Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】工場において、4本の柱および各4本の上
梁、下梁で構成される骨組みを備えた住宅ユニットを複
数生産するとともに、前記4本の柱の内、少なくとも1
本の柱を梁から取外し可能な仮柱で構成し、建設現場に
おいて、前記各住宅ユニットをその仮柱が互いに隣接す
るように並設し、並設された各住宅ユニットの長手方向
に沿った側面が互いに対向する上梁および下梁同士を連
結した後、各住宅ユニットの仮柱を取外すとともに、前
記各住宅ユニットにおける連結された上梁に直交するそ
れぞれ2本の上梁のうち、仮柱が配置されていた側の上
梁間に跨って補強フレームを配置し、この補強フレーム
の両端を補強フレームが跨って配置された前記上梁が連
結されている各柱にそれぞれ連結して並設された住宅ユ
ニット間に補強フレームを架設することを特徴とするユ
ニット住宅の施工方法。
