[Means for Solving the Problems] In the formation of a composite fiber sheet-like material, a papermaking paper is adhered to the upper part of a base fabric having a coarse structure, and a resin processing, a physical deformation softening processing and a shrinking processing are performed to form a base material. Wrinkles were made to appear on the front side of the paper for softening the texture. In addition, in the shrinking process with water or warm water, the papermaking paper is made to bite into the base fabric to enhance its integrity with the base fabric, and to give elasticity.

[Work] The composite fiber sheet is made up of 40 shrinkable fibers with a thickness of 60 or more as the base fabric.
% Or more, using a woven or knitted fabric having a coarse structure such as 110 or less per 2.54 square centimeter,
The upper layer has a construction in which a papermaking paper having a thickness equal to or less than that of the base cloth is attached to the upper part of the textured surface of the base cloth. In this state, or by using a rubbing machine, kneading or wrinkling so that the kneading part is loosened and wrinkles continue.
When this is dipped in a water bath adjusted to an appropriate temperature and treated with a jigger or jet dyeing machine, the texture of the coarse structure is narrow because the base fabric has a coarse structure and uses shrinkable fibers. It gets stuck. The reason why this shrinkage phenomenon is facilitated or promoted is that the maximum thickness of the adhered material is about the same as the base cloth or less, or the weight per square meter is 70 g or less, and This is because it adheres to the upper part of the grain surface so that it will not clog the base fabric. These requirements are to minimize the force that hinders the contraction force of the base cloth, and to cause fine contraction wrinkles to reveal the base cloth. Physical deformation Performed before the flexible processing and shrink processing, or at the same time.
When it is carried out in the previous step, the structure or the adhered part of the composite fiber sheet material is loosened in a wrinkle shape, or the base cloth, that is, the tissue is relaxed, and when the base cloth contracts, its contracting force is reduced. It does not inhibit and acts more positively than the unprocessed body. The degree of rubbing affects wrinkle formation and shrink wrinkles. A fine kneading will result in a fine shrinkage wrinkle, and the texture will be clearer and more flexible. Note that papermaking paper is often asymmetric, with unevenness in density, unevenness in density, unevenness in fiber thickness and unevenness, and partial unevenness in thickness, which results in a pattern with a change in appearance. In addition, the paper-making paper shrinks before or after sticking, and at least at the pre-step of shrink-processing, if it is made of resin with a medium-low molecular weight compound or a high-molecular compound and has good dimensional stability, it will shrink. At times, the shrinkage is smaller than the base fabric, the unit area is larger, the stretchability appears, the tear strength, burst strength, abrasion resistance, etc. are stronger, and the appearance can be various. . A jet dyeing machine can be used to enable simultaneous rubbing, softening, shrinkage, and dyeing. In particular, if the papermaking paper is about 30 g per square meter or thinner, and if it is thinner than that, the desired product can be obtained by using a jet dyeing machine without rubbing. The composite fiber sheet produced as described above has a wrinkle-like partial or full-scale feeding of the papermaking paper due to the influence of the base cloth due to the contraction of the base cloth in the interval of the unevenness or the wrinkled unevenness. It is as if it had been put in, and the base cloth is wrinkled on the front side. Regarding washing resistance, when shrinking with water or hot water, the papermaking paper shrinks, part of it bites, the sizing agent present in the papermaking paper, the adhesive used for sticking,
By mixing and mixing the resin components used for resin processing, and drying this, the adhesion becomes physicochemically strengthened, and those that have withstood shrinkage have good wash resistance.

mm, grammage is about 40g per square meter
About 20g of self-crosslinking acrylic ester adhesive was applied per square meter using a printing machine, and the rayon yarn thickness was 30th, the number of threads per 2.54 square centimeter, 48 warp, 40 pieces of weft (golden width) are adhered to the upper parts of the fibers of the cloth and dried. Next, using a kneading machine having a plurality of gripping machines each consisting of a pair of gripping tools at a predetermined distance, the composite fiber sheet-like material is clamped or held at a predetermined distance of the gripping machine, and then its position is changed. Rubbing is performed by moving and bringing them close to each other to create slack, and swinging or rotating the gripper to make them slide together. The kneader that can be used here is that of Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-6953. The thus kneaded material is passed through a jigger filled with warm water of about 60 ° C, the base cloth is shrunk and dried,
One of the products. On the other hand, by subjecting the front side of the papermaking paper to resin treatment either before or after the above-mentioned rubbing treatment, physical properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and water resistance can be enhanced. The resin processing performed here includes ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylic resin, polyamide resin, polyurethane resin, and other thermoplastic resins, including clogging, and one or more of them are blended. In addition, a composition liquid containing an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, an extender pigment, a cross-linking agent, a cross-linking accelerator, and the like in appropriate amounts of several% each is used. In some cases, a thermosetting resin such as melamine resin can also be used as a modifier. The above is one example of the implementation.
The present invention can be achieved in the peculiarities of the constitution of raw materials and the processing method. Next, those points will be described. Regarding raw materials, first, a woven fabric or a knitted fabric containing 40% or more of shrinkable fibers is used as the base fabric. 4 shrinkable fibers
If the content is 0% or less and the content is not small, the shrinkage effect is difficult to appear. Shrinkability is something that easily shrinks with water,
Rayon is an example of chemical fiber. Regarding the thickness of the fibers, those with a thickness of 60 count or more, single yarns or twin yarns are used, and those having a relatively coarse density of 110 or less per 2.54 square centimeters are suitable. It is possible to use fibers that are relatively unbalanced, such as the thickness of fibers and the number of shots in the process, but rather, those that are uneven, have different thicknesses, or have variations, blended products, or shrinkage differences. Good ones, and the textures are lattice weave, twill weave,
It can be said that it is preferable because the strange weave and the like have various appearances. The fibrous sheet attached to this is a papermaking paper, but since the majority of the material is vegetable fiber, it feels natural warmth and softness in terms of breathability, hygroscopicity, and touch. You will be rewarded. The thickness should be within the range that does not exceed the base cloth or thinner than that, and if the weight is lighter, the adhesion with the base cloth becomes stronger overall and the resistance against the contraction force of the base cloth becomes excessive. Instead, the contraction effect appears and it becomes more flexible. Of course, wrinkles are more likely to occur when the thickness is thinner. The paper to be pasted should have a pattern with a change in appearance by using an asymmetrical paper with unevenness of density, unevenness of density, unevenness of fiber thickness and dispersion, and unevenness of partial thickness. it can. Next, the processing method will be described. When pasting the base cloth and the papermaking paper, apply or apply the adhesive to the one with a larger unit density of the composite material of the papermaking paper or the base cloth, or the one with a larger unit density, to prevent the penetration of the adhesive. We made it as small as possible, kept its rigidity due to its penetration as small as possible, and adhered it to the upper part of the fibers forming the grain of the base cloth. By doing so, the base cloth can be easily contracted, and the fibrous sheet-like material contracts at the contraction of the tissue of the base cloth, so that a part of the papermaking paper is easily bitten and wrinkles are easily formed. It was done. That is, the base cloth is wrinkled. The paper to be pasted has the following process in the pre-process of shrinkage processing:
Before or after the sticking process, a medium or low molecular weight compound or a high molecular compound is used, and the resin is processed by spraying, impregnation, coating, printing or the like to improve the dimensional stability. This means that even if the same base cloth is used, the water resistance is improved and the appearance is diversified by adding this step.
The formation of wrinkles increases the elongation and improves the tear strength and burst strength. For thin paper, for example, about 20g per square meter, it is possible to add rigidity without sticking resin to the base cloth, or to add rigidity only by sealing. , The effect is similar to resin processing. Therefore, in such a case, the resin processing may be omitted. The combination of physical softening such as rubbing and shrinking is a composite fiber sheet material. When shrinking is performed in the state as it is, mechanical fluid flow is caused to cause physical deformation and flexibility. Shrinkage can be done at the same time as processing, while on the other hand, those that have already been subjected to softening processing include static dipping processing, mechanical processing such as jigger, dynamic stirring machine, tumbler or jet dyeing machine. It is possible to use two methods of mechanically forcing a liquid flow by utilizing. The softening and wrinkling of the composite fiber sheet material are performed by a kneading machine such as Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 59-6953, and the composite fiber sheet material is held at a certain interval with a holding roll or a sandwiching roll of a gripper. Therefore, it is processed by rubbing as if it were held by the hand. The shape and state of the wrinkles can be changed depending on the interval (stroke) of the gripper, the number of rotations or swings, the staying processing time, and the like, so that wrinkles can be made continuous. In particular, rubbing finely reveals the texture and wrinkles in the subsequent process. The shrinking process is the composite fiber sheet itself, or the one that has been physically deformed and softened.
It shrinks due to water using a water bath, jigger, jet dyeing machine, tumbler, stirrer, etc. adjusted to an appropriate temperature. By using a machine that forcibly moves or stirs the composite fiber sheet, Can promote shrinkage and soften. Further, in this case, dyeing can be performed at the same time by using a dye. The composite fiber sheet is physically deformed and softened, and the relaxation, wrinkle and contraction wrinkles are dyed in a dark color by dyeing to form a unique pattern.
