Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate fitting and removal of slot wedge for retaining a rotor winding being placed in a rotor slot by setting the distance, between the supporting position of a bind for holding the rotor winding at an end part thereof and the end part of core, longer than the basic length of the slot wedge thereby preventing the slot wedge from abutting on the bind. CONSTITUTION:A slot wedge 14 made of a nonmagnetic metal is fitted to the outer peripheral part of a core slot 13 so that a rotor winding 12 is not scattered upon rotation of a rotor. A bind 17 is also wound around the end part 16 of winding projecting outward in the direction of rotary shaft from the rotor core end part 15 in order to bear the centrifugal force acting thereon. The distance L between the bind 17 and the core end 15 is set longer than the length of the slot wedge 14. Since the slot wedge 14 can be fitted to and removed from the core slot 13 and can be replaced without removing the bind 17, workability of periodic inspection and maintainability of the rotor can be enhanced.

As shown in FIG. 4, a rotor core 11 forming a rotor of a rotary electric machine has a rotor upper winding 12A and a rotor lower winding 12B formed in the rotor axial direction, that is, in the arrow C direction. A rotor winding 12 consisting of This rotor winding 12
A and 12B are housed in an iron core slot 13 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the rotor iron core 11. In addition, the outer peripheral portion of the iron core slot 13 is provided by the centrifugal force generated when the rotor is rotated.
Slot wedges 14 are inserted to prevent the windings 12 housed in 13 from scattering.

The centrifugal force also acts on the winding end 16 projecting axially outside from the rotor core end 15. Therefore, the bind 17 is wound around the outer circumference of the winding 16 of the rotor core end portion 15, and the cylindrical ring 18 is arranged inside the rotor core end portion 15 as a part of the rotating shaft to support the rotor core end portion 15 here. To do. Since the centrifugal force depends on the weight of the rotor winding end portion 16 and the number of rotations of the rotor, the material and the number of windings of the bind 17 are determined according to the centrifugal force. As the material, glass tape, non-magnetic metal wire or the like is used. Also bind 17, rotor winding
16, an insulator 19 is provided between the cylindrical rings 18.
In FIG. 5, the slot wedge 14 is divided into a length of, for example, 100 to 250 mm in the axial direction of the rotor core 11 in order to facilitate the charging work and to receive a strong rotational force.

However, it is necessary to attach / detach the slot wedge 14 to / from the iron core slot 13 due to looseness, scratches, damage, etc., which occur in the slot wedge 14 during maintenance / inspection or operation of the rotary electric machine. In this case, the slot wedge
14 will be removed by shifting it toward the end 15 of the core, but the outer diameter φD of the bind wound around the outer circumference at the end of the winding
Is larger than the inner diameter φD of the slot wedge, the offset slot wedge 14 hits the bind 17, and it is not easy to attach and detach the slot wedge 14 from the iron core slot 13. That is,
In particular, the distance L between the iron core end 15 and the binding is determined by the slot wedge 14
If the length is smaller than 1, the binding 17 wound around the outer circumference of the rotor winding end 16 must be removed in order to remove the slot 14 from the iron core slot 13. After the adjustment, repair, and replacement of the slot wedge 14, the binding 17 is wound again using special equipment or a jig, so that there is a drawback that the number of working days becomes long. In view of the above drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine with improved workability and maintainability during regular inspection.

In order to support the centrifugal force acting on the winding end 16 protruding from the rotor core end 15 to the outside in the rotation axis direction, the binding 17 is attached to the outer periphery of the winding end 16 of the rotor core end 15. It is wound and also wound around the inner cylindrical ring 18. The material and the number of windings of the bind 17 are determined by the weight of the rotor winding end 16 and the magnitude of the centrifugal force generated by the number of rotations of the rotor.
