Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety to heat with no use of a cover and enable proper fumigation for chemicals of both low-temperature and high-temperature types by dividing the heating element into two upper and lower layers and allowing the upper layer to effect such low-tmperature heating that a human body is not scalded even when it touches partially and the lower one to effect high- temperature heating. CONSTITUTION:In a chemical fumigator 1 in which a chemical vessel 4 is equipped with a wick 6 for absorbing the chemical and the wick 6 is heated at the upper part for fumigation, the heating elements 51, 52 for fumigating a desired chemical are divided into two upper and lower layers so that they oppose to each other. Thus, the upper heating element 51 is used for low temperature heating at about 50 deg.C, while the lower heating element 52, for high- temperature of 80-150 deg.C. Additionally, these heating elements 51, 52 are electrically connected so that they may be separately controlled and energized.

In a conventional so-called electric mosquito trap for evaporating a liquid insecticidal agent filled in a conventional container, an electric heater has a single ring shape or a cylindrical shape, and a set temperature, for example, is set by energization. It is heated within the range of 80-150 ° C. Therefore, when inhaling air from the peripheral gap with the liquid absorption core at the lower end of the electric heater and discharging it into the atmosphere from the upper end,
The insecticidal component, which is heated by the heater and evaporated from the liquid-wicking core, is mixed with the air flowing as an ascending airflow in the inner space of the heater and is then released. However, since the electric heater has a high temperature of 80 to 150 ° C., there is a risk of burns if the heating element is accidentally brought into contact with a finger or a part of the skin during use. For this reason, in the conventional electric mosquito catcher using a liquid chemical that does not use a mat, it is necessary to dispose a cover on the upper surface of the heating element or to have a structure such that fingers or the like do not directly touch it. Further, since the electric heater type heating element holds a predetermined temperature so as to be suitable for evaporation of the chemical liquid, the chemical liquid to be used is limited.

According to the present invention, the heating element is of the upper and lower two-layer type, the upper portion has a low temperature heat generation so as not to cause a burn even if it touches a part of the human body, and the lower portion has a high temperature heat generation, thereby eliminating the use of a cover. The object of the present invention is to improve the safety and to appropriately evaporate the chemicals for both high temperature evaporation and low temperature evaporation at a temperature suitable for the evaporation by controlling the energization of the upper and lower heating elements.

The heating element for inserting the upper part of the liquid absorbent core and heating it to evaporate the desired chemical solution is vertically arranged as a two-layer structure, and is placed vertically above and below the upper and lower heating elements. A notch for inserting an absorbent core of a shape or the like is formed, and the absorbent core is inserted into the notch to enable heating, and the upper heating element is about 50 ° C. or less, preferably 35-45 ° C. The lower heating element is used for the lower heating element and the lower heating element is used for the high temperature of 80 to 150 ° C., and the upper and lower heating elements are electrically connected to each other so that they can be heated by controlling energization. As a result, the transpiration temperature of the drug
When using a high-temperature evaporation chemical, both upper and lower heating elements are energized to evaporate at a high temperature, and in the case of a low-temperature evaporation chemical, only the upper heating element is energized to evaporate at a low temperature. Therefore, the heater temperature can be controlled in accordance with the proper evaporation temperature of the chemical solution used, and the upper heating element can always maintain a normal temperature or a low temperature of about 50 ° C. or less even when energized. It can be used safely without providing it. Further, since the cover is not provided on the upper surface, 100% of the evaporated chemical liquid is discharged to the outside of the device. Therefore, a part of the evaporated chemical liquid on the back surface of the cover does not condense and the device is not contaminated, and the evaporation effect can be enhanced.

The heating element 5 is constructed by vertically assembling both upper and lower heating elements 51 and 52, which are integrated as shown in FIG.
As in the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 5, it can be further divided into two right and left parts. In the case of dividing into the left and right sides, a semicircular arc having a slightly larger diameter so that the shape of one end edge thereof has a predetermined circumferential gap from the outer diameter of the liquid absorbent core 6 and other cutouts 5H having a shape through which the liquid absorbent core can be inserted. While being formed, the shape of the end on the side opposite to the cutout is made into an appropriate shape so that it can be attached to the evaporator main body 1. The left and right two-divided heating elements 5A and 5B formed in this way have symmetrical shapes, and those having the semi-arc shape or other shape notch on one edge as described above are mutually semi-arc shapes. These two are used as a set by arranging them so that the notches of the two are butted against each other.
As shown in FIG. 4, the two heating elements 5A and 5B are attached to the evaporator main body 1
Are to be fixed respectively.

In addition, the heating elements 5A and 5B in which the upper and lower heating elements are integrated and further divided into two left and right parts, which are opposed to each other, generate left and right heat separately from the upper and lower heating elements. The bodies 5A and 5B are individually wired so that the left and right heating elements can be individually energized, and a gap C2 of 5 mm or less is provided between the abutting surfaces of the two heating elements 5A and 5B. Air is sucked into the circumferential gap between the cutout inner circumferential surfaces of the heat generating elements 5A and 5B and the outer circumferential surface of the liquid absorption core, which face each other, and the air from the heat generating element butting gap C2. It is designed to generate an updraft. When the heating elements are heated by the energization of the heating elements 5A and 5B configured as described above, an ascending air current is generated in the circumferential gap, and the air in the evaporator main body is sucked through the lower opening of the circumferential gap, and Air is also sucked in from the gaps between the heating elements to be provided, and an appropriate upward airflow is generated in the gaps between the heating elements, so that the insecticidal active ingredient can be volatilized over a wider range and stronger than before.

Therefore, in the chemical vaporizing apparatus constructed as described above, for the chemical vaporizing at a predetermined high temperature, the two heating elements 51, 52 arranged above and below are simultaneously energized for thermal vaporization. As a result, the lower heating element 52 is heated to a preset temperature of 80 to 150 ° C., while the upper heating element 51 is heated to a temperature of about 50 ° C. or less, preferably 35 to 45 ° C., which is lower than this temperature. The chemical liquid sucked up by the capillary phenomenon in the core is heated and evaporated. In the case of chemicals that evaporate at a low temperature, such as various fragrances and EZ-empentrin, only the upper heating element 51 is energized and the lower heating element is not energized. Thereby, the upper heating element 51
Is heated only to about 50 ° C. or lower, and the chemical solution is heated and evaporated by the upper heating element. When the heating element is heated at the set temperature by selectively energizing the heating element of the upper and lower two-layer type as described above, the active insecticidal ingredient is obstructed by obstacles such as the back surface of the upper cover by the air entering from the main body of the evaporator. It is possible to volatilize over a wider range and more powerfully than before.

When a chemical to be evaporated at a low temperature is heated by using a lower heating element for a high temperature, the evaporation of the drug solution becomes higher than a set value, which causes rapid evaporation and shortens the number of days of use, resulting in short-term use. The effect can be enhanced, and when the size of the room to be used and the rapid effect are expected in this way, the transpiration amount can be adjusted.

In the apparatus for vaporizing a drug of the present invention, heating elements for inserting the upper part of the liquid-absorbing core and heating it to evaporate a desired drug solution are vertically arranged as a two-layer type, and are arranged vertically opposite each other. The heating element is for low temperature below 50 ° C, the lower heating element is 80-15
Since it is for high temperature of 0 ° C and the upper and lower heating elements are electrically connected so that they can be individually energized and controlled for heating, the appropriate evaporation temperature of the drug can be used for both high temperature and low temperature. The heater temperature can be controlled according to the evaporation temperature, and since the upper heating element is always cold, it can be used safely without providing a cover on the upper portion of the heating element.
There is an advantage that the chemical solution can be very efficiently released without a part of the evaporated chemical solution adhering to the back surface of the cover. In addition, the heating element to be installed inside the vaporizer main body 2
The heating element is divided into two parts, and a notch for inserting the liquid absorption core is formed on the facing surface of each heating element, and the two heating elements on the left and right sides are arranged opposite to each other with a gap therebetween, and the heating elements on the left and right sides are arranged respectively. Since they are electrically connected so that they can be individually energized and heated, air is also drawn in through the gaps between the heating elements that are placed opposite to each other,
A moderate updraft is generated in the heat generating body, and the insecticidal active ingredient can be more strongly vaporized over a wider range than before, and the appropriate evaporation temperature of the drug is high or low. There is an advantage that the heater temperature can be controlled according to the above.
