すなわち、同公報に開示されている仕分けコンベヤ装置
は図1に示す如く、多数の軸杆Bを平行に並列して該軸
杆の両端を夫々案内レール上を走行する駆動コンベヤチ
ェーンCに連結し、これら軸杆に沿って滑動自在な物品
仕分けスライドシューSに設け、該スライドシューの夫
々に前記軸杆Bより下方に突出し案内溝内を走行する案
内ピンPを設けるとともに、該案内ピンPを案内して物
品仕分けスライドシューSを前記軸杆に沿って滑動させ
る分岐カムレールを前記案内溝より分岐して設け、物品
AをスライドシューSの右方への滑動によって分岐搬送
路D側へ幅寄せして分岐搬送路Dに仕分けるものであっ
て、従来のスライドシューSは図4の正面図に示す如
く、スライドガイドブロック1と物品Aを分岐搬送路D
方向へ幅寄せするゴム製物品仕分けプッシャ2とベース
プレート3とによって構成され、スライドガイドブロッ
ク1をゴム製物品仕分けプッシャ2とベースプレート3
とで挟持し、取付けボルト4を貫挿してスライドガイド
ブロック1をサンドイッチ状に挟圧緊締し一体化して組
立てられている。そして、図5に示す如く、スライドガ
イドブロック1には隣接する一対の軸杆B(図1参照)
を滑動抱持する凹嵌部1A,1Aが形成されている。
