By the way, in the conventional rolling contact type moving base plate illustrated in FIG. 3, the upper member can make rolling contact on the lower member, and the operation force for moving the upper member may be small.
It has the advantage that it can be translated and rotated. However, if it is attempted to firmly fix the upper member on which a machine or the like is mounted to the lower member, a large force is applied to the caster portion projecting from the lower member, and damage is likely to occur. Further, in the conventional sliding contact type moving base plate illustrated in FIG. 4, the upper and lower members can be firmly fixed by the mutual contact of the sliding contact surfaces, but instead, the operation force of all operations becomes large. There is a defect. In this case, the application of grease can reduce the operating force to some extent, but the fixing of both members becomes weak. In this way, the factors of light operation force and free parallel movement / rotational movement are contradictory to those of firm fixation. In particular, when the device mounted on the upper member generates a large vibration, there is a problem that it is not suitable at all.

Therefore, the moving base plate of the present invention is composed of an upper member and a lower member, and both members can move relative to each other.
A plurality of casters are arranged upward on the lower member, and sliding contact surfaces at a plurality of locations contacting the upper member are provided so as to project upward, and the protruding height of the casters is the protruding height of the sliding contact surface. And a contact surface having a shallow recess, which is capable of contacting the caster while facing the caster, an inclined surface connected to the contact surface, and an inclined surface connected to the inclined surface.
It is characterized in that a plurality of second contact surfaces having recesses deeper than the height of the casters are recessed in the sliding contact surfaces of the upper member.

The above-described moving base plate of the present invention moves the upper member relative to the lower member during the movement, and the upper member is moved to the upper member by the ball caster protruding above the sliding contact surface protruding from the lower member. The upper member moves due to rolling contact along the recessed shallow contact surface, and the upper member is supported by the caster of the lower member and is connected to the shallow contact surface recessed in the upper member facing the caster. The height gradually lowers via the inclined surface, the upper member approaches the lower member side, and finally the ball caster enters the deep concave portion connected to the inclined surface of the upper member, and the caster loses its contact. Sliding contact between the sliding contact surface that protrudes on the lower member and the sliding contact surface on the lower surface of the upper member causes sliding contact, and the load is not applied to the casters, and the surface contact between the two causes the frictional force to increase. Ri is a fixed state. The reverse operation is also possible. As described above, in the moving base plate of the present invention, the rolling contact by the ball casters and the sliding contact between the sliding contact surfaces that release the contact state of the ball casters are made by the inclined surfaces of the contact surfaces that are recessed in the upper member. By switching, it makes a direct sliding contact at the time of fixing and secures it securely, and supports it by rolling contact by the action of the ball caster at a position other than the fixed position,
It enables movement with a small force.

In FIG. 5B, the ball caster 2 is moved by moving the upper member 11b.
2 shows a state of contact along the inclined surface of the upper member 11b. In this state, if the upper member 11b moves to the right in the figure, the gap A decreases. (Also, if the upper member 11b moves up to the state shown in FIG. 5 (c), the ball caster 22 becomes free in the recess of the upper member (contact is not made)). The upper member 11b in this state.
The sliding contact surface 13b on the lower surface of the lower surface and the sliding contact surface 13a projecting from a plurality of places on the lower member 11a are in surface contact with each other. Then, the frictional force increases, and the force required to move the upper member 11b is (a),
It becomes considerably larger than in the case of (b) and becomes in a fixed state.
