滑らかに行 なわれるように成してあることを特徴とする請求項第4項に記載の装置。 6.人工関節の回転運動を緩衝するための装置であって、 前記関節の一方の脚が油圧シリンダと堅固に連結してあることと、 少なくとも部分的に前記油圧シリンダを通して延出する歯車に接続した軸に より前記関節の第2の脚が前記第1の脚に連結してあることと、 前記歯車が前記油圧シリンダの前記ピストンに連結してあるラックギアと係 合することと、 前記ピストンの動く方向によって前記油圧シリンダの一方の側から他方の側 へ油圧作動流体を交互に導く少なくとも2本のチャネル内の抵抗によって前記ピ ストンの動きが影響を受けるように成してあることを特徴とする装置。 7.前記ピストンの動きは前記チャネルの少なくとも1つに設けた少なくとも1 つの調節自在な絞りからの抵抗により影響を受けることを特徴とする請求項第6 項に記載の装置。 8.前記油圧作動流体用チャネルの少なくとも1つは前記油圧シリンダ以内に更 にもう1つの排出口を有し前記油圧シリンダには調節自在な絞弁を設け前記回転 運動の異なる部分で前記回転運動の選択的な緩衝が行ない得るように成してある ことを特徴とする請求項第6項または第7項に記載の装置。 9.請求項第1項から第8項までのいずれか1つに記載の関節の回転運動を緩衝 するための装置を含むことを特徴とする人工関節特に人工膝関節。 10.7軸旋回点を有する多軸型関節から構成されることを特徴とする請求項第 9項に記載の人工関節。
