Abstract

PURPOSE: To make compact while facilitating the shaping of a coil end by molding the surface of a stator core of a high insulating material and then integrating a part of the stator core with a printed wiring. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a stator core is integrally molded of such molding material as allowing high insulating printed wiring or glass epoxy resin and then a part of the stator core is integrated with a plurality of printed wirings. Subsequently, a stator winding 4 is inserted into the stator core and the end of winding at a power supply connecting part is passed through each of a plurality of holes or grooves (a) provided previously in order to ensure the insulation distance between the conducting part and nonconducting part of power supply connection terminal and then the end of the wire is connected with the printed board, on one side (b) thereof, by soldering or welding. The printed board is connected, on the other side (c) thereof, with a commercially available terminal or a lead wire for the power supply thus facilitating the shaping of the coil end (d). Consequently, shaping at the coil end of the stator winding is facilitated and the size and weight can be reduced while ensuring the insulation distance between the conducting part and the nonconducting part.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an insulating film or the like is used to insulate a stator winding of an electric motor, and the tip of a power supply connecting cord is wound around a stator core around a core wire from which insulation coating has been peeled off. Since the tip of the wire is wound and connected by soldering or welding, the soldering or welding part is covered with an insulating tube, etc. and fixed on the stator winding and pulled out as a power connection cord, so the number of these connecting work steps is automated. It was difficult and costly.

Even in a small electric motor, the insulation distance between the conductive part and the non-charged part is regulated by the applied voltage. Therefore, in order to reduce the size and automate the non-charged part, the non-charged part is made of an insulator. It was necessary to omit many steps such as covering with a wire, connecting with the conventional coil end from the temporary shaping, binding the thread, performing the main shaping, connecting the lead wire, covering the connecting part with an insulating tube, etc.

The object of the present invention is to mold the stator core surface with a molding material having a high insulation property, and then integrate the printed wiring into a part of the stator core to finish winding the stator winding around the stator core. Insert each winding end into a hole or groove formed by molding to secure a specified space distance, connect the wire end with solder or welding, and connect the other end to a power source for terminals, lead wires, etc. By connecting to the coil end, the shaping process of the coil end can be facilitated and the size can be made compact. Furthermore, by omitting the work of insulating the winding wire and the lead wire, the size can be reduced and the establishment of safety and the number of work steps can be reduced. The purpose is to enable automation and reduce costs.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Miniaturization and weight reduction of a small electric motor, establishment of an insulation distance between a conductive portion and a non-charged portion of a stator winding, and further insulation work of a stator winding and a lead wire for automation. In order to omit as much as possible, after molding the surface of the stator core with a highly insulative molding material, a part of the stator core is integrated with the printed wiring and the stator winding is wound around the stator core. Insert the end into a hole or groove formed by molding to secure a specified space distance, connect the wire end with solder or welding, and connect the other end with a terminal or lead wire for power supply. In addition to being compact and lightweight, automation is possible by establishing safety and reducing the number of work steps.
