Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily replace only a roller, and reuse a holding member by forming a construction material having a friction coefficient higher than an outside diameter part by plural layers in a roller inside diameter part when a roller holding member is inserted and fitted in the roller inside diameter part as a rotary shaft of a roller to feed a sheet material. CONSTITUTION:In a sheet material supply device in an image forming device to supply and carry recording paper, a feeding member (a roller unit) 11 is composed of a roller 1 to feed a sheet material and a roller holding member 2 to be inserted and fitted in an inside diameter part of the roller as a rotary shaft of the roller 1. In this case, a grip layer 3a composed of a construction material having a friction coefficient higher than the roller outer periphery is formed in the inside diameter part of the roller 1. In this case, a coefficient of static friction of the grip layer 3a is set so as to satisfy the prescribed relationship according to force generated by friction between the roller 1 and the sheet material, pressure applied to the roller holding member 2 by the roller 1 or the like, and an unsliding sheet material can be supplied thereby.

When the coefficient of static friction between the roller 1'and the holding member 2'is μ and the pressure applied by the roller 1'to the holding member 2'is P, the adhesive member 3b exists when the relational expression Δf≤μPΔt is satisfied. Even if it does not exist, no slippage occurs between the roller 1'and the holding member 2 ', but if the relational expression Δf> μPΔt is satisfied, if the adhesive member 3b does not exist, the roller 1'and the holding member 2' There will be slippage between the two. Therefore, the contact surface between the roller 1'and the holding member 2'is adhered by the adhesive member 3b.

The roller inner surface has a higher friction coefficient than the roller outer surface by using a material having a higher friction coefficient for the inner diameter portion of the roller than the outer diameter portion so that the roller has a plurality of radial directions. The inner surface and the roller holding member inserted into the inner surface of the roller become relatively slippery. Further, even if the surface portion of the roller holding member that abuts the inner diameter portion of the roller has a friction coefficient higher than that of the roller outer diameter portion, the inner surface of the roller and the roller holding member inserted into the inner surface of the roller become relatively slippery. .

The present invention has the above-described structure and action, and uses a material having a higher friction coefficient in the inner diameter portion of the roller than that of the outer diameter portion so that the radial direction of the roller has a plurality of layers or the roller is held. By making the surface portion 2a of the member 2 in contact with the inner diameter portion of the roller 1 have a friction coefficient higher than that of the outer diameter portion of the roller 1, slip does not occur between the sheet material and the outer surface of the roller, and the inner surface of the roller and the roller are held. The sheet material can be supplied without slipping between the members, and at the same time, the roller and the roller holding member are replaced by non-adhesion, so it is possible to replace the roller alone when the roller wears. It is possible to reduce costs and improve workability.
