て、その保護性能を向上するため近時密閉容器の外側へ
取付けるエキスタナル・プロテクタより内側へ取付ける
インターナル・プロテクタが多くなってきている。この
場合インターナル・プロテクタは従来電動機の固定子巻
線に埋込む方法又は密着させて巻線を縛る糸により固定
していた。一方、密閉形電動圧縮機自体の小形化により
電動機と圧縮機を収容した密閉容器内の残余空間が狭く
なりプロテクタを取付ける為の固定子巻線上のスペース
を確保する問題と、取付け工数を可及的に省略したいと
いう経済性向上が望まれている。

面を貫通して設けた吐出管より送出するように構成した
密閉形電動圧縮機において、電動機が過付加状態などで
異常発熱した場合にその電動機の異常温度を相関的に良
く感知し得る密閉容器の上壁内面に電動機巻線へ電源を
接続する気密端子を取り付け、その気密端子の複数の導
電ピンに固着するリセプタクルを電気絶縁材料で作られ
たソケットにより収納保持するとともにインターナル・
プロテクタの一方の導電端子に前記複数のリセプタクル
のうちの1個を電導的に固着したものを前記ソケットに
よって保持し、インターナル・プロテクタの他方の導電
端子からリード線で電動機の巻線の一端と接続し電動機
の巻線の他端は他のリセプタクルにリード線で接続さ
れ、それぞれのリセプタクルは気密端子の導電ピンに結
合される事により外部の電源から気密端子を介して密閉
容器内の電動機に電流を供給すると共にプロテクタによ
って異常時の電動機を確実に保護しようとするものであ
る。

下端近傍に圧縮機Pが配設されその外周PO部分で密閉容
器10の下方に固定されている。回転子Rを取り囲んで配
設された電動機固定子Fはその外周を容器部分11の中央
から開口端E近傍に固定されている。固定子巻線Wは電
気的に絶縁されて固定子に巻装されている。尚、フレオ
ンなどの冷媒ガスは図示されてないが、潤滑油Oは密閉
容器10の下部に示してある。

の導電端子である外函31とは内部において接点により電
気的に閉じた状態にある。リセプタクル13Aは第2図に
明示する如くプロテクタ30の外函31と溶接のような方法
で導電的に固着されていて、隔壁22でリセプタクル14A
とは絶縁されソケット20内に収納保持されている。

いる部分の一部に例えば第4図に示す如く冷媒ガスが良
く接触して流れるように通気孔24を設ければ更に保護性
能を向上させる事が出来る。

とにより導電ピンと前記各リセプタクルとが電気的に接
続され、 プロテクタと前記圧縮機より吐出された冷媒ガスとの熱
