【0007】 ここで図4、図5を用いてこの考案の要部であるX線発生器装着脱装置(1) の実施例を詳細に説明する。図4はX線ヘッド(2)の右側面に、自在アーム( 3)の尖端に設けたハンガー接続部を装着した状態を示す装着脱装置(1)の現 寸大の断面図、図5は図4のV−V′断面図である。図4において、X線ヘッド の外容器(19)の右側面にL字状台座(23B)と一体的な円筒部材A(23 )を、図3で説明した基台(20)中央の雌捻子に螺合する雄捻子を有するとと もに六角頭部の長いボルト(24)を介して緊締固着する。このボルト(24) の緊締固着によって上記L字状台座の折曲部(23BF)はヘッド外容器(19 )の底面(19B)を包持し、上記ボルト(24)と併せて円筒部材A(23) の固着を堅固にする。この円筒部材A(23)の頂部所定位置の全周に、たとえ ば幅5mm、深さ2mmのキー溝(25)が削設され、かつ円筒部材A(23) の内径と、自在アーム(3)の尖端に設けたハンガー接続部の円筒体B(26) の内腔に樹設された円筒軸C(27)の外径とをしつくりとはまり合うように、 「スキマバメ」の許容差で仕上げる。したがって前記円筒部材A(23)と円筒 軸C(27)の嵌合精度がこの装置(1)の装着脱の操作性を左右することとな る。つぎに図5に示すキー部材(28)は、その一端をハンガー円筒体B(26 )に蝶着し、他端(28T)を円筒体B(26)外に突出させるとともに、一端 をビス(29)を介してキー部材(28)に、他端を自在アーム(3)尖端部の 段部に係止された板ばね(30)の弾撥力を介して、キー部材(28)を円筒部 材A(23)のキー溝(25)にはめ込みかつ圧接する。このキー部材(28) がキー溝(25)にはまり込んだ状態がX線ヘッド(2)を装着脱装置(1)に よって自在アーム(3)に対し回転自在に完全に結合された状態を示し、自在ア ーム(3)による任意の位置ぎめを行うたとえば歯科用X線装置(4)となる。 つぎにX線ヘッド(2)を自在アーム(3)から取外し、X線制御器(7)とと もに収納ケースに入れて持ち運び、僻地診療などを行うばあいは、図5で示した ハンガー外部に突出したキー部材の一端(28T)を指で押し上げ、キー部材( 28)をキー溝(25)の拘束を解放し、X線ヘッド(2)の円筒部材A(23 )をハンガーの円筒軸C(27)との嵌合から抜出せば、X線ヘッド(2)は自 在アーム(3)から完全に分離できる。この分離したX線ヘッド(2)は前述し たとおり、超小形軽量化され重量は約3Kgで、X線制御器(7)も同じく約3 Kgであるので、付属品などと共に収納ケースに入れ約9Kgと軽く持ち運び簡 単で、商用電源が存在するところならどんなところでもX線撮影ができる便宜な 装置となる。 つぎに請求項2に示す実施例装置について図4、図5によって説明する。図4 に示す六角頭部の長いボルト(24)の頭部(24H)に捻子部の深さがたとえ ば8mmのねじ径6mmの雌捻子(32)が削設されている。この雌捻子(32 )は図示しないカメラ用三脚の保持器に設けてある雄捻子と螺合するものである 。したがってX線ヘッド(2)を上記カメラ用三脚と結合させ三脚を自在に調整 して被写体に適応する位置ぎめを行うことが可能であり、X線ヘッド(2)を術 者が手で持って位置ぎめするのに比し、位置ぎめ操作がやり易すくなる。 以上がこの考案にかかる第一、第二の実施例装置の説明であるが、この考案は 図示や説明に限定されるものでないことはいうまでもない。An embodiment of the X-ray generator mounting / demounting device (1), which is a main part of the present invention, will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. を前記キー溝に挿入圧接せしめ、X線発生器を自在アー
ムに対し回転自在に結合せしめるとともに、装脱に当っ
ては、前記ハンガーの外部に突出したキー部材の他端を
押し上げて、キー溝からキー部材を解放し、X線発生器
を自在アームから分離するようにしたことを特徴とする
