However, there is a drawback that infrared rays, which are excellent in heat permeability to the object to be heated, particularly far infrared rays, are less generated, and only the surface of the object to be baked is heated and the appearance is deteriorated. In addition, the heating source had an appearance that was far from solid fuel such as charcoal, and it was not possible to enjoy the taste of charcoal-grilling.

Since the food to be cooked is mainly burned by this heat ray, the inside of the food to be cooked can be surely cooked without burning the surface.
Therefore, the surface of the food to be cooked is not burnt and has a beautiful finish. Also, when the ceramic charcoal becomes red hot, it looks like a solid fuel mainly composed of charcoal such as charcoal, so that you can enjoy rich cooking.

This air and gas are mixed in the mixing chamber 2A, ignited by the ignition means, and ignited and burned. In this case, the air and the gas are burned in a state of a slight excess of air (oxygen) due to the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio λ = 1, and a short flame is generated on the upper surface (downstream) of the combustion plate 4 to complete combustion. That is, in this embodiment, the complete combustion of the fuel gas is performed only by the temporary air forcibly supplied by the blower 5. When this all-primary-air burner is used, high-load combustion is possible, flame expansion is small, and the completely burned high-temperature flame efficiently heats the ceramic charcoal 7.
