鉄心の表面にモールド材でモールドする際に、絶縁性が
高くプリント配線が可能な材質のフェノール樹脂やガラ
スエポキシ樹脂等で一体成型し、モールドされた固定子
鉄心表面の一部に前記固定子巻線の付近に前記プリント
配線、即ち、端子の銅泊を貼付ける。次に貼付した端子
の一方に前記固定子鉄心に巻き付け巻終えた各々の巻線
端を規定の空間距離を確保させるためにモールドで成型
設置した孔または溝部に通し、その線端を半田または溶
接で接続しもう一方には電源用とし端子やリード線等を
接続する。即ち、前記固定子巻線の絶縁と前記固定子巻
線の端末処理を前記プリント配線と一体化したことと前
記固定子巻線より引き出された各々の巻線の線端部が規
定の空間距離を確保させるべく前記固定子鉄心の表面に
モールドで成型した孔または溝を設置したことを特徴と
する電動機用固定子鉄心端子接続装置。1.
