Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a sweat absorbing tape, as the one to be fixed to the inner periphery of a crown of a hat, having good touch to the skin and not leaving a smell of sweat without causing wrinkles on one side stuck with the tape. CONSTITUTION: This sweat absorbing tape has a low elastic layer having low elasticity and a highly elastic layer having high elasticity in which the low elastic layer is used as a neutral layer and the highly elastic layer is formed at both sides or one side of the neutral layer. The low elastic layer has a weaving texture in which warp and weft are mutually interlaced regularly. On the other hand, the highly elastic layer has a texture in which warp is not mutually interlaced but entangled with weft without order. At least one of the warp and the weft has an antimicrobial activity and a hydrophilic nature and thermoplasticity.

2. Description of the Related Art A tape is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the crown of a hat to prevent sweat from getting stuck or to lose its shape.
In the above-mentioned conventional tape, a wide bias tape is cut into an appropriate narrow width and used, but the bias tape is a woven structure in which warp yarns and weft yarns are alternately and regularly knitted, and therefore, it is stopped along the inner circumference. When worn, some wrinkles occur due to the difference in the inner peripheral length. In addition, the wide width bias tape described above is a large lot, and since it is cut into the required length after being dyed in a predetermined color and used, many tapes of the same color are produced and do not match the color of the hat body. Is often used. Of course, this tape is not exposed to the outside when the hat is worn, but the design of the hat itself is damaged.

On the other hand, as the sweat removing tape for a hat, the first purpose is to adsorb sweat, so that the thread used has excellent sweat adsorbing performance, but many of them are present on the surface of the skin. Microbes transfer to the tape with sweat and start to grow after 2-3 hours. The grown bacteria decompose organic substances such as sweat and fat to generate an unpleasant odor.

issue). The sweat-removing tape is a tape fixed along the inner circumference of the crown of the hat. The tape is composed of a non-stretchable stretchable layer and a stretchable stretchable layer, and the stretchable layer is a warp yarn. The weft has a woven structure in which the wefts are alternately entwined in an orderly manner, and the one stretchable layer is a structure in which the warp yarns are not entangled alternately with the above-described wefts, and the warp yarns are entwined in a scattered manner. A slight slack is given to the warp yarn, and the inextensible layer is formed as a neutral layer so as to be bendable in the width direction.

Further, in order to suppress the growth of microorganisms, antibacterial threads are used as the warp threads and the weft threads. However, since the sweat-removing tape has a non-stretchable layer, the tape cannot be stretched in the longitudinal direction, which hinders the sewing operation. That is, when sewing along the inner circumference of the crown of the hat, wrinkles easily occur, and it is technically not easy to sew while suppressing the wrinkles. In addition, the tape that does not stretch does not easily fit on the inner circumference of the crown, which makes the wearing feeling worse when wearing a hat.

As described above, the sweat absorbing tape has the above-mentioned problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems. Since they can be expanded and contracted in the longitudinal direction and can be slightly curved in the width direction, wrinkles occur when they are fastened along the inner circumference of the cap. Further, it provides a tape which does not have a stuffy feeling and which prevents an unpleasant odor by suppressing the growth of various bacteria due to sweat or the like.

A sweat removing tape for a hat according to the present invention has a high elasticity as a raw material thread and excellent thermoplasticity, and is knitted using an antibacterial thread. It is a tape. Therefore, this tape exerts an excellent antibacterial and antibacterial effect by suppressing the growth of Staphylococcus aureus which causes sweat odor and Trichophyton which causes athlete's foot. The woven structure of the tape comprises a small stretchable layer having a small elongation and a large stretchable layer having a large elongation, and the large stretchable layer is formed on both sides or one side of the small stretchable layer. Therefore, the outer layer expands and the inner layer contracts with respect to the small extensible layer, whereby the layer can be curved in the width direction. Of course, wrinkles do not occur in the inner layer due to the bending, and the entire tape can be expanded and contracted within the range in which the small stretchable layer can expand and contract.

By the way, the woven design of the small stretchable layer and the large stretchable layer is composed of knitting of warp yarns and weft yarns, and the small stretchable layer is generally formed by intertwining warp yarns and weft yarns. It is an organization. On the other hand, the large stretchable layer has a woven structure in which the warp yarns and the weft yarns are not alternately entwined with each other, but the warp yarns are entwined in a scattered state with respect to the weft yarns. As a result, there is a margin in the length of the warp yarn, and the tension is looser than that of the warp yarn forming the small stretchable layer. This slack provides greater stretchability. The stretchability of the small stretchable layer is based on the elastic elongation of the yarn itself. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Among these layers 4a to 4d, the layer 4b is a small stretchable layer, and although its stretchability is not great, the other layer 4a,
The stretchability of 4c and 4d is larger than that of the small stretchable layer 4b. By the way, the small stretchable layer 4b has a general woven structure and is formed by alternately intertwining warp yarns and weft yarns, but the other layers 4a, 4c, and 4d have the warp yarns and weft yarns. They are not entangled alternately and are not organized, and the warp yarns are scattered with respect to the weft yarns.

By the way, the yarn constituting the tape of the present invention is a yarn having thermoplasticity rich in elasticity. For example, a yarn made of a polyester material can be used, and since it is rich in elasticity, it is a warp yarn. Even the small extensible layer 4b having a structure in which the weft yarn and the weft yarn are alternately entwined with each other can exhibit some elongation. In addition, the thermoplasticity of the yarn allows the wrinkles to be eliminated by ironing later, even if wrinkles occur during sewing.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged organization chart of FIG. 2, in which the mark X indicates the part where the warp yarn is located above (the surface) the weft yarn, and conversely the blank part indicates the warp yarn. Indicates the portion located below the weft thread (back side). The small stretchable layer 4b has a woven design in which warp yarns and weft yarns are alternately entwined in an orderly manner, but if the warp yarn 5a at the left end of the large stretchable layer 4a is taken as an example, three weft yarns 6 pass through. By the way, the warp yarn 5

The woven design of the large stretchable layer 4c is the same as that of the large stretchable layer 4a except that the width thereof is small. Further, in the large stretchable layer 4d, the warp threads 5o are entwined with each other with one weft thread 6 facing upward when the four weft threads 6, 6 ... Are laid down, and the warp threads 5p are also the four weft threads 6 , 6 ... are down, one weft thread 6 is up, but the phase is different from the case of the warp thread 5o. Here, in the present invention, the woven structure of the large stretchable layers 4a, 4c, 4d is not limited, and the widths of these large stretchable layers 4a, 4c ... And the arrangement configuration are also arbitrary.

By the way, the layer 4b made up of the intertwining structure of the warp yarn 5 and the weft yarn 6 shown in FIG. 5 (a) forms a small stretchable layer having a small expansion / contraction function, and as shown in FIG. 4 (b). Since the weft threads 6 and the weft threads 6 are not alternately entangled with each other, the stretchable large stretchable layer 4a is formed. This is because the warp yarn 5 remains loose. That is, the warp yarns 5, 5 ... Are wound around the beam and are unwound to form a woven fabric structure while being entangled with the weft yarns 6, 6 ..., but as is clear from FIG. In the structure of (a) in which the yarns 6, 6 ... Are alternately entangled, an extra length of the warp yarn 5 is required as compared with the case of (b).

In other words, in the case of (b), there is a margin in the length of the warp yarn 5 and the tension decreases, and the warp yarns 5 are entangled in a slightly loosened state. Therefore, when tension is applied, the tape 3 is made by the slackening so that the large extensible layers 4a, 4c and 4d are greatly expanded and the small extensible layer 4b is relatively small. Of course, the structure of the large stretchable layers 4a, 4c, and 4d shown in FIG. 3 is merely one specific example, and is not limited to this example.

By the way, as described above, the tape 3 of the present invention is composed of the small extensible layer 4b and the large extensible layers 4a, 4c and 4d, and the small extensible layer 4b serves as a neutral layer on both sides thereof. Alternatively, the large stretchable layers 4a, 4c, 4d located on one side can be greatly expanded and contracted, and as a result, the tape 3 can be curved in the width direction. Of course, the entire tape may exhibit a slight elongation in the longitudinal direction. At least one of the warp yarn 5 and the weft yarn 6 used in the tape 3 of the present invention is a yarn having antibacterial properties and excellent hydrophilicity. Therefore, the tape suppresses the growth of Staphylococcus aureus which causes sweat odor and Trichophyton which causes athlete's foot, has an excellent deodorizing and antibacterial effect, absorbs sweat and easily removes dirt.

When the sweat is absorbed, this diagonally woven structure has the effect of reducing the contact surface with the skin and eliminating the sticky feeling. Therefore, combining one of the diagonally woven structures as one of the large stretchable layers forming the tape 3 is also excellent as a sweat removing tape. As described above, the sweat removal tape of the present invention is one in which a large stretchable layer having large stretchability is formed on both sides or one side of a small stretchable layer having small stretchability, and the following effects can be obtained. .

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the sweat absorbing tape of the present invention has the small stretchable layer as the neutral layer and the large stretchable layer formed on one side or both sides thereof, it can be curved in the width direction. Therefore, when sewing along the inner circumference of the crown of the hat, it is possible to conform to the inner circumference without making wrinkles. Also, since the entire tape is stretched in the longitudinal direction, it is easy to sew, and moreover, it can fit on the inner peripheral surface of the crown.

Since the tape is composed of a plurality of layers having different structures, it can be sewn on the inner circumference of the crown by using a predetermined layer as a guide, and if the large stretchable layer is composed of a diagonal weave structure, When sweat is absorbed, the contact surface with the skin is small and does not give a sticky feeling. Especially, by using a hydrophilic thread, the sweat absorption is excellent. Further, if a thread having antibacterial properties is used as the warp thread or the weft thread, it is possible to suppress the growth of various bacteria due to sweat or the like and prevent sweat odor.

On the other hand, since this tape is manufactured as a narrow tape, it can be used for small lots, and it is possible to dye only the required lot in a color that is in harmony with the color of the hat. Will not damage the design of the hat. Since the thread has excellent thermoplastic properties such as polyester, wrinkles generated during sewing can be eliminated by ironing.
