程の二条の軟質水切り凸条3へ向かって徐々に低く形成
されたものである。

質水切り凸条が全長にわたっては平板瓦の裏面に密着し
難いものであり、軟質水切り凸条の長手方向での一部に
おいてでも密着しない箇所が発生したなれば該軟質水切
り凸条より外側へ水が漏出することになり、特に、最も
外側に位置する軟質水切り凸条において水の漏出が発生
したなれば防水できなかったことと同様の事態に陥るこ
ととなるもので、これを防止し得たものである。又、平
板瓦の釘打ち時にも水切り板の軟質水切り凸条と平板瓦
の裏面との間の隙間が硬質のものより少なくなり平板瓦
を割ることもない。さらに、この水切り板は折り曲げ自
在のために屋根の谷部や建物の二階と一階部の境界屋根
にも使用できるもので施工が簡便なものである。

平板瓦の裏面に密着し易くなり、外側への水の漏出が確
実に防止されて雨仕舞い性が良好となる。
