付与する場合に比べ、ファクシミリ機等に使用される薄
いロール紙等にミシン目を加工する場合に前記の問題が
顕著に現れていた。これらの問題を解決するためにロー
ラ側に付勢手段を設けてローラの外周面が常に固定刃の
刃先に押接されるようにしておくことも考えられるが、
刃先には凹部が多数設けられているためその段差部で衝
撃が発生するという問題が起こり、付勢手段を採用する
ことも出来なかった。

丸刃の切断移動方向側の端部における逃し角度を鋭角と
したことを特徴とするものである。

さに対する煩わしい条件設定のための高度な専門的技術
や、刃先部に所定間隔で凹部が刻設けられている直線状
の固定刃の全長にわたってローラの外周面を固定刃の切
刃刃先部先端に接触転動させるための高度の組立技術等
を必要とすることなく、経済的に優れたミシン目加工用
ペーパーカッターが得られる。
