Abstract

PURPOSE:To receive the trunk of an occupant with a square body of a seat at the time of collision, and to safely protect the head thereof with a steel skeleton of a back seat by sensing a hard brake and a sharp turn with a sensor, and forming each square seat into the bellow type so that the stool seat is fallen by a specified distance. CONSTITUTION:A lever of a stool seat 6, which is projected a little from a square seat part 7, is sensed by a sensor for sensing a quick brake and a sharp turn of a vehicle. This sensor formed of a mirror 3 and a hanged weight 2 is electrically continued, and the lever of each round seat 6 is pushed by the current, and the round seat is fallen by about 30cm. The trunk of an occupant is surrounded by the left square seat 7. Since the seat is fallen by about 30cm, the head is not projected from a back rest 8, and the back rest 8 is reinforced to protect the head with the force of the back rest 8.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention describes a so-called car accident as a measure to protect human life, but even in a train, bus, monorail or airplane accident, it is more stable if the human body is sunk to the bottom of the body as much as possible. , Let's just say that you are more likely to be protected from danger.

The seatbelt and the air bladder will not tolerate deaths from an accident. This is because cars have particularly weak ceilings and often die when they become Peshanko. How are these things going?

[Means for Solving the Problems] When a sudden brake or a sharp curve, which is a precursor of an accident, is detected and actuated to form a bellows type so that a round chair seat of each seat falls by 30 cm, the seat belt is slanted around the chin. In addition, it is safe because the rest of the quadrilateral and the spherical claw-shaped part receive the girth. Moreover, even if the ceiling falls, the steel frame on the back supports it, so a fall of 30 cm will protect your head. When escaping, the remaining square arm opens upward, so raise it up, pass through the seat belt, and open the window or door to exit.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention works by catching from the precursor of an accident, and especially human life is saved even in the case where the ceiling becomes Peshanko. If used in combination with a seat belt, it can be said that the effect is great because it also helps prevent whiplash around the neck.

Claims: 1. Traffic accidents, especially cars to cars, cars to bikes,
Moreover, accidents such as hitting pedestrians and bicycles cannot be tolerated.
The present invention is to devise how to safely protect and evacuate passengers in a vehicle during a car accident in general. First of all, seat belts protect people from front and rear swings, and recently balloon-shaped air bags catch the curl in front of the driver, but there is currently no further protection against accidents. The present invention is applied to a so-called square seat on which passengers and drivers sit
It starts by making a round hole that opens about a degree. If you push the lever on the round chair or make it electric, there is 30 cm.
Place a descending bellows-type chair, which is about a little lower, and assemble it so that the remaining part, which is just square and 90 degrees above, is normally flat. By the way, the foreshadowing of a car collision is suddenly stepping on the bereq, suddenly slowing down, sharply turning a sharp curve, or one of them is a sign that there is no collision And so on. In any case, there are signs and conflicts. Moreover, even if it is just a collision, in the case of a head-on collision of a truck, the upper part of the car body becomes Peshanko, and I also see a scene where the curve is cut too much and inverted, and the upper part is also crushed. Moreover, a person is often pinched between the top of the chair and the bottom of the chair and die. This is an up-and-down relationship in which a person is sandwiched between the ceiling and the bottom of the car, regardless of whether the seat belt is worn or not. Focusing on the relationship between the upper and lower sides, the present invention will include an escape method and the like. First of all, the lever of the round chair that pops out in a square is detected by a sensor that responds to sudden braking and sharp curves of the car. This sensor assumes that something like a weight hangs on the bell, but if it is a sudden brake, something like a weight will ring, and even if it is a sharp curve or the bell is fixed, something like a weight will give a centrifugal force. I'm going to put a bell in. When a collision occurs, it will make a loud noise several times, and if you make something like a bell and a weight electrically connected here, a current will flow with the sound of the bell,
When the lever of each round chair is pushed by the current, the bellows closes so that the round chair falls about 30 cm. Since the remaining square seat is open about 90 degrees forward, the passenger's legs come out of it, and the waistline is surrounded by the remaining 360 degrees minus 90 degrees, that is, 270 degrees, so it is just the seat belt of the airplane. It surrounds the waist like a body.
Furthermore, if you originally used a seat belt, the one that you put on your chest will support your neck licking so that you can prevent neck runout and prevent whiplash. Now, this may be similar to the so-called seated chair, with its legs bent and seated in a round chair. And the rest of the original square is the armrest. If this armrest is also devised on both sides so that it can be laid out sideways when raised upward, it will not be an obstacle when escaping. As described above, this chair with a round chair naturally goes down in the event of an accident as well as a sign of an accident, and pushes people to the bottom of the car by more than 30 cm. Moreover, the chair has a backrest both front and back, but if you strengthen the backrest,
The cm drop means that the head does not rise above the backrest, so people are protected by the power of the backrest even if they are turned over by a car or climbed up from a truck. Naturally, the head is below the top of this backrest, so it is safe. The above is claim 1.
